Or plan a memorable day trip west to Joshua Tree National Park! THINGS TO KNOW This home has easy access for guests with limited mobility. The utility deposit covers the cost of utilities used during the stay. The utility deposit requirement applies to all homes where a guest stays 'monthly' (28 nights or longer). The utility deposit for homes with a private pool is $2,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Beautiful home!! Our family of 9 with 3 generations all loved it! The kitchen, living rooms, and dining room all open and centrally located for easy, comfortable use by all. Everything is well-stocked: Many of us cook and we appreciated all the utensils & cookware, plus many plates, glasses, etc. (and 2 dishwashers!). Plenty of towels for bathrooms and poolside. Nothing was lacking. We have stayed in many Airbnbs, including high end properties, and this was our favorite!!

Great option for Golf Trip - Tons of room

Our group of 10 loved this place. It was beautiful inside and out and was in a great location. We had to pay to heat the hot tub every time (165?) which was our only complaint. Kitchen is very well equipped and everyone loves their bedrooms. Ali stunning mountain and palm views. We would happily return.

I'm a super host in San Francisco. This house is really amazing. Highlights: +Top-notch decor/design. +Lots of space. +5 bedrooms have private baths. 2 share a nice bath. Some of the bathrooms are huge/elegant. All were well done. +Kitchen is very well stocked to cook. Full sets of plates/drinking glasses, including plastic (for the pool) and glass/ceramic. Plus two coffee makers, and lots of gadgets, bowls, etc. +Well-stocked with towels (bath and pool). +Nothing felt cheap. Things to know: +6 rooms are accessible from the pool, but for 3 must go through other rooms to get to them internally. +AC controls are locked to a specific range and don't go low enough. They should go a few degrees below 74. This saves energy, but for the rate it's not reasonable. +The up-charge for pool heating is a lot ($150/day). The pool was still too cool, and I had to work with the company to temporarily increase it. +PS has a strict limit on outdoor music by the pool. This is a City rule--beware.

Todd and Alexis were extremely responsive to all of my questions. The property is stunning, everyone had their own room and bathroom, and the pool was very nice. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. We had a private chef cook dinner for us and he had no complaints whatsoever. All in all, it was a very special weekend for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

?????????? Birthday Weekend Perfection in Palm Springs! I rented this home for my birthday with 12 friends, and it absolutely blew us away. The house is huge — tons of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool was massive and perfect for the desert heat, and the big yard gave us room to lounge, play games, and take in the incredible mountain views. Inside, it was just as impressive: a full kitchen that made group meals easy, sleek mid-century modern vibes throughout, TVs and fireplaces in just about every room, and plenty of bathrooms for a big group. There was even ample parking, which is a rare find in Palm Springs. This house truly had it all and made the weekend unforgettable. Would 100% rent again — ideal for group getaways, celebrations, or just a little desert luxury.

Excellent mid-century ranch in the best neighborhood of Palm Springs. The pool was fantastic. 2 coffee pots which our large group loved. Stocked spices, oils, all cooking needs covered. Ample towels, and pool towels. Would def recommend!

The house provided ample room and privacy for us, 10 adult guests. I'd recommend the house and the management team for your vacation in Palm Springs, CA. The house could benefit from having some outdoor games/activities such as croquet available, but that wasn't a deal breaker.

Overall a fantastic stay. The pets loved the grounds with so many beautiful sights and smells. The pool was so refreshing and a relaxing spa. The kitchen was stocked with everything I could need for a big group. The bedrooms are private and there’s tasteful art, perfect for a retreat. I would stay here again, but things I’d want to know is that you have to book the pool for at least three days, which was a bit of a surprise since I didn’t anticipate needing it that long and for the price of the rental, seemed surprising. Thankfully all the guests loved the pool and it felt worth it. The pool goes to 7ft depth, something to consider with younger children. The local host was very helpful and responsive, I really appreciated that. Before getting in contact with him, I tried adding the pool using the vcasa number and was on hold for a long time which is something to be aware of.

Stayed here with 11 friends and everyone enjoyed it so much. The place was super spacious and clean with really comfortable settings. Host was very responsive, friendly, and hooked us up with an early check-in and late check out. Highly recommend

We have been going to Palm Springs every year since about 2018. This has to be one of our favorite homes we have stayed at! There was 11 of us & was plenty of room for everyone. Very spacious, feels like a boutique hotel. Beautiful yard and lots of grass and space for the pups. Todd was very fast at responding & helpful. We looked forward to staying at this home again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Spacious and sprawling estate - every guest had privacy while still offering multiple locations to gather comfortably. Kitchen has everything you would need- we opted to cook all meals at the house over the weekend and needed for nothing. We had the pool and hot tub heated and they were both the perfect temp. City ordinance for noise outside is very strict- not the fault of the property, however do consider if your group can be very quiet outdoors. We loved our stay and would absolutely book with a large group again.

Midcentury Paradise

The house was lovely. Tons of room for our group of 11 to spread out. Pool and hot tub were great especially with the views of the mountain. Close to town and airport via car. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked and when we didn't have a coffee grinder they delivered one within the hour. Also we were there during citrus season and they had an orange, lemon and grapefruit tree that were delicious.

Live, Laugh and Love!

It is all available at the PS Perfection. The perfect house for a family gathering and celebrating. The kitchen is ideal for those that like to cook or others that prefer to have food catered. The rooms/bedrooms/baths are generous in size and have updated appointments. The grounds and pool sit in the center to create a mini oasis. Add to that the peaceful mountain backdrop and together it is perfection! High marks to VACASA for critical communication, a fully ready house, expediting entry and exit. Only negative: No Music-There should be a defined time range so guests can celebrate in a reasonable fashion without infringing on others.

Great for a Girls Trip

The home was perfect for our group of 7 ladies. We all had a place to sit at the counter, dining room, in the living room and around the pool. The kitchen was large enough for us all to be preparing food together! We loved the pool and the spa. All the rooms were just right for our group. The grocery store is within a mile. Downtown was super close, as well as the airport. Would recommend this property to others!

This is a beautiful mid century home on a corner lot in a great neighborhood. The house is kept very well and has many extras. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need including spices. To heat the pool and jacuzzi is worth it. You can actually go swimming in the cold months in this pool which is very surprising. The management company is also very responsive. This house is great for large groups.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful stay at the house. There was plenty of room for all of our family member. Pool and yard were excellent. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and prepare meals. Host was prompt to answer any questions we had.

63rd Wedding anniversary and family reunion

Palm Springs perfection absolutely lives up to its name! My family spent a week in this beautiful home celebrating our parents 63rd anniversary as well as a family reunion. The home is large enough to host an extended family and everyone has adequate sleeping space! The lawns are well manicured and the pool Is Spectacular! As you are lounging in the sun there are frequent visitors in the form of hummingbirds feeding on the beautiful flowers surrounding the pool area! The kitchen is Well-stocked and would make any gourmet chef happy! Many memories were made this week at this beautiful home!

Fantastic Property for a large group

The property is very conveniently located in the heart of Palm Springs with close proximity to all cities and golf courses in the valley. Beautiful 7 bdr home with 7+ bathrooms, fully upgraded with a pool, hot tub, bbq and many amenities. perfect place for a family / friends reunion. Our group loved the place and enjoyed our stay. The check-in / check-out process was very easy and the property mgmt. team stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Kudos to Vacasa for doing a great job. Thank you.

Even better than the pictures

We had a decent-sized family gathering here and loved it. The pictures don't do it justice. It's immaculate, spacious, well-decorated, and stocked with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Pool and outdoor area are great too. The noise ordinance is out of their control but do note that it's incredibly strict - not something we ran into problems with but you should not plan on hosting a party there or playing any music outdoors at all. Location is great too, as the neighborhood was super nice to walk around and on a quiet residential street, but also not too far from downtown. We hope to book again!

Loved the space this home provides both inside and out. It is beautifully appointed, yet very comfortable for a family gathering like we had. Dream House

This house is a true mid-century dream, and was perfect for our group of nine adults. Spacious with lots of privacy, the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more, and the neighborhood and location were perfect for daily walks and quick errands. The saline pool and mountain view were the cherry on top. The photos do not do this place justice, hope to stay here again.
