Guests have access to our beautiful private outdoor patio. This curated outdoor living space features a BBQ grill for grilling up dinner, a cozy lounge bed, and al fresco dining table that seats 4 to 6. Sunbeam Villa offers shared outdoor amenities for elevated enjoyment. There are three heated outdoor pools and spas all with built-in shaded areas. The pools are heated through the fall and winter, offer refreshing aquatic indulgence, while the tennis and pickleball court invites spirited matches. The common grounds are also beautifully maintained, full of lush green expansive lawns, lovely flowers and landscaped plants, along with multiple trees to create an inviting and serene environment. Whether seeking serenity, socializing, or sport, these amenities compliment you for an unforgettable retreat filled with tranquility and excitement.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Our spacious, airy indoor living spaces are brimming with artful mid-century modern decor and splashes of sunny colors. Guests can cozy up on the sofa in the main living room to enjoy their favorite TV shows. The huge wall-sized window lets in ample natural light, making this a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a good book or morning coffee.

The main living area also features a modern, open-concept kitchen and dining space. Cook any recipe you can imagine in our fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and spacious countertops. And when it’s time to eat, you have multiple gathering spots to choose from. Enjoy your meal from the four-person dining table, cute breakfast bar, or outdoor dining table.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Our condo features two gorgeous modern suites. The primary bedroom boasts a deluxe king size bed, exterior sliding door access, cozy lounge seating, and a large closet for ample storage. Best of all, the room comes with a designer ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower.

The secondary guest suite offers a comfy queen size bed, as well as its own designer ensuite bathroom with a glass walk-in shower. This ensuite bathroom also features a convenient washer and dryer unit to make laundry days easy.

THE LOCATION
Our Sunbeam Villa condo is located in gorgeous central Palm Springs, with beautiful views of the surrounding San Jacinto mountains. This beautiful condominium features premium amenities, such as an three in-ground pools and spas along with tennis and pickleball courts. The famous and prolific Palm Springs architect Donald Wexler certainly gives The Sagewood complex its architectural pedigree! This unit featured one of the largest patios in the complex. Visitors who love outdoor activities will also appreciate the plethora of nearby canyon hiking trails and public parks.

The location itself is prime, as guests will be surrounded by unique historic sites, boutique shops, world-class eateries and golf courses, and top attractions along Palm Canyon Drive. We’re also just minutes from the Agua Caliente Casino and Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. And commuting in and out of the city is made easy with the nearby Palm Springs Airport.

House Rules

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property. If the damage protection is declined, an additional $5,000 security deposit is required
  • The pool and spa are heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool and spa so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking. 
  • 30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
  • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.
