The house was awesome. Beautiful inside. The outside was amazing great yard and pool our dog loved it and so did we. Great location and very quiet as well. Will be coming back to this house in the future for sure!

We had a great stay at the Brentwood for the price, and I'd highly recommend it! This made a great place for a family trip - 3BR + 2 bathrooms easily accommodates parents + kids, and even a grandparent tag-along! When we go to PS, I def want to feel like we're in midcentury world (and not just "some guy's random home"), and this hits the marks! Pool is worth heating if the temp is 88 or below in PS. Lots of pool toys in the garage, be sure to look! Other comments mention golf balls flying over. For clarity, the house's backyard runs parallel to a fairway at the golf course. If you tee off badly, there's a slight chance the ball will land on the grassy part of the backyard. There were a few balls in the grass when we showed up, and a couple more would follow; but I was never concerned at all about getting hit. Kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and plate ware, but consider it otherwise empty except for what past guests have left. Inc salt/sugar/etc. We had a great time!

This house is just the best!! Great community, privacy, super comfortable beds, spacious living room, dining area and kitchen…and the back yard is just our favorite! With 4 young kids the shallow shelf in the pool with the built-in umbrella is KEY! This is the perfect family house for us when we visit Palm Springs every year. Could not say a negative thing about it!

House was perfect for our 2 families and young kids. Layout of home makes it very easy to see pool play from indoors, while the outdoor space had great spots to lounge and read. Kitchen very nicely appointed for cooking. A little of noise from golf course lawn maintenance but nothing that would deter me from to stay here again!

This quintessential Palm Springs well-appointed home is as beautiful in person as it appears in the pictures. It is located equidistant to our favorite things in the area, which are downtown Palm Springs eateries as well as Palm Desert shopping. From the beginning, the communication from vrbo/vacasa was great and check-in was simple. Information regarding wifi was also provided with the door access code in the check-in email. The house has a booklet with pertinent information as well. Upon our arrival, the home was very clean and tidy, besides being quite nicely decorated. There were plenty of bathroom essentials (which isn't always the case with vacation rentals) and there were even complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. All the bathroom and bedroom linens were of good quality and the beds were all extremely comfortable. The a/c unit cooled the house quickly and there were no problems with it at all. This home has probably one of the most beautiful pools of any we've even encountered in Palm Springs and we've rented at least a dozen or more. The jacuzzi was easy to turn on and off via remote and worked perfectly during our stay, which again isn't always the case with vacation rentals we've had in the past. The kitchen had plenty of everything we needed in the way of appliances, dishes, utensils, dishes, and some pantry staples. A grocery store is only blocks away. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

The photos don’t do this house justice- it is so cute! It is the perfect combo of retro Palm Spring and updated comfort. The three bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The open living space with kitchen were great for gathering and hanging out. And the pool- awesome- nothing fancy, but amazing that it is shallow to make it a social pool. The fire pit next to the pool is super fun and the jacuzzi fit size women. Loved this house and was equipted with everything. There is a Vons just up the street with a Starbucks.

Had a great stay here! Played in the pool a lot and loved the toys that were in the garage. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped/family friendly. Would have loved if there had been a pack and play available, but not the end of the world to bring our own. Would rent again and recommend to friends/family!

I’ve stayed here twice now and we have loved our stay every time. Such a cute vibey Palm spring get away. About 15-20 minutes from downtown. But you’ll never want to leave the backyard.

Had a fabulous few days in the Brentwood house. Ceiling fans and TV in every room. 2 floor fans available as well. Plenty of pillows, extra blankets and pool towels. Kitchen is very well stocked. Home was very clean.

Just as advertised, the house was spacious, well stocked, and highly functional! We had the unfortunate circumstance of a rainy weekend but we made the most of it in the cozy house, playing games and enjoying the surroundings. The location is great for those who want to experience the city of Palm Springs. We were less than 15 minutes from all of the restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes from the airport. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Would highly recommend this house!

We just got back from our third stay at the Brentwood, and will be returning next year. That says it all. The house is always spotless and the amenities are just what we wanted. More importantly, all rentals always have little problems here or there. The quick response from Vacasa lets us know that they care and want to make sure that are vacation is not ruined. I have no problem recommending them highly.

This is our second time staying at this rental and we loved it just the same as last time. The pool isn’t deep but it’s a good size and worked for us since we have a 3 yr old. As much as our kids enjoyed the pool the sprinklers turning on was a nice bonus for them! The only complaint we have is that the pool was so hot! Not sure if it was because the previous renters asked for it to be heated or if it’s just how the pool gets when the temps are super high. The pool was hot also the last time we stayed. It felt like stepping into a sauna. I read through the reviews to see if anyone else has had the same experience but it doesn’t seem like it. But overall, everything was great and we would definitely stay again

We were so happy with this home. The house was cleaned extremely well & perfect for our family. All 3 bedrooms had king sized beds & tvs. We spent as much time as possible in the pool and loved having the tanning shelf with the umbrella for getting some shade as we enjoyed our beverages. The yard was wonderful! Well maintained and landscaped with lovely trees. We will be back again!

This property was WONDERFUL. If you’re looking for a home to a relax at with the family - look no further! As other reviews have mentioned, this home has an AWESOME backyard that is worth every penny. We are a family of 6 with a 1, 4, 6, and 8 year old and it was so nice having the shallow-shelf on the pool for the littles to play in while the bigger kids played in the deep end (5’). My husband and I loved sitting in our chairs in the shallow end, too! There are many umbrellas to provide shade in and around the pool throughout the day, and the house is positioned perfectly for natural shade in the late afternoon/evening from the overhang. We loved the floor layout with the living, dining and kitchen all open. The large couch fit us all too!! Beds were comfortable. House was clean! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the house is at the end of the street with complete privacy! The interior could use a little touch up/freshening up but nothing concerning. Vacasa was a pleasure to work with! They even let us check in early since we arrived to town earlier than expected. Thank you for letting us stay! We will be back!

The backyard, pool, and hottub were definitely the high points of the house. Loved the lemons and oranges from the trees. The beds and rooms were comfortable for our group. We love our stay at the Brentwood. The pool and yard are perfect and the bed was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed making fresh juice from the orange and lemon trees in the yard. The house came with everything we needed. We were traveling with a toddler and were very pleased to find that the sliding doors were easy to lock and that there were cabinet door locks provided for child-proofing. Our only complaint was that there wasn't a pool net so that we could skim leaves out ourselves, but that was a minor inconvenience and did not disrupt our enjoyment at all.

Beautiful place and location next to a golf course. Very nice pool and landscaping. Quiet community. The living space was comfortable and well thought out. Came here for our one year anniversary/baby moon and had a very relaxing stay. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed here with a 4 and 6 year old over spring break. The pool was perfect for them, but older kids might be disappointed to learn that the pool only goes up to 5 ft. so no major jumping/diving! I also appreciated that the door/alarm system gently notifies you when any of the doors are opened (good to make sure little ones aren't sneaking out to the pool unattended). TONS of pool towels! However, the home is lacking in hand towels in the bathrooms, so I'd suggest packing some of your own. Less than a 10 minute walk to Vons. There is a beautiful lemon tree and two orange trees in the backyard; the lemon tree was filled with over 100 lemons in April! Orange trees are fragrant in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay...the home was sparkling clean when we arrived!

This house is amazing. It was very clean. The set up is amazing- an open concept kitchen, dining, living room which all have sliders to the backyard. Then off the kitchen is a bathroom/hallway with 2 great size bedrooms. Then off the living room is the master bedroom/bath with a great size shower. The master has sliders to the back yard too which was great access to the hot tub at night. The pool is amazing, the continental shelf, size, and heated temperature. There is a really cool fire pit and outdoor seating. Off the pool is a great size yard with very soft grass and great citrus trees. There is a big gorgeous lemon tree. You will hear golfers going by and some balls come in the yard but the hedges are tall/big and thick. Also the location was amazing for ease to target, Starbucks, and grocery stores.

First time at the Brentwood and what a gem. Located in a sleepy neighborhood right on the golf course. Great place to walk or bike. The house was immaculate - three nice bedrooms with big beds. The main room is pretty with lots of space, open floor plan and a great kitchen with all you need. The backyard was wonderful - we didn't use the pool because it was cold and didn't want to heat it ($50/day) but we can imagine how wonderful it would be to swim when the weather is hotter. Lots of outdoor umbrellas for the warmer months. We spent the entire day outside on the lounge chairs reading or at the tables eating. There are planes that are coming in to the local airport and the sound of golfers teeing off - didn't bother us at all and plenty of birds and wood doves chirping and cooing. Every corner of this house is clean and attractive. They are pretty strict about sound outside so if you wanted to play loud music outside this is probably not the house for you. The quiet for us was a gift. The bed was super comfy. The drive to Palm Springs was quick and there is a Vons nearby. We ordered dinner delivery which was prompt and easy (Blue Coyote Grill). Just a lovely home with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunset from the backyard. Really a great house. So grateful it was dog friendly with a fenced-in yard. Because it is the last house on the street and on a golf course it really is quiet and private. Our only suggestion is to put in larger tv's!! We will definitely rent again...

The perfect Palm Springs getaway! Vacasa was outstanding addressing/ rectifying a pool hiccup we encountered upon arrival, a true testament to a company that understands what customer service means. The house itself was “all the vibes”. Furniture was comfy, kitchen stocked with everything needed to make a feast, extremely clean throughout and very relaxing. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect stay for our family getaway. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Can’t speak to the area attractions because we stayed home and lived in the pool since it was August and 114° out. No need to heat the pool this time of the year. Plenty of pool towels and pool floaties provided. Great directions provided in the house for how to operate everything (i.e. grill, pool, tv’s.) Beds and bedding were comfortable.

We loved the open-concept, all the room, and the cleanliness! The pool was great, but make sure to ask for it to be heated ahead of time. We had a lot of trouble Heating it. The jacuzzi was amazing!! tons of room in the backyard. There’s a golf course/field right next door so that was fun for afternoon walks! Highly recommend!

The Brentwood was fantastic! We loved everything about the home which is exactly as pictured. The back yard is terrific! Loved sitting outside on the comfy furniture soaking up the morning sun. 2 minutes from the grocery store but remember to bring your own bags or get charged 10 cents per bag (gotta love California). House is chock full of amenities. Beds are heavenly. Tons of towels provided for pool lovers. I could go on and on...LOVED IT!

This was a great place to stay. My kids and grandkids loved it and having the pool and spa right outside the glass sliders was perfect. We were able to fix Thanksgiving dinner and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The kitchen was spacious and well equiped with upgraded appliances. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and all living areas were very comfortable and the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed our time at the Brentwood! Vacation Palm Springs was quick to respond to my questions and the check-in process was quick and easy at their office. We arranged to have the pool heated ahead of time, and it was ready for swimming when we arrived. The house looks like it's been recently remodeled and we enjoyed the mid-century modern feel. The kitchen had all the basics, the house was well stocked with pool towels, and the closets had lots of hangers for us to use. The house is located right on a golf course, so you will probably see golfers pretty close by, but planters offer some privacy, and actually our 5 year old son really enjoyed seeing the golfers as well as walking on the course in the evening. We also saw some planes overhead as we were near the airport, but noise was not a problem at all - again my son really enjoyed watching the planes and we even saw some WWII planes from the museum flying by - very cool! Overall, we would definitely recommend this house as a vacation rental, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Vacation Palm Springs!
