My partner and I rented Risky Business for the month for my partners sabbatical. We had a great time at the house and hosted family during some of our stay. The house was very clean and was beautifully decorated. The house was very comfortable for all who stayed at the house and it was just like the pictures. The Los Compadres area was very close to downtown Palm Springs and was a nice neighborhood. Oh, my dog Rudy enjoyed the house as well!

The house was great with lots of space! A king bed in every room was what sold it for me! Plenty of space for my family to spread out. Everything was clean. The communication was incredible!

We thought this property, Risky Business, was a little too good to be true for the price. It turned out to be almost perfect. Four king beds, nice pool, bar, well appointed kitchen and bar, and an arcade machine that got a lot of use. Our favorite spot was the Lanai and we ate most of our meals outside next to the pool in the shade. We had one minor maintenance issue which was corrected by Acme immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an extra guest and had to cancel our 3 bedroom AirBnB in Palm Springs and look for a 4 bedroom listing at the last minute. To our surprise, this listing Risky Business not only had more bedrooms, free pool heat and pet friendly it was also cheaper than the previous reservation we had for a smaller house. It seemed too good to be true. Fortunately, it turned out to be exactly as promised. It looks just like the photos. The back yard is not huge but the pool is more than adequate and the lanai table that seats 8 by the grill was a big hit and where we spent all our evenings. We loved the arcade console in the living room and our guests played lots of games there. There are four new king beds and everyone slept great. We would definitely stay at Risky Business or with Acme again when we come back to Palm Springs.

The house is AWESOME. It's huge, clean, and haperfectthing you need. The pool was the prefect size, and the arcade was everyone's favorite. We were there with another family and were able to spread out comfortably. It was too hot to play ping pong in the garage but hoping to return when the weather isn't 1000 degrees out. The host was very responsive and communicative. I would 100% return to this house for another long weekend getaway.

Risky Business was very spacious for our large group. Just a little FYI, the living room/dinning room area & kitchen never cooled down. Temperature in that part of the house was always warm. Adjusted the temp on the AC per the house manual and had no luck. The hallway bathroom tub/shower control froze up, but Danny came to the rescue to fix it for us. All of us enjoyed the arcade game. Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was super clean, the pool and spa were so fun for our family, the kitchen well stocked , beds very comfy, yard worked very well for our family and labradoodle! We gathered as a family for an adults only birthday celebration spread over a long weekend. Highlights: spacious, immaculate house, yard with shade respite from the bright sun, hot tub (perfect after management adjusted the temp upward), easy access to Joshua Tree and great Palm Springs shopping and dining, challenging local hikes, very quiet neighborhood. Management was very responsive when we called to report a broken faucet in the guest full bath. Plenty of towels and complimentary coffee and toiletries.

We loved everything about this house, from the clean, bright design to the open layout to the way it was furnished with everything we might need, in good working order. The pool/spa area and outdoor lounging and dining areas were wonderful—great views of mountains and palm trees as we basked in the sun with hummingbirds flying by. There was an issue with the keypad when we were checking in, but the company responded promptly, got us in through a workaround, and fixed the keypad without inconveniencing us. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Overall Comment My wife and kids loved this place! We had a blast with all the amenities (arcade game, ping pong and the pool) and so much space. The bar was fun to hang out during the evenings. We would definitely rent this home again. Things to know about the house: the pool is shallow throughout (which we ended up loving), right off a major street so out first night was disruptive - however we slept very well since it was like white noise, window coverings were a huge plus since it kept the house cool and did not allow the sun to wake us up, additionally the amazing BBQ has a light for night time cooking. This is a wonderful property and very clean.

The only reason this home gets four stars overall from me is that some of the pillows in the couches and pillows on the kitchen bench were a bit tired looking. A few had stains on them. Also, when we arrived the previous tenants trash was still outside. Acme took care of removal / cleaning trash spillage right away. One of the fans broke in a bedroom, not ideal during 115° days, but again Acme sent someone out ASAP to fix it. I agree with previous reviewers this home does lack serving ware, ie: platter dishware, larger bowls for group meals, that sort of thing. The master bed did not have a fitted sheet, which made getting tangled in sheets easy. The bathrooms and bedrooms overall were very nice and comfortable. The decor all over the house is super fun. The pool was incredible and relaxing . It was too hot to grill or eat at the beautiful and massive table outside, but it was nice to have the option. I would 100% consider staying here again, so long as they fix those few things.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend in this home. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and fully stocked. The beds are super comfy and the outside area is perfect for swimming, eating, and laughing. It totally felt like home. We’ll definitely go back!!!

I enjoyed an awesome girls getaway at the Risky Business house. The house is amazing! Everything was clean, stocked, and perfectly decorated. There was plenty of space, an awesome bar area, and a perfect sized pool and Jacuzzi. Downtown is just a few minutes away where we were able to enjoy an awesome brunch. I will DEFINITELY be going back!

What a beautiful home. We celebrated one daughter phd graduation and another daughters gender reveal (we’re having a grandson yay) the house was perfect. From the decor inside to outside. Even more spacious than the pictures reflect especially the master bedroom. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the pool we stayed outside for the most part swimming, watching the hummingbirds and eating. Our 9 year old grandson was entertained with the arcade game, ping pong and of course the pool he gives it 10 stars lol.

Overall Comment We could not of asked for anything more. The house "Risky Business" was perfect. It was super clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and there were plenty of bathing and pool towels for everyone. The house was the perfect layout for all seven of our family members who stayed there with plenty of room and has king beds in all 4 bedrooms. The pool and spa worked flawlessly, also the ping pong table and arcade game went a long way keeping everyone entertained. We had a few fun family gatherings around the outdoor table with the cool fire feature. Also I must admit I enjoyed an afternoon snooze in the teardrop chair. The location is perfect, close to the airport (3 minutes) and about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs which has an abundance of restaurants and shopping. We will definitely look up "Risky Business" on our next trip to Palm Springs and cross our fingers it's available.
