Lovely home with firepit and private pool with spa - dogs welcome

This is our second time here and it always feels like home. The communication was amazing. Location great, backyard awesome, kitchen had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to stay there again. Most importantly it was dog friendly!!!!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Convenient parking in the driveway. Located relatively close to downtown Palm Springs. All amenities worked nicely. The backyard and pool was like a resort. The host was always responsive. My family had a lovely and relaxing start. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The house was very spacious. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, plenty of closet space in all the rooms. My kids enjoyed the pool table in the garage very much. The backyard was huge, we grilled on 4th of July. The pool was perfect size for swimming, no need to pay for heating, it is plenty warm. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house provided a comfortable stay for my group’s visit to Palm Springs. The backyard had a nice layout and we enjoyed spending the days hanging out in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ during our stay.

This property was just perfect for our group of three. The house was nicely appointed. Great location, seven mins from airport, but tucked inside a cozy neighborhood. We were in town for Stagecoach and this property was perfect for our needs. Quick drive to the highway and local stores. We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace and then slipped into the hot tub and pool. Backyard is a great size and had everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again.

We have been fortunate to stay at the Bev three times, and won't hesitate to return! It is our home-away-from-home paradise in Palm Springs! The home is extremely comfortable, well-furnished with contemporary finishes, and within walking distance of all kinds of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need for a short or long-term stay. Vacasa takes extremely good care of their clients (Roxy is amazing!), and as long-time clients, we are very happy with their service. The only recommendation we have for the Bev is to improve the speed and efficiency of the spa heater. But other than that, the Bev is a 10/10 property!

Property felt like a great value to us. Not the newest or fanciest place, but had everything we needed. Great yard, great location, and plenty of space and supplies for a holiday week with the family. Definitely recommend.

Sun- Wednesday stay. Lovely and spacious. Huge backyard with lots of seating. Great pool with waterfalls and plenty of big umbrellas to make shade. Covered patio too. Our little dog did great even in the heat - we did lay down towels on the patio for him to get to the grass to do his business! AC worked great and there were also box fans and ceiling fans. Beds were comfy and the three rooms were nicely decorated, tile floors throughout. A Keurig and a regular coffee maker plus every kind of kitchen appliance and lots of glass and plastic ware. They were very well stocked on both bath towels and pool towels and I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. In the garage was a pool table and lots of books and games. We had groceries delivered the first day and had a delicious dinner from Fisherman’s Market & Grill. I would definitely stay here again. It’s also close to the airport.

This property was a lovely Holiday home for our family! The pool and hot tub were perfect for the warm Winter days. The backyard was huge compared to other Palm Springs rentals. We would definitely stay there again!

Very good location, house very nice and clean and suitable for us. The big deal for us was the wonderful backyard. Unfortunately it was a little bit cold so we didn’t use the pool but it looks like it would be great on a warm day.

This house was amazing! The location is central to supermarkets, minutes away from restaurants & downtown & in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean, the backyard has an amazing pool with waterfalls and plenty of grass for our fur baby. The kitchen had every utensil, supply & cleaning products needed. I'm already planning on coming back! Thank you to vacasa, I had not heard of vacasa before this trip but you won't regret booking with them...their service is exceptional! We even ended up booking another night.

The pool area and backyard is gorgeous. Lush and green with everything you need for lazing by the pool, including pool toys and plenty of sun shades and lounge chairs. The home was very clean and spacious, with all the kitchen amenities you will need. You might want to bring your own pillow as the bed linens are a little uncomfortable, but we would definitely return!

The Bev was an amazing home base for a group of 5 for a girls' weekend. We all fit comfortably within the spacious home and never felt like we were crowded. There are plenty of different areas to hang out in: outside on the loungers by the pool, underneath the shaded area in the back, along the couches inside, and around the large dining table. We spent most of our time by the pool and we loved the serene atmosphere of the backyard and palm trees. The house is only a 7-10 min drive from the main area of Palm Springs and we mostly ordered Lyfts/Ubers to get around. The house was stocked with everything you could imagine! The towels were also very soft. I'm already planning another stay just so that I can lay by the pool again.

This house has a fantastic back yard with everything you need to relax. It was warm 100 degrees but we stayed cool in the pool and shade of the patio. Nights are sublime. Kitchen has everything you need including spices. We will return.

My wife and I stayed for a week at the Bev and loved it. It's super clean, well appointed, and the backyard/pool area is incredible. Pool/Hot tub heat worked perfectly, and everything we needed was provided from basic cooking essentials to bathroom supplies. We've stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and we always leave behind kitchen essentials that we've purchased on our trip - things like Pam, olive oil, sugar, spices, foil, ziploc baggies, etc. We always find it frustrating that these types of things are rarely there when we check in. Well, this place had all of these things and more. Even half a case of bottled water left in the pantry, and a full case of Kueureg coffee pods. Check-in was simple and non-contact. We absolutely loved our stay and would return to the Bev in a heartbeat.

A few minor shortcomings, non working hot water faucet in guest bath, very tired screen and slider in family room and pool water level too high causing patio seating carpet to be wet). However these are minor maintenance issues and we will definitely be back. Backyard is even better than the pictures! The bed in the master BR is very comfortable??.

Summer Break Good location, nice home with everything you need and more. The yard was wonderful. The Buddha was a nice addition. Would recommend it and would stay there again. Everyone was fantastic and helpful.

The house was AMAZING!! The house was AMAZING!! It was a group of women for a Moms weekend out. We had a great time. We cooks some meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The corkscrew was broken but that didn't stop us. Haha.. Mostly it's a perfect house to stay at. It had tons of towels for all the ladies. We did blow a fuse when we were all trying to get ready. We were running blow dryers and curling irons. We switched everything back on. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great pool to hang out privately with girl friends. Please let the owners know we had a fabulous time
