Really enjoyed our stay and the host made the check in procedure easy and seamless. They had everything we needed to feel at home and to recharge in between our Coachella stay! Really nice backyard and pool as well. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect sized house for us with just a short drive into town. We were in the pool all day, which does take some coordination setting up before you arrive, but for us it was totally worth it! We would love to come back

We had a great time in Palm Springs and spent a lot of time by the pool. The villa was great and the location was ideal. We will not hesitate to stay here again for another stay in Palm Springs.

love being close to downtown and close to the Ralphs. And only 10 minutes to Taqhutiz creek golf course (great value). backyard was private and large - pool was great. definitely will return!

This was our second time staying in this home. We love the pool and the peaceful backyard! It’s just perfect to relax and get away from the noise. Guest services were super helpful and responsive. We forgot a couple of items and they were so helpful in locating them and shipping them back to us. Top notch customer service and we hope to return next summer as well. Thank you for our peaceful getaway!

This house is the ultimate getaway . Just buy some groceries and the rest is here. Relax by the pool or enjoy the area , theres so much to do. The house was clean upon arrival the host was reponsive in everything we needed or any question we needed answered .

Our family of four (daughters age 5 and 12) had a great summer getaway! The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for our stay. Check in process was easy. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and were so pleased to not have any mosquito issues at the home. The beds were comfortable although the mattress in the master was very creaky with any movement. The only con was the water pressure in the shower was terribly low. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and super close to the grocery store, we were stocked up after checking in. We definitely would love to stay again in the future!

Very private back back yard, we loved the pool and jacuzzi! We spend a majority of our time in the back yard. Beds were not comfortable, way to hard (unless you prefer super firm). Might be time to invest in better mattresses or a mattress pad. Pillows not great but there is a ton in the closet to choose from. We didn't realize that until we bought new ones. Overall the house is well stocked with seasonings and seems to have everything you need to cook. It's close to the airport but planes take off a different direction so it's not bad with it being loud. Overall we would definitely stay again, just wish beds were more comfortable.

We had a great time. Very clean, everything you need exists . 2 middle-age couples from Orange County just going to enjoy the warm weather and the sun and the pool. Only downside is the pool was cold and they want to charge 75 bucks a day to heat it. Otherwise perfect!

Great curb appeal on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great location with easy access to everything you would want to do in Palm Springs from the airport to the town center. In turns the old saying that there’s no place like home on its head because there is - here. Great pool too!!

The house is a perfect size, the pool and the yard were great. It's a very quiet neighborhood close to downtown, casinos and good restaurants. We definitely will be back. Two recommendations to the owners: 1) have the area rugs and the carpets shampooed 2) get a new vacuum cleaner that vacuums the area rugs

The backyard was everything! A little reminiscent of Old School Palm Springs - loved the grassy areas, Palm and fruit trees. Nice view and great patio. Nice location. Did not disappoint!

We stayed at this property for 6days and it was perfect! Quiet and convenient location and the backyard with medium/large pool is extremely well kept and private. We worked with Matthew from Vacasa Palm Springs and he was awesome. Always responsed in a timely manner to any of our questions and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for.

Loved the quiet neighborhood and the ease of getting around, with the exception of a trip to Joshua Tree park every thing we wanted was only a short drive enclosing about 8 minutes to the airport. The pool was great and the house had every thing we could want. The only down side was some of the pieces of carpet looks very old and cheep and should be replaced.

This house was perfect for a family getaway. We spent most of the time in the pool/jacuzzi. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, beds were very comfortable, and the AC was amazing, which is great since it was 109 degrees outside. The pool temp stays at 86 degrees and took some time getting used to. Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Great little house for families or friends. Open floor plan of the common areas was perfect. Very clean, updated bathrooms, comfortable furniture. Bring your own pool floats and toys if you have kids. Otherwise no real complaints!

We had a very nice stay in this home. It was very clean and the beds and sofa were comfortable . The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need. The pool was private and great for relaxing and cooling off. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties to use which was nice . There were also 2 bikes to ride if you wanted too. Would definitely rent this home again.
