Convenient & well-equipped condo at Sundance Resort w/private pool & spa

Amazing place! It’s in a gated community but it feels totally private and secluded. The home was filled with all the necessities and even had a little bar area complete with barware! Very clean space and the hosts were easy to reach and communicative all through our stay. There are lots of convenience stores, groceries, and places to eat nearby. Will definitely be returning!

Private pool sold me on the house but the remodeled interior was nicely done and made me feel at home. Good response from the firm representing the owners. I would book this house again.

This was our first time in Palm Springs and we will return and rent from this Sundance resort again! We absolutely loved this condo’s backyard privacy and beautiful pool/spa! It was a home away from home with everything and anything one could need or want. Thank you for an excellent experience from start to finish. One small fact for visitors to know… there’s no hairdryer to use.

The place was exactly as described and was beautiful and very clean. The communication was very clear and it turned out to be a great home. The bathrooms were very clean and the kitchen has a lot of equipments to use. Overall the place worth the location and the price there. The heating price for the pool was dynamic which they should have mentioned on the listing but once we spoke to them, they charged us the amount and the heating started and the pool was very good. Overall a great stay I would recommend to anyone.

Four life-long girlfriends stayed here to attend a wedding in DT Palm Springs. This house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing & fun weekend together! We loved the kitchen, living room & bathrooms … and sitting poolside! The neighborhood was very peaceful and we liked our privacy. Hoping to come back!

Very quiet, secluded, maintained property. All the ammenities one could think of at your disposal. (including a garage) Plenty of outside parking. Bacasa staff was great. Only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the backyard/pool lighting and jacuzzi was turned off way too early Saturday night. Apparently to discourage evening nighttime activites/ noise. However we turned on patio lights still got into the pool...without bothering the neighbors! That being said, an overall great time. DKS

Our five-star rating is for the house, pool, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Vacasa's extremely poor, confusing and vague check-in procedure would get 1 star IMO; my husband made me give it 2. The place was wonderful; super private and quiet. We wanted a place to relax and the pool and back patio did accomplished that. The place is newly renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms feel especially luxurious. We ate in every night, and enjoyed cooking on the amazing appliances and having pretty much everything we needed. The nearest grocery store is only a few minutes drive away. We didn't pay to heat the pool, and we did feel it was needed. We appreciated the few pool "floaties" that were there for us to use. Wonderful to have an ample supply of pool towels as well. We never saw the pool or garden maintenance people; maybe they came while we were out. All in all, a wonderful place. The owner clearly wants his guests to enjoy their stay. We'd come back, even with the check-in mishap.

My husband and I spent four nights at this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although we've visited Palm Springs several times, we typically stay in hotels. This was our first time renting a condo, and we're so glad we made the switch. The condo was beautiful: clean, well-organized, and gorgeously renovated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The setting was both quiet and private, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We particularly loved lounging by the pool and making the most of the outdoor space. Vacasa was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would return in a heartbeat!

I stayed at this place with my sister who was visiting from Germany. It was a beautiful house, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and the bedrooms had new carpet. The house was equipped with all kinds of amenities including various dishes, wine and cocktail glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. There were two fridges one in the kitchen and one in the garage. The pool was very clean but the patio furniture was dirty due to the high wind and dust. But the inside the house was immaculate. My only concern was that i could hardly fit my suv in the garage because there were wooden shutters and extra roll of carpet on the ground. I would definitely consider staying at this place again.

This is our second stay in this unit. We loved it the first time and enjoyed it just as much this time. It’s a wonderful place and great host! The website description is completely accurate: well-appointed and comfortable. Vacasa is responsive, helpful, and professional. It’s big! Two large bedrooms, kitchen, dining area next to the kitchen, large living room, large bathrooms. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The kitchen appliances and bathroom fixture all seem new and high end. The highlight for us was the private pool, spa, and back patio. The pool is good size and very nearly runs the full width of the unit. Depth ranged from 3 1/2 to about 5 feet. The pool furniture was comfortable. There were both sunny and shady areas on the patio, as well as umbrellas for further shade. All in all, a great place! We’ll definitely try to rent it again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

It was spacious, well-equipped, newly renovated, and perfectly positioned for us to enjoy all Palm Springs has to offer. The pool and overall set up in the back allowed us to enjoy the sun and get in plenty of reading. We will be back!

Great location and communication. We had a bit of an issue with the door code and the after hours rep was super helpful. Property mgmt was super responsive and helpful. The condo was beautiful and looked just like the photos. I would definitely stay at another one of their properties.

This home has everything you will need for a stylish and comfortable stay in Palm Springs. There was a failure in their communication to heat the pool which we carefully arranged and paid for in advance. They reimbursed us for that but it was still a big bummer for my wife. No swimming or spa for her during our stay. However, other than that miss, we really enjoyed this beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable home! I can’t think of a thing we would change about the home. Beautiful kitchen and really especially nice master bathroom!

A beautifully furnished condo with a private pool to enjoy. It was the perfect 4-day getaway and I thoroughly relaxed in this gorgeous home. The kitchen is well-equipped and even though I was a solo traveler, the condo has plenty of space for two couples to enjoy. I will definitely return!

We had the very good fortune to be the first guests in a beautifully renovated house. The bathroom and kitchen are extremely functional. We loved the location and the house itself and plan on returning next winter. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Booking with Vacasa through Airb&b was a great experience! The original home was undergoing renovations during the time of our stay so someone from Vacasa reached out to offer us alternative homes under their management. The home we were able to choose exceeded expectations! Prime location close to Downtown Palm Springs and near many different markets/restaurants. The house was well equipped, clean, cozy, and comfortable! The pool was our favorite part! Was a little dirty (mostly due to the winds) the first day we arrived but pool maintenance came the next day and that was no longer an issue. Customer service was great and check-in and out was made easy via FT. Overall an amazing experience and we can’t wait yo go back and visit!

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a gated community, with a private pool. Beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen, garage parking and washer/ dryer. Place was immaculate. Close drive to downtown Palm Springs with restaurants and shopping. Thursday nights there is a street festival with music and vendors selling art and food. Great place to stay for a visit to Palm Springs

This house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a fun vacation. It’s in a convenient location and a safe gated community. The pool was wonderful, the TV’s worked and the weather cooperated! And the caretaker was on site in 5 min flat to correct a very minor problem. All good.

Wonderful place and great host! The website description is completely accurate: well-appointed and comfortable. It’s big! Two large bedrooms, kitchen, eating area next to the kitchen, large living room. The two bathrooms are also large. Both have walk-in showers. The master bath also has a large tub. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The large cabinet next to the fridge has plastic glasses and plates for use in the pool area. The highlight for us was the private pool, spa, and back patio. The pool is good size and very nearly runs the full width of the unit. Depth ranged from 3 1/2 to about 5 feet. The pool and spa were heated to very pleasant temperatures: 86 in the pool, 102 in the spa. The pool furniture was comfortable. There were both sunny and shady areas on the patio, as well as umbrellas for further shade, though not really needed this time of year. Please note that pool heat is an extra charge as is typical in our experience. $50/day plus tax. Absolutely worth it if you’re planning to use the pool this time of year. We had no need for AC, it being winter, but we did use the heat at night, which worked well. All in all, a great place! We’ll definitely try to rent it again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

We had a great visit and enjoyed the accommodations. It was very private and quiet throughout our stay. The pool and spa are an ideal size. The layout of the entire condo is quite appealing too, it is very spacious and airy. The general location is close enough to town to make it easy to enjoy local food, bars and galleries, but it also provides a real sense of privacy and relaxation. Thank you!

We had an amazing week staying at this spacious condo with our 2 small children. The house was clean, cool and stocked. We could make the house as dark as needed, for naps, early bedtime etc. No one was ready to leave. We will definitely be back!

My Family and I had a great time in this place. The kids enjoyed the pool so much. The kitcken was well-equipped. They had everything that I needed. The house was so clean and huge. There's nothing that my Family didn't like about this place. We would definitely go back again. Vacasa is the best! Checking-in and checking-out was so easy, never had I a hard time. Your home was clean and spacious. The highlight of the home for my Family and I was the pool. We were able to relax and have a great time in private. The home is located in a gated community which is safe and quiet. There are shopping centers in the vicinity of the neighborhood. This home was wonderful. Perfect for our week stay. More good qualities than bad. Very well appointed: pots/dinnerware/towels/ detergent/soap/laundry detergent/dish liquid etc. Cons: -Missing an electrical outlet face plate in the hallway. Strange! -Had to sweep the courtyard because of wind sending leaves and bark to the sliding door area. Didn't want to track that inside the house. Shower plates are not correct (hot/cold/off) Showers were great Out of 3 sun umbrellas only 1 worked No trash pick up in the entire week with a bag left in the bin before us. These are minor (except for the electrical outlet plate) things but still should be fixed. On a whole, I would stay there again. Quiet community and private surroundings. Thanks much Worth the price.

This place was a nice oasis in a gated community. Master bedroom has a massive tub which is nice to use after a long day hanging by the private pool and hot tub. Kitchen was perfect for cooking. Only notes are that it’s an extra $50 a day to heat the pool and hot tub and theyll charge you for every day you’re staying whether you want to use the pool or not. Also I didn’t realize it was a vacasa property. Didn’t really matter but good thing to know ahead of time. Overall - great stay!

The home was appointed and furnished very well, the private outdoor space with saltwater pool was relaxing and just as it appears online. We highly recommend this rental, though the rates appear to have increased a great deal from this October 2020 to October 2021. We were prepared to rent for three weeks in October 2021 and the rates appear to have doubled.

The condo was super nice and extremely clean!! Had everything we needed. The backyard and pool area was awesome!! That’s where we spent all of our time, pool was very clean as well! Would definitely stay again. The only issue was trying to get a hold of the property owners before my stay with a few questions, they never responded or acknowledged my messages.

Amazing condo! It was actually much more spacious than we original anticipated which was a very pleasant surprise! Check in was simple and the place was incredible clean. It's also a very intuitive stay; everything we could have needed from extra towels to bbq tools to a pizza cutter was already there and easy to find. A wonderful place to relax for the long weekend!

This is a great property for going to the Palm Springs Tram or to VillageFest. It is a quiet location in a gated community. We loved the privacy of the pool and spa. The kitchen had adequate cooking pots, pans and utensils for the visit.
