Although the neighborhood is in transition (some houses much nicer than others) this house is beautifully appointed and easy to enjoy. Everything we needed was readily available and my communication with the management company was GREAT!! They anticipated our needs and wrote the nicest notes to make our stay the best.

PROS: House was very clean and kitchen had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. Easy drive into downtown. Sunny by the pool midday and in afternoons. Four queen rooms were a plus for a friends trip. Home was spacious and did not have cheap furnishings. Views of the mountains from several bedrooms. Generally quiet neighborhood. Decor had the colorful contemporary vibe we were looking for in Palm Springs. CONS: We couldn’t figure out the tvs and couldn’t get cable or apps on most of them but this was not important enough to call for help. Gas tank for outdoor fire was empty when we arrived so we didn’t end up using it. Upon arrival the house was filled with gas. Someone had left an unlit burner open possibly for days. The situation was handled promptly but it did delay us getting settled in by a couple of hours on our arrival day.

The abode was modern and well equiped.The neighborhood was quiet and somewhat convenient to needed shopping and to tourist areas. Surveys are too time consuming and I don't see what needs revision as you state.

Very nice will be staying there again. Very clean. Bathrooms and bedrooms were a very good size. Host was extremely nice. The location was not bad, but it takes about 8min driving to the strip and main areas. If you like to walk then it's about 20-30 to walk to the main street. Loved the pool and hot tub! The amenities were great! Everything you need if want to cook. Definitely recommend!

Great place for the family! Nice and private backyard with lots of amenities in the house and around town. Market was down the street to replenish supplies. Guests were very accommodating and responsive!

This property was great. The kitchen was really well equipped. There was enough space for 8 adults. The pool area was decent. It could use a bit of decorating but it was fine for our group. Overall it was fantastic.

Our group of four friends had a fabulous weekend at Desert Park Estates. The property was clean and well-furnished, including everything you could want in the kitchen to cook and entertain. The management company was proactive and courteous. It was the perfect stay!

The house was large, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. The pool was heated which was great when outside temps dropped into the low 70’s the week we stayed. Highly recommend the property!

Fantastic space! Rooms were spacious and spaced out well. The suite/master was outrageously large and the bathtub was utilized by multiple of us throughout the stay. Hot tub and pool are great and very secluded. Location is about 10min from downtown.

Modern-style home on a corner lot offers large open kitchen with two sinks. Kitchen overlooks beautiful living room and outdoor patio/pool area. Attached laundry room with sink is especially convenient for pet feeding. The centered kitchen also opens to a desk/work area and a large dining area with a separate table that was great for working a puzzle. The primary bedroom is extra spacious and the remaining 3 bedrooms are ample and well-decorated. Pool area was very pleasant, especially with how the spa water runs over into the pool like mini-waterfalls. An abundance of seating... 5 conversations areas are comfortably set up. We visited in August and appreciated the large floats for lounging on the water. This was a girls family trip-- mother, daughters, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, plus the dog. We found the property to be extra-well equipped: kitchen, toiletries, towels, seating (indoors and out). We stayed at Sun Haven for 4 nights and 3 days and would definitely do this again!

Sun Haven Escape was a beautiful and comfortable home to spend a few days with my family. We visited in August with older grandchildren and a dog. The pool is especially fun with the way the water flows from the spa into the pool. We enjoyed the large, modern kitchen with the two sinks. Excellent amenities provided by Acme such as coffee and toiletries. We also appreciated the two tables in the separate room. This was a great area for jigsaw puzzles as well as family dining. We would definite;y stay here again.

Pictures really don’t do justice to this beautiful home. Very well appointed, great location. Backyard is lovely with hot tub and heated pool. Property management company was very helpful. There is a bit of airplane landing noise which starts at 6:00 am but we got used to it.

We had the best time. Place was awesome!!! Hot tub was our highlight. Pool was also great. Furnishings are spot on. The only critique would be that the master should have a king size bed. Highly recommend ??

House was very clean and property well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We loved the pool and hot tub. There is occasional noise from airplanes. Acme was very responsive to our questions. Great location to downtown. We would definitely go back to this house.

This is an attractive property. Nicely landscaped, with a very private pool area (pool heat included in the daily rental!). It has a good interior floorplan, with an oversized dining room very suitable for a large family to gather around for meals and card games. Attractive finishes throughout. We were very happy we chose Sun Haven Escape for our family to gather (three adult couples and our 93-year-old mother). We were very comfortable.

Overall Comment Sun Haven is a great property and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Well-appointed kitchen for meals at home. Quiet, private bedrooms (2 en-suite) perfect for groups. The property is well maintained and the management group is very professional. Pretty much 4-5 stars for everything. Location: the property is pretty far north, which isn't a big deal as PS is a small town. Sun Haven is close to grocery stores and conveniences. The only drawbacks with the location are airport noise (which isn't bad, but if you're sensitive could be a factor) and the wind. The northern part of PS tends to be VERY windy. Towels, drinks, etc. often ended up in the pool and we had to keep tabs on the patio furniture cushions as they were blowing all over the place, too. Because of the wind, we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit. But the home and the amenities made up for any location shortfalls.

Overall Comment This property was beautiful and even better than the pictures showed. The four bedrooms were spaced out, giving everyone their own space. The living room being next to the kitchen is perfect so you can cook and watch tv or talk to others. Not to mention, the living room couch was huuuuge and so comfortable! The house was spotless through out and made us feel safe while traveling during Covid. We will definitely be back!

Loved our stay at Desert Park Estates that allowed for the perfect pandemic quarantine away from home. The house was larger than expected with an amazing master suite. The living room and kitchen were large and inviting and allowed a lot of movie nights. Large kitchen table for friends working during the trip. And the outdoor area with heated pool and hot tub was just the relaxing spa-like treatment we needed to rest and relax! Would highly recommend!

The pictures of this house don’t do this place justice! It’s beautifully designed and decorated. We really appreciated the art pieces and decorative furniture throughout! The rooms are so spacious! The beds a very comfortable but we loved the huge couch on the living room!! It’s beautiful, soft, and big enough to practically sleep 4 people! We almost slept on it a couple of nights! There’s also the softest blanket we found in the master bedroom closet that we used the entire weekend (go look for it!) The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked with any utensil, pot, pan, bowl, mug, cup, and glass you can think of using! They also have a spice drawer that is fully stocked as well. The supermarket is within a 5-10minute drive so we went shopping and just cooked some meals at home. The best part was the pool! We spent most of the day and night in and around the pool. The only issue is there’s a city ordinance while we were there that we could not play ANY music outside at ANY TIME :( but we managed. We would definitely stay at this home again if we are ever in Palm Springs!

This house has anything you need to cook! Also was nicely stocked with coffee and extra toiletries if you needed them. We had 6 people stay comfortably! Lots of room to lounge outside, and the pool and hot tub were amazing! 8 people could fit in the hot tub.

This is a lovely home with nice touches. During these uncertain times I have had the opportunity to travel to Airbnb’s to enjoy some mental time away with family. This home was clean and functional for our family trip. Although the Palm Springs noise ordinance can cause undue stress to keep the kids quiet we enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a great place to stay with great pool amenities, areas to relax, and close to some shopping I would recommend this home.

Overall Comment We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful home. The hot tub and pool were exceptional. Also exceptional was Luis, a technician who came over to help us with a few issues like turning on TV . We stay in Palm Springs for a week each year. This has been our favorite house by far.

This house was very clean and well maintained. Grocery store is within walking distance and Lyft used to get back. This is our second year for using this property for a girls getaway. Master bedroom is fabulous and other 3 rooms very nice.

Overall Comment Absolutely loved this place. Our original place was unavailable due to a plumbing problem but Acme offered us 2 choices in lieu of. We chose Sun Haven. Very spacious house and very well set up. Patio windows did need some cleaning but since this was an alternative place, we did not mind. Any issues we had were immediately rectified by Acme staff within a half hour. Many thanks to Jeremy for his recommendations and advice. Would recommend that dish cloths be added. Would highly recommend this place to everyone and would be booking again if we return to Palm Springs.

Overall Comment We had a great time. The layout of the home was very nice. Decor lovely and the only thing we noticed was the beds were small for such large rooms and the wifi connection was bad for most of our phones. I believe that is because we were close to the team. We survived. ;)

Overall Comment Overall it was a relaxing time. We were not happy with the noise ordinance. The neighbors dogs would get into a barking feast at 6:00 a.m. everyday on one occasion my husband went out and yelled at them to quiet down. It was not a good time then. I highly recommend getting bars stools as everyone wanted to gather in the Kitchen and great room the sitting was not comfortable or convenient, as well we were not allowed to be outside and entertain because of the possible noise factor :( Beautiful home!

Overall Comment This home is very new and has vaulted ceilings with a nice layout. Kitchen is amazing with two sinks and view of pool/spa and open to living area. All the things you can ask for to cook ect. Master bedroom is amazing and bathroom is spectacular with soaking tub and glass shower. All rooms are good dive and two other bathrooms so plenty of room. Area is perfect and pool spa is very nice. No complaints and we will be back!!

Overall Comment My kids and I have had our third annual spring break trip in Palm Springs as we celebrate my husband/ father. He paased away during Spring break of 2014. I vowed to get out of town and do something fun in his memory. Sun Haven was by far our favorite house . There was a problem with the hot tub which was a bummer, we had to have Acme and the pool company out five or six time to reset the heater. They were prompt but was a bummer.

The number of bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect for our group. The home looked clean and very well decorated in the pictures and it exceeded our expectations in person. The cleanliness of the house was impressive as well as the decor. We were provided with everything we needed in order for this to be a successful stay. Loved how immaculately clean everything was. You would have never known someone stayed in that house before us. We never received check-in information with the keypad code, but upon arrival, we were able to get this information VERY quickly. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we look forward to renting with Acme again!

The house itself exceeded expectations - and was so comfy and easy to stay in. Loved how luxurious the house felt, and also the nice amenities - toiletries, bottled water, adequate towels - it made it feel like the best of a hotel, in a private residence. We had a fabulous time and really appreciated the ease of the whole process. Only thing that would be helpful is instructions on the shower. The hot water can take upwards on 5 minutes to come through, and so one is constantly second guessing if you've got the shower handle in the right position.
