The resort-style yard is walled and gated for privacy and has a sparkling saltwater pool, an integrated waterfall spa, lounge chairs, occasional seating, a fire pit lounge, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a BBQ, and an outdoor shower. Breathtaking mountain views. Walking distance to the Chabad and less than a mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the fun and nostalgia of Palm Springs living. Walled and gated for privacy, the yard features a stunning front-loaded pool with an integrated waterfall spa. There’s also an outdoor shower, a fire pit lounge, a covered outdoor living pavilion, a BBQ, Ping Pong and cornhole. The backyard is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places. Mature landscaping and sweeping mountain views all add to the magic of this very special property.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This spacious mid-mod vacation home has been perfectly space-planned for comfort and relaxing in the sunshine. Clean lines and walls of glass blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living. It’s been completely remodeled yet still honors the home’s classic midcentury architecture. Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including a new kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high-speed internet, 4 flatscreen TVs, and a gas fireplace.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The master suite has a King bed and views of the mountains and pool yard. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks and a large shower with a rainfall showerhead. The second and third guest rooms have King beds and share easy access to the full bathroom in the hall.

THE LOCATION
Driving is completely optional while staying at this property - conveniently located in the popular Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood. You'll be less than a mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive, close to both the South Palm Springs Business District and the bustling Downtown area. Grocery stores, fine dining, casual restaurants, nighttime entertainment, and some great coffee shops are all just a 15-30 minute walk or an easy Uber ride away. This really is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything - but removed from the hustle and bustle of Downtown.

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

My friend and I splurged for a longish weekend getaway before the Christmas holidays. The house exceeded our expectations, even though we already could see how gorgeous it is. Wonderful pool, even better hot tub, beautiful furnishing and home layout. Lovely neighborhood too. It was, honestly, hard to even leave the house it was such a relaxing, perfect experience for us.

The perfect place for us

Absolutely felt right at home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The TV was a little confusing as I’m spoiled at my own home with Xfinity and I do watch quite a bit while I’m getting ready but that’s just me. Also, the only constructive criticism I have is those square cement blocks by the back yard area by the pool are very slippery and two people fell hard and the reason they were slippery is that Irrigation is on WAY too much and the grass was soaking wet the entire time. I think in the winter, perhaps cut down the irrigation to just twice a week? Also, the aim of the Irrigation is not only hitting in the grass, but it’s landing on the cement blocks. The only other constructive criticism I have is that you need a new bottle opener for wine or champagne. Very minor but just thought I’d let you know so you’re well aware of that. I loved the birthday card, the dog box you left us! Super thoughtful, and the coffee and everything about this place was about as close to perfection as you could possibly get for my needs and Oliver needs for that matter. I can’t wait to come back same week in about two years. Perfection for us. Thank you so much.

Girls weekend

Just wanted a quiet fun roomy vacay for a girls weekend (aged 50+) We felt very safe and felt that we were on one of the nicer streets. No doubt the large pool and perfectly landscaped backyard is the star! The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Nice comfortable sheets and beds. Home was spotless. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with spices and other items if we wanted to cook. That is really nice to have and same with having available shampoo/conditioner Those are small details that make the difference. Overall, had a great time! As Palm Springs is continually being renovated, should inquire if there is any construction going on in the neighborhood. Clearly not the responsibility of the property, but there was serious jackhammering across the street. Did not make for pleasant pool days. Of course, no construction during weekends. Just a tip.

This property was exactly what we saw on the website. Perfect location and outstanding view that we appreciated every minute. We felt at home rapidly. Size perfect for us. We just think a small table for coffee morning or light lunch under the sun would be nice. Was too cold to eat in the patio so we drag two chairs to eat our breakfast in the sunshine. Also please fitted sheets for the master bedroom. Was very difficult to make the bed. Sheets weren't the right size (too small) and the wood frame doesn't help. This is room for improvement. Thks !

My family had a wonderful stay here, perfect size for the 5 of us, the pool was perfect and the house was exactly as portrayed in the photos. Great neighborhood that was so very close to downtown. Very clean and well stocked kitchen.

There is not one thing we would have changed about our stay (and we have really high standards for vacation rentals). The house is beautiful, and we were pleasantly greeted with swanky music playing in the house when we arrived. Anything you could possibly need is provided, even things like shampoo. The pool and spa are clean and warm - and we loved night swims with fun, color-changing lights. Our favorite feature was the misters that run the entire length of the house. Out of all the homes we have stayed in Palm Springs, this was my favorite.

They’ve done everything possible to make this a great vacation house. Huge deep pool and patio misters make it surprisingly comfortable in temps averaging 110-114! We even ate outside every night. Outdoor shower was also a nice surprise that was used every day. House was stocked with everything imaginable. We’ll definitely be back.

I stayed at Palm Springs Trousdale with my family in April--what a treat! The neighborhood is lovely and the outdoor area is amazing! The pool and hot tub were great--my kids had such a great time swimming. The house was great too, the kitchen decently stocked for a rental. My only feedback was that the dishwasher was very loud and could use a repair or an upgrade--and with kids it would have been really nice to have an outdoor shower and an umbrella by the pool chairs. That said, there's plenty of shade under the lovely awning and the indoor/outdoor feel was amazing. This is our second time renting an Acme house and we have been consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the rentals and the customer service. We will be back for sure!

Great house. In good neighborhood but also very private with great plantings and fence. Pool is amazing. Only down side is not a reflection of Home or Property Manager but of how Palm Springs has set up some fairly stringent rules for VRBO's. No outdoor music, worried we would be kicked out if our 7 year old and 12 year old were too loud in the pool. We are a pretty tame bunch but if you know your group is going to be loud then look into these rules when booking. Possibly look outside city limits or for a home that is more isolated. We had a great stay and loved the house and management company but beware of Local laws governing VRBOS.

I stayed here last June and knew I wanted to come back to the same house. The great thing is it is even better than I remembered. They’ve added a lot to the home. They now have a ping pong table outside and we played round-robins several nights which was so fun! They also added ceiling fans and misters to the patio!!!! It was extremely comfortable outside even in 100+ degree temperatures! Not to mention the huge pool and spa! This house is great!!! Can’t wait to come back.

The house was great! Well maintained and nicely stocked with most of what you’ll need. We only had four people and two seven pound dogs, so the house felt very spacious. Our only complaint was the plastic mattress protectors on the beds and the lack of fitted sheets. The outdoor games were fun and the pool and hot tub where amazing! Loved the indoor and outdoor seating. We also enjoyed grilling and cooking a full meal in the house. All in all it is a great spot to vacation!

We come out to palm springs 2-3/year. We have stayed at a multitude of homes and locations. This is house ranks in the top 3. The pool is a perfect size to swim in, not just to cool off. Its 7 feet deep and about 35x16. its the perfect size and when renting homes, thatis the first thing I look at. Clean and large enough house for us Location is within a few minutes of the strip and markets. Would stay again for sure.

Overall Comment Great home with lovely views from the front-loaded pool. Super clean and comfortably decorated. Feels very much like a home away from home. Very nicely landscaped - you basically want to just hang out in the yard the whole time. We went with just two of us, but you could easily have a family of six there and not feel at all cramped. Great location to walk to town and restaurants. We are already planning our trip back down and want to stay in the same home again. I've stayed in several places in PS and this is one of two of my favorite homes we have rented.

Oasis Paradise

This house is an oasis paradise amidst desert and palm trees if I do say so myself. I knew right when I walked in the front gate and saw the swimming pool and hot tub in the front yard that I was never going to leave for the 3 days that I was staying there. Outdoor dining and lounging area made for some great lunches by the pool, plus there are so many lounge chairs to lay out and get some sun between swims (built in umbrella for some shade). The house felt so cool on the inside with the A/C, and there was plenty of room for all of us staying there. Every room had king beds and a tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc. Both bathrooms had rain showers as well (talk about luxury). The ping pong table and giant bbq are just off the kitchen, which made for some great times as well. Also, I super short drive to downtown Palm Springs. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 will book here again when I return to Palm Springs.

I stay at a lot of Airbnb's and I have to say this was truly one of the best. When I walked through the front gate I knew I was in for a good time. The front yard landscaping and pool are spectacular. The pool is quite large with a good depth so it was a great temperature to keep us cool. I've stayed at other homes in PS where the small pool felt like a bathtub, so I was super happy this pool was refreshing. The spa was quite large too. Since I was there in the summer I definitely didn't want the spa heat turned on but the jets felt great. The mid-century modern decor of the home was wonderful too. They thought of everything when furnishing the home and the kitchen. Also had lots of fun with the ping pong table and the cornhole. We had a blast and will definitely plan ahead next time to make sure this house is available!

I stayed at this place in January and loved it so much I chose to come back for a mid-quarantine getaway. It's just as lovely as before, and they've added a few features such as the outdoor fans and ping pong table. It was soooo hot and I was worried the pool wouldn't be refreshing enough (that's been my experience in the past during the summer in Palm Springs at other houses) but I guess the depth and color of this pool made it so the heat wasn't a problem. It was totally cool and refreshing! Beautiful home.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay!

This was my first time in Palm Springs and it was absolutely wonderful. My experience in this house contributed greatly! Although Palm Springs in the summer can be very hot (some days were even 114 degrees!!), the huge pool helped to keep me cool and relaxed. I floated around on one of the floats included with the house and felt my worries slip away. At night the pool lights up with lots of cool LED lights that change color, which made night swimming even more fun! The hot tub was a perfect addition as well. It was bigger than hot tubs I am used to and it fit all of us comfortably for late night chats, also with LED lights. During the day if I wasn't in the pool, I was curled up on the patio furniture with a book. The ceiling fans above helped keep bugs away and create a nice breeze. I even found a cute hidden mirror on the wood post, which was perfect to take pictures or just to check your hair. Another cool feature was the cooler for all of our drinks. It had a built in bottle opener so we didn't even have to bring our own. It's a very large cooler, so you won't have any trouble putting all your favorite drinks in there to enjoy throughout the day. Last but not least, the view of the mountains from the lawn chairs is breathtaking. During the day you can see palm trees and at night you can see the sunset lighting up the sky right above the mountain. I got plenty of pictures of that to share with my friends! This house made for a perfect first stay in Palm Springs and I will definitely...

I don't usually write reviews but I love this place so felt inclined to share! I have stayed in one other house in Palm Springs and encountered some problems there, however, my stay at this home was flawless! One feature I particularly loved was the indoor/outdoor living area - the ceiling fans by the outdoor dining did a really good job of keeping the bugs away and kept it cool In the 100+ degree heat. It definitely gets hot in the summertime but I was surprised how it wasn't really a problem here with that feature. Also, the pool area was amazing - views were spectacular (of course), and there is a great cooler out by the pool to keep your drinks ice cold so you don't have to keep running inside. I'll definitely be back!

Stunning home with mountain view

As a first timer to Palm Springs, I was absolutely blown away by this home. We arrived at nighttime and the yard was lit up with colored lights in the pool and spa area! The entire house is impeccably decorated with a cute, mid-century vibe and eye-catching color scheme. Waking up the next morning was incredible as I stepped into the yard and was greeted by the rugged, beautiful mountain slope. Reading in the chaise lounge outside was simply a dream, and I grabbed a couple fresh lemons from their tree for later. Appliances, lights, shower, etc. all worked great. Extremely comfortable king bed as well. Would love to return here and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I just LOVE this home. The first view when I walked through the privacy gate is the spectacular pool and huge hot tub in the front yard! Such a great mid-century vibe throughout the home.
