We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and would absolutely give it 5 stars. Having three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was perfect for our group of friends and made the space feel comfortable and private for everyone. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and we spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We also loved grilling and dining at the house. One pleasant surprise was how close the Prescott Nature Preserve was—we enjoyed walking there and spotting different birds and turtles. The location was excellent: very close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs, within about an hour of Joshua Tree National Park, and even closer to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. The home had nearly everything we needed for a great stay. The mountain views behind the house were breathtaking, and we never got tired of the warmth and sunshine. We would happily stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The location is fantastic! Close to the airport and downtown. It’s nestled in a neighborhood that backs up to the most amazing view! We loved the pool and the spa. Each room having a private bath plus a half bath was perfect for our large group. ACME was quick to respond to my questions and was great to work with. The house does back up to a street but the backyard is quite private and the noise was minimal. We loved the big windows and sliding doors with the automatic shades. Everything was lovely! Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend an ACME property.

We had an excellent stay at Picture Perfect Retreat! The description was very accurate. The space was larger than it appeared in photos. It was a quick 10 minute drive to downtown which was great for shopping, restaurants & hikes. Additionally just 45 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. The kitchen was very well stocked and we easily prepared meals for six people and the large gas grill was a great bonus. The backyard with pool, hot tub and gas fire pit were awesome for morning coffee and evening relaxation after a day filled with adventure. Very nice to have bath products provided along with comfortable beds & pillows with crisp white bedding. ACME was great at communicating prior to our arrival and while visiting. We had no issues at all during our visit. Highly recommend Picture Prefect Retreat!

Great place. We had a wonderful time. The pool is very nice, it does take extra $$ to heat the pool and the hot tub is the same temperature with the pool. We don’t really mind because it’s nice and warm. The house is very clean and chic. And the host is very responsive. We would appreciate more baby equipments like cribs and high chair, but renting is pretty convenient and not too expensive. The place would benefit from more kitchen equipment for a group of 6 (larger pans and pots).

We stayed at Picture Perfect Retreat and the pictures don't do this view justice! Flanked by the Prescot preserve and a golf course, you have over a 180 degree, unobstructed view of the mountains, absolutely beautiful! The house is newer with 3 on suite bathrooms, all king beds which was great for our 3 couples in the group. We had a few cooler days so the hot tub and fire pit came in handy, along with the huge sliding door when we didn't need the air conditioning. The garage is available for parking which is nice for those hot days. We loved the house so much we ended up spending a lot more time there than I expected, having a few dinners and nights in. Acme was great with clear instructions on check in, house rules, and things to do in the area. We had a broken pool skimmer and they had a replacement to us in about an hour. I highly recommend renting though Acme versus the "other two" out there.

I can't say enough about the team at ACME. We arrived during a rare rainstorm in PS, which led to a power outage on our first night. ACME immediately responded with lanterns for us. The power quickly came back, but the next morning we discovered the spa would not work. They had a team member there inside an hour to fix it! The house was as advertised: a gleaming modern interpretation of Palm Springs MCM, with outstanding views of the mountains. All in all, a wonderful choice for anyone wanting the PS experience.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:

Consider Sun Trip Preserver insurance for added coverage consideration.
