This house is a cut above other rentals I've stayed in--it is clearly a well-loved and cared-for home, with comfortable furnishings and full, useful kitchen. I liked that it didn't feel like a recent flip outfitted with cheap, disposable junk. It's more like staying in a tasteful relative's home. The back patio and pool were perfect for enjoying balmy November days, and we made a full Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Thank you to the owners! (Vacasa is the rental/property manager.)

This place was amazing! Perfect affordable place, with great backyard and pool! Pool and spa were heated and all the instructions were very user friendly and easy to follow. Vacasa was very communicative about check in - we even got to check in early which was great! We had a little trouble getting in the first day, but again Vacasa locally were able to help immediately to revolve the problem. Well worth the price! Bedrooms were ample sized and bathrooms were spotless! I will definitely consider this property again!

This place is beautiful and lives up to all of the pictures. Lots of places to hang out and the backyard is stunning. We had a tiny issue with the pool heat and they were super responsive, apologetic and had it fixed almost immediately.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival to this home. I’m super picky about cleanliness and this home was spot-on, very clean and welcoming. If you are on the fence about booking this home, trust my review when I say you won’t be disappointed. I do recommend paying the extra $ to have the pool/spa heated, that was a huge bonus at this property. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts! :)

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Palm Springs! The comfort and cleanliness were exceptional, making our experience truly delightful. The host and management company demonstrated remarkable responsiveness when a chirping alarm interrupted our evening due to a low battery. Although they offered to send someone promptly, I opted to fix it myself. Not only did they offer to reimburse the cost for batteries, but they also surprised us by comping the hot tub for the remaining two nights, which our family absolutely loved. Outstanding management and a host that goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay!

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
