Our stay was pleasant. Quiet neighborhood, clean home although the outdoor furniture was a bit dirty but manageable. The home itself 10/10 but communication for early check in was hard to arrange after calling a few times. We kinda just showed up and hoped it was ready which it was but would’ve liked some communication. Hot tube was cold we just didn’t know how to use it so if anyone plans to use it right away I would get instructions on how that works right away. Final thought, I’d stay again for sure

This home is a perfect option for the desert. It is close to downtown Palm Springs and not far from Palm Desert. My family loved the pool and hot tub. It can be heated and that's a huge bonus since the weather fluctuated from really hot to warm during our stay. It is a super luxurious pool. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. The home is spacious with updated baths and comfortable beds. Lots of room. I would stay there again.

The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as pictured—clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Our group stayed here while attending Coachella, and it worked out perfectly for our needs. One thing to note is that the property has a strict noise policy, so it’s best suited for guests looking for a more relaxed stay rather than a party atmosphere (we had no issues with that). The only minor drawback was that communication with management could be a bit slow at times. That said, we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay that required assistance. Overall, a great experience and a lovely place to stay.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Here are my notes: The good * Clean. Spotless * Everything very well appointed * Great WiFi - steady 400-500Mbps. Inside and outside * Powerful showers * Loads of spare towels both inside and outside * Loads of fun pool toys * Plenty of comfy seating outside * Great aircon. Only moved it down from default 76 after showers for an hour then it got too cold. Not so good * Comms was a little spotty. I think because a lot of it was automated. E.G. * I was unable to submit my ID because URL was broken and no reply when asking for help. * Received multiple check-in instructions for different properties and different guests * Upon checkout, "Your checkout time is ." * All good though - didn't detract from our stay

Loved the location and the pool! We paid to have the pool heated, but they delivered…it was great! We biked on the CV Link trail which was only a couple of blocks away. Hosts were very responsive! We would love to go back!

We had a great stay at this place. It was very close to the airport and downtown. The pool and spa was heated as per our request (at a daily charge). The instructions were clear and check in was easy. It was ready just on time. Everything was clean as expected except the outdoor furniture (many stains on the outdoor couch and dirty carpet with branches and dirt). However, the rest of the house and outdoor area was clean. The AC and fans in the room were comfortable. The beds weren’t the most comfortable and quite small for 2 people to share in 2 of the rooms, but doable. They provided lots of towels and blankets for our stay so that was great. Overall, I would recommend this place if you’re visiting with family and plan on being quiet, they do have strict rules in terms of outdoor noise after 10pm.

Pros - house is well stocked with tons of blankets, towels, pillows, cooking utensils / bowls, blender, games, puzzles, outdoor games, and anything else you could need. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Neighborhood was great for walking / walking our dog. Close to the strip. Cons - Host requires 72 hours to heat pool and hot tub which was not on the listing (listing says 24 hours), I had to call airbnb but they agreed to heat it. Grill ran out of propane and I texted the property manager's number (they told me they could be reached at that number) and never got a response. The firepit did not have a propane tank so we were unable to use it. Overall would stay again but would proactively ask about propane and heating the hot tub and pool.

House and property was exactly as described. I had trouble with the lockbox and the management company was helpful! Gained access to the home and a property maintenance person replaced the lockbox. The home had plenty of towels, toilet paper and everything you would need in the kitchen. The pool and patio area were beautiful and we enjoyed the outdoor living space every day.

Just 10 mins from airport, great property with a spacious kitchen area and the pool was heated perfectly. We asked to have it heated upon arrival and was told the price so we were aware. The hot tub was fantastic and backyard games were at our disposal stored in garage. All day sunshine in the backyard with firepit which we used a couple of times. Everything ran smoothly and was a great home to spend some family time. Vacasa answers your questions by phone & text message.

We had a great stay at this location. The house was clean and the pool was great. We paid to have it heated which was perfect upon our arrival. Just a heads up, we did receive a noise complaint from the neighbors on a Saturday afternoon. It was four adults and one child in the backyard playing corn hole with low music playing directly from our phone (listing does advise no music). Might have cheered a few times but we weren’t partying loudly or even close. Vacasa did reach out to warn us after the complaint and were proactive in making us aware. Other than that issue we enjoyed our time here immensely.

Peaceful Palms was nicer than what we saw online!! The kitchen is amazing. The pool and backyard is like a resort, a very quiet neighborhood, our young grandkids were basically the only noise we heard. We paid extra to have the pool heated, well worth the cost! We were there in April for the kids spring break. The first few days were in the 70’s with the typical wind. Having a warm pool kept everyone happy. The TV’s are all smart TV’s which was nice. They don’t have any cable TV which we did miss. There are TV’s in all 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are both updated and very nice. We would highly recommend Peaceful Palms to our friends and family.

Loved the space! Yard and pool were fantastic. Im a little OCD when it comes to certain things and it was so clean I could walk barefoot!!! Would love to go again. A little expensive for not including heating the pool but I was okay with it. I was a little bummed when I asked to heat the pool and found out that you had to heat it for the whole stay which definitely added up since we stayed 9 days and it didnt say anywhere that that was required yet it was ‘per policy’. But overall would stay here again!

Cozy house. The only issue is rental uses vacasa as a property manager which felt sketchy because it requires me to now communicate outside of the VRBO space. I use VRBO for a reason and would prefer all of my information and interactions to stay on VRBO for safe and clear communication.

We had a great time here. There were a number of power outages, (over 5 or more that I can recall) not the property managers fault though. They were quick to respond and kept us very well updated with the city. Just became more of a nuisance while cooking or trying to sleep with the air conditioner off during the summer months. Other then that, we throughly enjoyed our stay. It did state that there were inflatables for the pool and even labels for them, but there were none. Had to request the spa remote control because it was locked up even though it stated the spa use was included.

I absolutely loved my time at Peaceful Palms. A few friends and I got away to Palm Springs for a relaxing celebration of vaccines and friendship and we’re so pleased to stay here. The pool was amazing; lots of towels, a shade umbrella for those that want to enjoy the water but stay out of the sun, amazing back yard chairs and loungers, and the softest grass! I enjoyed a fresh lemon from the citrus tree in the yard for our beverages and just took it all in. The house is roomy and beautiful and the showers are perfection! I will definitely come back! We loved our stay at Peaceful Palms. The backyard and pool are awesome! Very relaxing with comfortable loungers, great outdoor door fire pit area and nice dining area. The beds are all extremely comfortable and the bedrooms are a nice size. The showers are awesome with great water pressure. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need for cooking. The living room area is wonderful with. a beautiful view of the mountains with palm trees and beautiful blooming bougainvillea in the forefront. Located is great, close to downtown Palm Springs dining and shopping. Neighborhood is perfect for running and walking. We were at this home for two weeks and really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Peaceful Palms! We cannot recommend this house highly enough. Check-in was simple and we walked into a sparkling clean home. This home, yard and pool are beautifully manicured, stocked and maintained. We are a large family with teenagers, and we all had enough space to spread out. The kids loved the pool and nice sized yard. Mom and dad loved the hot tub and being able to relax after our long drive and hikes. The shaded patio with lounge chairs and fire pit was quite pleasant in the afternoon. The kitchen was stocked with the things we needed for preparing meals- down to the cheese grater. All in all, great find! We look forward to visiting again.

My family loved staying here. The house feels brand new and everything was super clean and Vacasa was really hospitable and quick to respond if I had any questions. All the amenities are also a nice treat including the fire place and the yard games. Just a note: make sure you read the check-in instructions thoroughly! If you want the pool heated you need to give them 72 hours notice.

What a wonderful place to be during a trip to Palm Springs. The home is newly remodeled with clean lines, efficient use of space well maintained and nicely appointed. Well stocked kitchen and great amenities including an awesome rear, private yard. The pool is fantastic and the huge hot tub is perfect. Lots of seating areas with loung chairs, conversation seating around a gas fireplace, patio table and lots of easy moving lawn chairs. Couldn’t be happier with this stay. Easy accommodations for six.
