Iconic, bright, & dog-friendly house w/private pool, spa, pool table & grill

Perfect place for our family in Palm Springs. Ultra private backyard with mountain view, heated pool and charming MSM house made us want to stay much longer. Great property, lots of dishes, towels, etc. Will be back!

Lovely weekend away with three kids. Enjoyed walks in the desert, food the local escape room and of course the pool and the sun. Place was exactly as advertised and fit the five of us well

We were in a pickle to find a place as our airbnb canceled 2 says before the trip, this place was nice, backyard needs some love and cleaning, felt secure and good location though. The home is older than what the photos make it look like, but still a good place. Group decision was great place but the rate could come down compared to what we had booked.

We booked this property for a last minute quick trip for our anniversary. The fact that dogs are welcome was a huge factor in our decision to book. However, we were instantly blown away with it's well thought out layout and appointments. Our fur babies absolutely loved their stay as well. The yard was completely walled in which was perfect to turn them loose to just be dogs. The pool and spa were great and the pool table was a nice added bonus. We would highly recommend this property for couples, dog lovers and families. If you're looking for a backyard scene this probably isn't the property for you. But, if you're looking for beautiful quiet, place to escape...well then this is exactly the property for you.

All in one for a great price is what you get with this bungalow.. Tvs in 4 rooms..great wifi..pool was lovely..comfortable beds..working ice maker..just all the stuff you need in a rental..

Perfect chill vibe for a family with teens. Favorite things- Grill, outdoor eating areas, pool table, pool and SUN. Nice, cute neighborhood for walks.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had all the amenities we needed, the pool was great, and it definitely had a mid-century vibe. There is easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the airport. We appreciated the privacy of the yard and pool. A view of the mountains from the pool is a plus.

The house was perfect for our group of 4. The dog loved it! He could come in and out of the house in the fenced yard without worry. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, towels, etc. Enjoyed playing pool after dinner and wind down, and cornhole during the day was a highlight. Nicely decorated Alexander home. This house fits our needs. Would easily work with 6 people too. Close to downtown, 1 block to a very nice park. We would return.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely midcentury neighborhood. It's only a few minutes to downtown Palm Springs. The home is well appointed and comfortable, with a spacious backyard and fun game room with a pool table. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This property was fantastic. My vacations this year were cancelled so Needed a covid friendly getaway. Everything felt clean and safe, the pool was great and it was the perfect space to get away. Can’t speak to location because we didn’t leave and go anywhere, but we didn’t have any issues with instacart or postmate deliveries

The house is very old, and needs to be updated for the price they are charging. The kitchen faucet was broken and the toilet seat was very loose. Both of these things we’re communicated to host and no one ever came to fix it during our Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday Stay. We had crickets inside the house, couldn’t sleep all night. One of the outdoor umbrellas, we couldn’t even put up due to the base, it was old and it wobbled not safe what so ever. When we showered the water in both tubes would take forever to drain. With all the rules, restrictions, contracts and the amount of money paid, We expected an immaculate home. On top of the high price which already included cleaning fee, we had to basically clean the house before leaving because that’s what the contract(s) stated. We had to take out all trash, clean up back yard/pool area, make sure all dishes were in dish washer, make sure all linens we’re off bed, so why were we charged a cleaning fee? Who ever took the photos to this house, you fooled us. I would never again stay here, unless the house gets a severe updated and even then I would think about it two. Oh and one more thing the days we were there, the temperature got to 110* we couldn’t lower the thermostat, it was set and controlled to 76 degrees, everyone was sweating and uncomfortable!!!

Amazing property! So much to do while stuck inside during covid season. The kids had so much pool fun, the yard was amazing for the kids to have a picnic, the bbq/bar area are was perfect for the adults to drink and chit chat. Grandpa and grandson played corn hole tournaments. The inside of the house was clean, so comfortable. They even had a washer and dryer and a pool table. We will definitely stay here again. Loved every minute of it. Thank you

The house is well located with a well-appointed living/ dining kitchen area, 3 good sized bedrooms and a great pool room. We had a wet weekend but enjoyed playing pool, board games, playing vinyl albums and lounging in the very comfortable living room.

Great place a getaway in the desert. The place is exactly as the pictures want to show. Nice area, great neighborhood make a great time with the family. We will definitely be back and recommend the place and hosting was top notch.

This house was the perfect weekend getaway! It’s close to downtown, so cute inside & the backyard is amazing. We ended up not using the grill, but I was shocked by how clean is was. Even the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the tools & items you could ever think of needing! Kaye was so accommodating with our late check-in and they were always quick to respond. The only negative was that there was a couple contracts & rules that you may not see if you didn’t read the fine print (which I assume most people don’t). You need to be 25+ yrs old and there is no outside noise. It worked out for my group, but I want to call it out for future guests since they have a strict cancellation policy. All in all, it was a great location, very clean & had great customer service. I would definitely recommend!

Property is very Palm Springs. The house is well decorated with mid-century modern furniture. The pool heats up to a nice 80 degrees. The kitchen comes with necessary essentials to make meals. The beds are firm and restful. Note the bedrooms can get cold at night as the heating unit seems to be only in the living room area. Otherwise, a great value in Palm Springs.
