Beautiful stay

Everything you want and need

My 3 friends and I have been having a yearly get away in Palm Springs for the last 7 years. This house was by far the best rental. It provided ample shade for those of us who need it as well as tons of sun for those who want to tan. The electric retractable awning was a game changer for both outdoor use as well as cooling off the house. We cooked almost all our meals at the home and it was very well supplied even down to a rolling pin. The listing said 2 queens and 1 king. But it was actually 2 kings and 1 queen (bonus for us). Any issues we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Stay with a few tips for improvement

LOVED this property! It is definitely a WOW moment when you walk in. Spectacular outdoor area and living spaces. Bedrooms are well equipped with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The entire property is a 10!! Two tips for improvement to the property managers--1. CHECK IN-- you called me multiple times and sent multiple emails. The information was contradicting each other and unclear. I had to call someone back (as I’m getting ready for a trip which is a busy time)-- go through multiple questions for our “virtual check-in” where I was told I wouldn’t have to go in person to check-in. Then the next day received emails telling me that I needed to do in person check in. Giving me no address to do this in person check in and contradicting the information I had just heard from the virtual check-in agent the day before. Unclear and too much communication during a busy time. 2. The front door--- very weird key and lock system. There was one key ring with 3 keys on it, none were labeled. Some got stuck in the door some did not. Was there a door number code? That would’ve been easier having multiple guests stay in the home and only one set of keys. The lock was terrible and not very user friendly. Often took multiple people to help open and lock and get the key out. Either leave your guests multiple keys---or give a numerical code for the door punch. Everything else was fantastic !

Spectacular home.

The house is wonderful - spacious, light, mostly comfortable. The outdoor pool area is lovely and inviting. The covered porch is perfect, with a retractable awning that lets you control sun exposure. There are pool toys for kids, a ping pong table on the porch, an outdoor grill and fire pit. The outdoor chairs are extremely comfortable.And there are 2 king beds and 1 queen - not 2 queens as the listing says! The 3 en suite bed/baths are great! The kitchen is probably better equipped than my own!On the negative side, the hard chairs and wooden bench at the dining table could use some tweaking for comfort. Dealing with the management company was frustrating. When I asked for an early checkin (4 pm is really too late) I got three different answers from 3 different people. In the end they texted me at 1:45 to say I could check in at 2. Hard to plan your day. The rigmarole for “virtual checkin” is annoying and cumbersome. Why is a phone call necessary after all paperwork and ID verification is complete? When I called to report a problem with a shower they were supposed to call me back and never did. They didn’t know what was in the house (yes, there are hairdryers! I didn’t need to bring one.) But overall a wonderful property. I would rent it again.

Palm Springs resort!

This is my second visit to this house. It is so open and light! Love looking out at the pool and the mountains. The place is immaculate and decorated beautifully. It feels like a private resort in a quiet neighborhood which is also centrally located. Beds are very comfy and the hot water is awesome. I will be visiting again!!!

Lovely comfortable home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even some extras we didn’t expect (toys that our grandson loved, a ping pong table and a corn hole game that our adult children enjoyed and lots of pool toys). The only thing that would have made it better would be if it had a larger outdoor table for meals. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful Home with amazing amenities

Even more beautiful than the photos. We travel a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a home better stocked. The layout is perfect, each room has its own bathroom and TV. All the doors that access the pool have safety alarms which helped ease my fears traveling with young kids. Everything is well-thought out and there is beautiful art throughout the home. It’s elegant while still being super comfortable. We grilled and cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is the perfect size and the awning that extends over the pool keeps it shaded during the hottest parts of the day. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is even stocked with a bunch of pool toys. They have updated the glass coffee table in the family room with a larger wooden table. The staff was also super helpful, professional, friendly and responded to any issues promptly. We had an amazing time — this will be where we stay our next time in Palm Springs!

Awesome getaway!!!

A perfect getaway. We stayed 2 weeks and had different family stay with us throughout our stay. The extra sheets provided allowed us to freshen the guest rooms up between stays! I am just coming out of surgery and chemo so I was able to get a redo of the summer I missed. The backyard set up is wonderful and the awning that rolls out make the patio cool and shades the pool. My brother loved the grill. My sister and cousin loved the fire pit. My husband loved the tv and living room to do some work. I loved pool!!! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. Everyone loved the ambiance and said I should book it again next year!!!

We love this home! This is our 2nd visit to Timeless Beauty and would definitely do it again. Deepwell Estates neighborhood is a perfect location. Easy drive (or walk) downtown, grocery stores and the beautiful Tahquitz waterfall hike. Three bedrooms with three ensuite bathrooms is such a bonus! The house and landscaping is absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to come back.

Quiet and comfortable

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed the stay. There are a few things that need attention in order to make the place perfect. First, the WiFi is super slow and more like dial-up. Also, the television/cable system is very complicated and we are fairly tech savvy. Loved being able to park in garage. Pool heat/ sauna heat situation needs to be spelled out accurately to renters. It needs to be stated that the pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated at the same time. Jacuzzi does not stay heated and you must push the button and wait 20 minutes each time you use it. It's inconvenient. I'm sure this can be fixed somehow to the owners satisfaction, but it is inconvenient for vacationers to have to wait. The home is otherwise beautiful and well stocked, cleaned. Note that the pool service company enters thru the side gate and left it unlocked after leaving. We found gate unlocked when we arrived as well, so I am assuming they also left it unlocked before we arrived.

Great house in a great location

This house was more amazing than the pictures show, it seems much bigger and is perfect for three couples. All rooms have their own bathroom and two are bigger with the main one having a urinal and steam shower which we loved. It has everything you need for cooking with a well equipped kitchen and enjoying the pool with plenty of towels and plastic dishes. K-cup and normal coffee maker worked great. Pool and hot tub were great, definitely get the pool heating outside of summer.

Fabulous home

Relaxing

What a beautiful place, so nice! The pool is amazing and loved the covered patio, if you needed to get out of the sun you were still part of the group. The outdoor furniture was nice and comfortable and the fire pit is a bonus! We spent most of our time outside, so relaxing. The house pretty much had everything you needed. A non-stick fry pan would be nice but other than that absolutely no complaints.

The house was super clean ! Bigger in person pictures doesn’t do it justice . Only bad thing we can say is the gardeners showed up before 8 AM ! And the next day something with Edison wanted to come to see trees from the back yard ! Before 8:00 Am . Then we had to let a maintenance guy in so he can fix something in the bedrooms showers . This could been done before we arrived . Overall the house is great for a family of 4 ! We did have a great time …

Another perfect stay! This house is five star all the way. Incredible patio and pool area, there's no reason to leave the property! Stay here and enjoy! If you do, downtown is only a mile away. Of particular note, the master bedroom is the best sleeping room I've ever been in while traveling. It's completely quiet, the bed is so comfortable and the bedding is high quality. After a day in the sun at the pool it's the perfect place to relax! The house is finished with expensive touches that make it fun to look at every day, and the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout is ideal with the two master suites being at opposite ends of the house (the 3rd bedroom is close to one of the master suites). House was larger then we expected, very clean, and well stocked. The backyard is private and secure; we enjoyed the fire pit quite a bit since it was cold during our stay. The location is convenient to the main business district in Palm Springs (6-7 minute drive) but very quiet at night time (no airport noise). The surrounding neighborhood is great for morning walks. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Palm Springs stay

The house and property were amazing and perfect for our group. All bedrooms were en-suite and two were like masters. The house and property were spotless and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were concerned about property management based on reviews but everything (fire pit, spa, pool, grill, etc) was in perfect order so no need to contact them with issues. Virtual check- in was easy. Property was in a great location on a quiet street. We will be back!

Nice mid century modern

Good location and comfy furniture. Pool and spa were very cold. We didn’t think we needed to pay the additional cost to heat the pool as temperature was in the 90’s. Go ahead and splurge on the extra cost!

We loved staying here. South Palm Springs is a great neighborhood because you don’t get as much wind. The house has lots of space and great energy. Loved the steam shower in the master. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you’d need to prepare a meal. The outdoor space is amazing!

This home was absolutely perfect. Great location. Beautiful lay out. Super comfortable. Very private backyard. All of the window coverings close to complete privacy. So nice that each room has its own bathroom and shower. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of good pillows and soft sheets. Our bed had Egyptian cotton. And they had extra sheet sets so you didn’t have to wait for a load of laundry if you wanted fresh sheets. Plenty of fresh bath towels and pool towels. The washing machine was new and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes and great pans. Every utensil you could need. We enjoyed the covered back patio with ceiling fans. And the extendable awning covers half of the pool to keep it nice and shady while it’s hot! Every light was on a dimmer switch so the lighting was always perfect. We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We will be back.

This house and it’s location are pretty perfect. The layout of the interior is great and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. The backyard is a dream. It’s great for a small or large group. The house only being minutes (driving) from shopping, dining and downtown PS was also a big plus. We would definitely stay at this property again. The only thing to be aware of is communicating with owner (Vacasa) is a bit delayed, so make sure if you have requests you make them very early in the reservation process.

Wonderful place to stay in PS! The house was spacious, well decorated, very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Every bedroom felt spacious and private, and it was nice that each one had an en-suite bathroom. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, with plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was very well appointed and the outside grill with an additional small fridge came in very handy for our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful house and we’ll definitely be back soon.

Our stay was great! The layout of the house was perfect and everything was very clean which we loved. The only suggestions we have is a bigger dining table for outside. We had a party of six and it was not possible for us to enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner sitting all together. Also a better selection of cooking pots would have been better. The one pot we used didn’t have a rubber handle and we were not aware how hot the handle would get. Other than that everything else was great!

Perfect!

This house couldn't have been more perfect for our group. Six women, 3 bedrooms all with full bathrooms! The wall to wall sliders to the perfect very private backyard with a ping pong table & corn hole. The patio is very comfortable beautiful furniture, ceiling fans and a extendable awning that will cool half the pool deck. The kitchen has everything. The dining room table, perfect for game nights. Garage parking. This house is in a very nice, upscale neighborhood and close to everything. We will definately be back!

Most beautiful house - highly recommend

My fiancé and I had an incredible stay at this house. It's three full bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful. The house was spotless upon arrival, and is super well stocked so that you can cook, grill, bake, and host. The actual neighborhood is lovely, lots of quiet but nice neighbors and we felt very safe. Worth every penny guys!
