This house was the perfect size for our family. It was roomy enough but we were still able to be together as a family. The pool and patio were the perfect hang out area. Not to mention it’s really close by to restaurants and stores. You’ll feel right at home!

Gorgeous mid century modern home in the heart of Palm Springs. It is conveniently located next to grocery stores/shopping and a short drive tl downtown! The home was comfortable/clean, and tastefully decorated. Great sized pool for warm summer nights! We had an issue with plumbing at one of the bathrooms, reported it to Vacasa, and they responded promptly! A professional plumber showed up within the hour to resolve the issue! 100% will stay at the property again and recommend to anyone!

The property was massive. clean, charming though a little dated. The pool and hot tub were great, although the controls set on the equipment were a little much, especially when charging daily for use. but I would stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms so everybody has plenty of space. The pool was fantastic. There are extra pool Floaties and toys left over from previous guest which my kids greatly enjoyed. It was great having a kitchen, so we could be together all the time. The kitchen has plenty of pots pans and dishware, but you need to make sure that you bring your own spices seasonings and things like that. We definitely had to make a few grocery runs because there were things that we forgot. We did leave them behind for the next guest. My kids spent every single day of our trip in the pool and they absolutely loved it. It would’ve been nice if there was a fire pit outside so that we could’ve stayed outside and enjoyed the nighttime.. We definitely plan on renting this property again and making more memories here.

Great spot! Very roomy and great for a family getaway! Vacasa was very responsive both by phone and text in the check-in process. The house was very clean. No hidden messes or trash sometimes left discreetly behind furniture. The rooms were good in size. The added office by the master bedroom and bar were great additional conveniences. Even the game room downstairs, saw some action. The main attraction was the pool with BBQ. The living room and kitchen has open views of the back yard, which allows you to keep an eye on the kiddos if you have to step inside. Convenient location. Ten minute ride to DT Palm Springs. Not sure why people are crying about the jacuzzi. Vacasa clearly states the price for heating it up. Reading is fun. My only qualms were the chairs at the kitchen which need either repairs or replacement. Also, the kid section of the pool was a bit rough and will leave your feet scraped up. Lastly, would have been great to have a TV in the living room.

We enjoyed our stay and plan to come again. It was the perfect location to explore Palm Springs downtown, and Indian Canyon. Being so close to the reserve, made it the best location for a quick hike with the option of making it longer without the long drive back home. Being so close to everything meant that we could go for a hike in the morning, shopping in the afternoon and enjoy a leisurely diner in one of the many fine restaurants, Copley's was our favorite.

This house is really lovely, comfortable, and spacious. Everyone in our family of 6 adults had a nice space. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa. We had some issues when we first arrived but the host was very responsive and sent someone over--on Christmas Eve. Everyone we interacted with at the management company was very pleasant and helpful, though we did have one issue where they were very delayed in responding. One thing that you can't tell from the listing is how nice the neighborhood is. We really enjoyed walking around there with our dogs. I encourage anyone who stays there to take a walk around the neighborhood after dark, when you can see how beautifully and artistically the homeowners in the neighborhood have landscaped and lit their homes. Also you can't tell from the photos but there is plenty of poolside lounge seating for six people, in addition to the table and chairs for outdoor meals. We also enjoyed walking to the nearby dog-friendly coffee place.

Perfect location for a winter getaway - lots of room to spread out and lovely vintage furnishings. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with a new fridge and stove and all of the bedrooms have nice new TVs. We worked remotely during the day the beautiful views of the mountains and palm trees from the giant windows were very distracting. It's a nice quiet neighborhood filled with beautiful mid century houses to admire on walks. Would happily rent this house again!
