Loved the place, perfect location to close to down town about a 25 minute walk to downtown or a 3 minute drive. Absolutely loved the house worked great for our party of 5! The pool and spa were a must for our trip, we spent a lot of time in there before hitting the city and after hitting the city every day. We would definitely stay here again in the future

This was the perfect place for us, our kid, and my MIL! One bedroom on one side of the house and two on the other side. Beautiful pool, private backyard, comfortable furniture. Location was a quick drive or 15-20 min walk into downtown. Highly recommend!

I stayed here over memorial day weekend with my family and it was the perfect house! Location is great! Only 1 mile (3-4 min drive) from the downtown strip where all restaurants and shops are. Also walking distance to coffee shops for morning walks. The house itself was perfect and great for young family. Loved that all doors came with alarms / loud beeps letting me know if kids went in the backyard with the pool. Keyless entry made for coming and going easy with simple electronic key pad. The pool was wonderful and had tons of lounge chairs & shade for everyone. House is equipped with all utensils/ cook wear/ glasses you could possibly need. Pool towels included! Highly recommend for all occasions & would definitely look into booking the same house in the future.

We loved this house and property. Everything is in great shape. Backyard is very private and serene. We did not need the pool heater early May (temp in afternoon was 82 in the pool). There are essentially two master bedrooms and then a bedroom with two twin beds. We were alone but it would be great for two couples to share. The drive to town is a snap. And easy to navigate.

This place was perfect for three guys on a golf trip. The shower head in one bathroom is unusually low but with three showers in the house it was no big deal. The backyard is amazing. We were able to walk to downtown Palm Springs in about 25 minutes.

I can say that this house was by far one of the best houses that I've ever stayed. Pool was spotless the bathroom as well. The house was spotless honestly, We left it the same way. so I appreciate it. It was great if you want a house with a pool and a Jacuzzi and some privacy just to place to be.

Can’t say enough about this place. Well furnished, comfy and very well appointed. We had everything we needed. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were amazing and the backyard is gorgeous. The owners couldn’t accommodate us with an early check-in, but let us check out 30 minutes late. It’s pet friendly ao we brought our dog. Nice neighborhood for walks..

This is a great 3-bedroom house with a beautiful backyard (with a pool and spa). The house had everything we needed for a few days: fully stocked kitchen with all of the utencils; laundry room; three comfortable beds; plenty of TVs. And the location was great: only a few minutes away from downtown Palm Springs, hiking, golf, etc. One minor downside was the early checkout time (at 10 am).

The host experience is run by a property mgmt company, which was great and made it feel safer somehow. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze (though 10 am is REALLY early for a check-out time). The pool is AMAZING and they provide lots of umbrellas so you can create shade over the pool in the hottest part of the day. The house is well-appointed with pretty much everything you need including indoor/outdoor towels, kitchen stuff, and grilling tools. Everything WORKED which was great and the house was perfect for our family vacation. The three bedrooms are nice and good sized, however one of the bathrooms is more of a "pool" bathroom with access to the outside. The shower is very short and the bathroom is utilitarian so we found that was best for our son. The room with the twin beds is warmer than the others because it gets direct sun most of the day, and the king off of the dining room is the coolest and feels like a quiet oasis within the house. Terrific vacation and lovely house! We will definitely be back!

Poolside Terrace is a lovely, easy living home great for a couple or family. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and there is plenty of storage. Plenty of beach towels and linens. Having a washer and dryer is also helpful. It’s beautiful backyard was so relaxing. The pool was just perfect with a large ‘beach entrance’ to sit and cool off. It is close to Tahquitz hiking and a great vegan cafe, in a quiet neighborhood. Great dog park near the airport a short drive away. Easy to walk into town-about 1.5 miles each way. Great place to stay and we hope to come back soon!

This back yard is to die for!! So private and peaceful. The pool was just wonderful and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and the house was clean. Beach/swim towels are included as well as extra linens and towels. We stayed for 10 days so it was appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again. Great Palm Springs location.

The house was perfect for our family get-away with teens! We loved hanging out at the pool and you couldn’t beat the close location to downtown for shopping and dining! The lay out of the house allowed for plenty of family time areas as well as the ability find space for alone time. Other pros of the house were super comfy beds and a fully equipped kitchen!!! Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent our weekend at this home and had a great time. Check-in process was nice and easy. The home was clean and cool upon entering. I immediately went to the pool and floated around for an hour before dinner. There are three bedrooms and they were all good sized. Kitchen had plenty of cutlery and appliances. I would book this home in the future.

This place is excellent. It was much nicer than expected. The beds are very comfortable and the yard is large with a great pool and hot tub. There are two master suites on opposite sides of the house so this works really well for multiple families. The kitchen is clean, updated and well-equipped. You’re basically walking distance from downtown. Would stay again!

This place was amazing to stay at! I had such a great time overall. One thing I would say is that the second bedroom with a bathroom gets really hot and gets uncomfortable to sleep in. Make sure the windows are covered so you don’t experience the heat. Other than that great place to stay at had everything you needed and was a great vacation! I would definitely recommend this place and go back again!
