This Airbnb is out of this world! Came for my birthday so much fun! Mostly positive things to say but few things for improvement. Change the carpet in the main guest room it’s filthy we never took our flip flops off. Look around the house & change things that’s been used to death or broken for example the portable fans are broken most of them some of our guest were hot. That’s about it loved it here would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had the best time lounging by the pool all day. The location was also great. Just a short uber or car ride to all the nightlife downtown. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. There were lots of towels and pool towels. We especially loved the ensuite which allowed us to get a little privacy away from the main house if it was needed. Would definitely love to stay here again for our next Palm Springs trip.

We really enjoyed staying at Casago Valley. It was peaceful. The place was not too far from Coachella valley and it was a great experience. The stay felt like home after spending the entire day in the valley and it was good fun. Very clean and very artsy. The host and team were very responsive and they helped out every time whenever we had a question.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this beautiful home. It has a very cool retro vibe and all the furnishings and decor are in mid century modern style and everything looks fantastic. Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Nice quality linens and towels. Really well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates and cups and glasses, so it’s hard to run out. Much appreciated, as many rentals have barely enough to go round. This is a great house for a relaxing vacation with friends and family. We were in Palm Springs for a wedding weekend and we loved lounging here in the downtime between events. It’s an easy walk to Villa Royale and Mr Lyons. I would highly recommend this property and we loved staying here. My only negative was that I found communication with the property agents quite difficult and luckily we had no emergencies that required a rapid response. However, there had been a recent change in management company, and I am sure that this issue will be resolved once the transition period is over.

Had an amazing time here for a belated birthday trip! Very spacious house, lovely pool, and perfect decor to accent the architecture (and personally obsessed with the framed vintage photos throughout the house!) Amazing customer service at checkin and when I called on arrival. Had an issue with the lock box to get the keys and was quickly assisted over the phone! The grill wasn’t working despite being connected to gas, but wasn’t a huge issue to cook on the stove instead. Would definitely stay again, and would move in tomorrow if I could!

Great location, no issues with check in or communication. The pool heating was a bit expensive for 3 days compared to other airbnb’s we have stayed in Palm Springs for longer. The outdoor space is the best part of the home, overall my whole family enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house in Palm Springs. The house has everything one might need for cooking and dining and playing in the pool. Spacious setup with lots of places to sit and relax, we were 8 people (3 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids ages 9-18) and we had plenty of space in the house. Pictures are accurate. House was a 10/10 for us. Neighborhood is safe and quite, and close to Palm Springs downtown, several supermarkets, restaurants, and hiking. We would definitely stay again if we go to PS. Our only gripe is with Vacasa that manages the house. Check in instructions and e-mails before the stay were ambiguous and we did not get the pool heated because we asked too late due to the unclear e-mail instructions and they were not going to heat the pool after we were there.

An amazing stay for vacation weekend with family from around the country. Great for pool days and grilling with kids and adults (with a hot jacuzzi), lots of activities (loads of board games, bikes, cornhole, even an electric piano the kids could get enough of) so we barely ever had to leave the house, and 2 minute drive to a Ralph's for more supplies and less than 10 minutes to Downtown Palm Springs for Friday night dinner. Vacasa was a great host that responded quickly (once in under a minute) to all my questions and made check-in a breeze. No overly intrusive or burdensome rules or checkout procedures. Would definitely try and stay here again if we go back, and at Vacasa's other properties.

Awesome property, amenities and location. Great value for what we paid. The only suggestion is make to make check in easier would be to make it easier to designate which lockbox is intended for Airbnb guests, as there were multiple to choose from and as they were sitting out in the scorching sun, it took a difficult (and painful) few minutes to finally get the keys. Would definitely look into booking again.

Have been to Palm Springs a good amount of times, and we have named this one our favorite so far. Great house, huge pool, and many amenities. LOVE the guest house. We have so much fun here! This is a lovely, stylish mid century style house with 3BR/2BA in the main house and 1BR/BA/kitchen in the casita. Note - they're not connected indoors, only via front yard or back yard, so consider that for families, that wasn't obvious from the listing. Clean, cool, well stocked kitchen, in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to coffee and groceries etc. Main drawback is - the mgmt company doesn't know a lot about the property and there is no "manual" for the various house functions anywhere to be found. Had to message to get wifi password. You're on your own to figure out the grill, pool lights, etc etc. And if they have the info on these things, why not provide them? Very impersonal. Heads up - lots and lots of warnings about no noise / no music / no parties / $500 fine or eviction so do NOT stay here if you think it's gonna be pool party all day every day. We had no issues but the city seems quite strict on this.

This mid-century modern home was the perfect place to stay on our recent visit to Palm Springs, CA!! We were attending a family wedding at the Ace Hotel and Swim Club, just a very short walk from this property. The home was well equipped with everything you could need or want for a 5 day visit. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Amenities included toiletries, a heated outdoor pool, pool towels and floats, a fire pit, and ample seating for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

The property is lovely, clean and comfortable, our family had a great time time there and were able to enjoy the pool, fire pit, hot tub, BBQ, ping pong to the fullest. Thank you for having us. Beds were very comfortable, and except for adding a few more pots for cooking (we only had one medium size + 2 1qt pots available to us) all amenities were top notch. The property is managed by a company, and while the property manager was very graceful and helpful, it sounded like she wasn't familiar with the property itself .... We had an issue entering the property, lockbox was difficult to find as it was located in a very dark corner of the property with no lighting + there were three different lockboxes and it took us about 40 minutes to figure out which lockbox had our key and what code to use; the management company did not know the code to disarm the smoke detector alarm and it took over an hr to get the code from a third party. After a very loud and stressful 2hrs on our first night we were able to enjoy our stay without further hiccups or disasters.

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE! Beautiful mid century decor, great size pool, stocked kitchen supplies, ping pong table, corn hole, gorgeous view of sunset, cozy/comfy beds and awesome BBQ. The fire pit wasn’t working but the property manager compensated us by removing guest service fees. The only downfall to this property is the neighborhood - they have extremely strict noise laws. Absolutely zero music can be played outside at anytime... not even from your phone. We had neighborhood watch officers come to the house twice to give us warnings when we had music playing indoors even... SO if you’re ok with no music outside then this place is for you. Other than that, it was the perfect getaway. Thank you!

A group of us stayed here for a weekend to relax and unwind. The house was great. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to some nice little coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was spacious and just like the pictures shown. There was 8 of us and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a lot and felt it had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great place and everyone had a lovely weekend.
