We had a lovely stay - the house was clean and spacious, the pool (where we spent most of our time) was small but ample, with nice steps and a shelf, and the location was only a few minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay celebrating my retirement. So many rentals have only the absolute minimum when it comes to supplies and just general things a home needs, but this home had just about everything in abundance. Paper products, silverware, glassware, sharp cooking knives, bag clips, scissors. We use these items every day, and it was so nice to be in a space that felt like an actual home. It also felt like the owners trust guests to take care of their items, much like staying at a friend’s house. We had one small hiccup regarding the hot tub. If you want it heated, that is a daily $75 surcharge that has to be paid in advance. I did not see this on the listing when we booked. Since this was a special occasion, the management company was nice enough to allow us to have it activated once we had already arrived (on the second day.) It made a HUGE difference to be able to soak and relax as the evenings are windy and (somewhat) cooler. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our stay in Palm Springs! The airport, downtown and our wedding destination were all within 15 minutes away and the house was great… clean house with cute mid-century modern decor, comfortable AC, nice backyard with waterfall, fully stocked kitchen with spices (thank you for having all the basics!) and a great pool for hanging out! The overhang in the backyard provides shade and the house is perfectly oriented to keep the sun out and all of us comfortable despite 100 degree weather. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Immaculate and tons of space and storage for our family of 4. The kitchen was better-outfitted than home! Albertsons is nearby and we shopped a few times to enjoy a couple meals at the house. Lovely backyard with 3 different citrus trees and a view of the mountain. I could retire right here in this house. Loved it.

Very enjoyable home and swimming pool and spa. Didn't realize this property is on the Palm Spring flight path. Not bad, but 40 flights a day that the noise lasts 1 minute each.

We had such a great stay here! It was the best-stocked airbnb I've ever been to! There hosts were very responsive with great communication. We loved the house and didn't want to leave. Great for pets.

We had a great stay. The back yard is beautiful; we loved the pool and the landscaping and it was secure for our dogs. The house was stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. Vacasa was easy to work with and very helpful. It was the perfect spot for a long holiday weekend getaway.

Appreciated how clean the place was. Lots of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was very basic with only a few homes upgraded, if that’s important for you. Extra books provided and it was nice to have XM with surround.

We wanted a place to just get away for a while and not worry about any crowds. This place was wonderful. Every room was very comfortable, the beds were extremely cozy and clean. The wide open floor plan was so pleasing. The kitchen was stocked with so many items, from a variety of utensils, to the appliances, to the cabinets stocked with plates/pans/dishes....etc. The backyard was WOW....butterflies, hummingbirds and very well kept. The fire pit at night under the stars was so nice! The ability to get into the pool at our leisure was the best. No waiting in lines or worried about others is so nice. Again, we needed a quick get away and it was so relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you

We had a great stay at this property and would stay again. Two adults, two kids under 9. Location is great, would caution there is airplane noise at early hours. Overall not a big deal for us since we are early risers anyway. The house itself was well suited for us but lacks some of the touches of other family-friendly rentals we have stayed at (no games, no pool toys to use). The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook some simple meals. The real winner is the backyard with an ideal pool, hot tub, seating area.

As advertised. Only non-positives: LR TV/audio is problematic as per other guest comments-not at all intuitive. Location is great for plane spotters, under takeoff path for PSP. It is quiet 10pm-6am. Pool heater app is confusing and you should turn it on 10 hours prior to going in. Overall a good experience and everything needed for our stay was there, well done!

We came for a girls weekend and had not great weather (chilly and rainy) but we made the most of it with the heated spa/pool and fire pit area! The house was perfect for us and kitchen well stocked. We all commented on how comfortable the beds and pillows were. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of a grocery store and Starbucks, but we didn’t need the coffee because there is a Nespresso with pods provided which was a nice surprise. I have no complaints about the house and would recommend to all to rent. My only complaint is with the property managers - our last night there we tripped a fuse due to two hairdryers going at the same time. We tried to find the electrical box but we couldn’t locate it. We called Vacasa twice and no one came out to restore power to the bathrooms or called us at all. We left the next morning and made do without lights/power in the bathrooms.

The house was great! Clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room for me and my two sisters. Backyard was amazing! We did not want to leave. Vacasa was terrific at communicating and handling any questions that arose during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

House was clean, perfectly laid out, open floor plan and good sized bedrooms. It had everything you need, towels, dishes, silverware and utensils. The pool and spa were clean and ready to use. Just bring your swimsuits and be ready to relax. My only suggestion would be umbrellas for the pool. In the summer that will provide some extra shade poolside when it’s very hot. Other than that we had a blast and the Vacasa staff is always ready to assist if needed.

We stayed in this lovely house over the holiday. It was exactly as described and a wonderful space for our family. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor lifestyle, the hot tub, and all the great hiking nearby (Joshua Tree, Thousand Palms Oasis, Araby trail, etc.). The pool was a great temperature even when it was colder out and the spa heats up pretty quickly when switching to it. Located just north of the airport, this mid-century gem has updated bathrooms and kitchen. The backyard is a delight with inground pool, spa, firepit and sheltered seating area. The amenities provided were stellar with lots of extra touches such as a Nespresso machine, data points conveniently located on the bedside tables and plentiful, high quality linens. Picking fresh lemons, oranges and grapefruit from an abundant crop in the backyard was a delight.A special shoutout to Ann Molina, the TurnKey property manager who was exceptional. Our stay here was wonderful. The saltwater pool has spoiled me for life! Though the pool itself is a bit small, there is a wide ledge at one end where you can lounge while still immersed in the water which was just heavenly. The yard is immense, fully enclosed, and very private. The house was pristine clean, fully stocked with plenty of paper towels, TP, sheets, towels, etc. Two pool towels were laid on each bed to set the mood for playtime! Though not walking distance, the house is not a far drive from town. The property is under a flight path so there is the occasional plane overhead, but the property is so nice overall we really didn’t mind. Check-in was very late at 4 p.m., and check-out was extremely early at 10 a.m. A cleaning woman arrived at exactly 10 a.m. as we were packing up the car and emptying the frig which made check-out an extremely harried and stressful way to end our vacation. We hope TurnKey will soon change their check-in and out policy to allow guests a bit more time to enjoy their properties. I appreciated the pool temperature, nice and warm. The grill and kitchen were great for cooking. Very spacious and well-kept property. The house was really nice - so comfortable and nicely decorated. We had a great time in the pool and spa. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens on any AirBNBs I’ve stayed in. Everything we needed plus additional thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend this house for a short or extended stay.

This property is absolutely wonderful! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Pool towels were laid out invitingly on each bed. The saltwater pool, though small, is great! There's a wide ledge at one end of the pool on which to lounge comfortably while immersed in the water. The house is not walking distance but not too far from town. The property is under a flight path so the occasional larger planes were loud, but the comfort of the house, large yard, and saltwater pool overrode that for us. We were bummed that check-in was so late in the day at 4 p.m. and check-out was so early at 10 a.m. Overall we loved staying here!

We spent a blissful 5 days here and loved it. It was super comfortable for 5 people. So clean, pool was great, communication from Turnkey was so fast and helpful. Super convenient location (5 min drive) to all the shops and restaurants in Palm Springs.

This was a great spot for a couple of days of family pool time. We basically spent the day in and around the pool and then went out for dinner. The location is a bit of a drive to everywhere we wanted to go but the house itself was great.

This place exceeded my expectations! The rental property is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location of the property is also very convenient many of your grocery stores and shops are within a 10 minute radius. We had some technical difficulties but the host responded rather quickly and had someone meet me on site within an hour to fix it. Overall i would stay here over and over again. 10 out of 10 rating!

Our family had an awesome 4th fo July weekend at this fabulous property! The house was sparkling clean, with lots of amenities and the outdoor space was just what we needed! The pool was clean and refreshing and we spent most of our day enjoying this space. The location was perfect, off a quiet street with lovely views of the mountains. If we needed anything, the property management company was quick to assist us and super helpful. Perfect retreat for two couples. Shaded patio functioned like an extra room. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with high end appliances. As soon as you walk in the front door, the picturesque view of the backyard gives the sense you are in your own private villa. The house has a very spacious living area and great kitchen! The street the house is on is quiet and convenient to most areas in Palm Springs. My guests and I had a great time catching up here.

This TurnKey property comes as described. It is located less than 10 minutes from the airport and is also a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The detailed instructions for check-in and operation of the pool/spa made everything very easy. Upon arrival, the property was very clean and in great condition. The modern kitchen was niceas we cooked many meals and the decor throughout the house was great.... but the highlight of this property was definitely the pool. Our expectations were far exceeded as most "heated pools" that we've rented in the past come with a set temperature that is still fairly cool. The pool settings are easily controlled through a tablet, and you can actually adjust the temperature of the pool and spa (within minutes). This was absolutely AMAZING! My kids were able to enjoy the pool early in the morning and late into the evenings. This property is a gem and we would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here with 3 of my girlfriends for a little get-a-way. This house was very clean and nicely furnished. The only complaint that I have is that there was only 2 wash clothes, 1 in each bathroom and 3 hand towels. When I requested more, since we had 4 people, there was kind of mix up in the communication. Once we were all on the same page, more were delivered quickly. I would stay here again! This place is solid! Spotlessly clean, well appointed interior and kitchen (we didn’t want for any utensil or cooking item while we were there which is saying a lot coming from someone who loved to cook!). The back yard was perfect. The pool and hot tub heated quickly. The outdoor furniture was comfortable. It was incredibly private. It was exactly what we wanted for this holiday weekend. I would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable place to hang your hat in Palm Springs. ????????
