Comfortable stay at Only Inn Palm Springs

Our group ranged in age from 9 to 77 and everybody had what they needed to comfortably enjoy our vacation.The kitchen is well-appointed, including unexpected extras like an espresso machine, cocktail tools, and a popcorn popper. There are plenty of cooking and serving dishes. The pool and property were clean and maintained inobtrusively during our stay. The yard feels private.The primary bedroom and ensuite are spacious. The additional bedrooms are comfortable as well. Basic toiletries were provided, which we do not expect but do appreciate. There were plenty of pool towels and floaties, too.We found plenty of reading material and board games in one of the cabinets beneath the iconic Only in Palm Springs "neon" sign. The decor is cohesive and creative.We had no need to contact the host but did receive periodic informative messages, including discounts at local venues. The location is bikable and walkable, and the neighborhood is quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth, and there was no lengthy to-do list as we have found at other rentals in the past. We endeavored to be tidy and leave the home as we found it.If I had one caution it would be that there are (reasonable) restrictions on the thermostat settings and this home may not be appropriate for individuals with temperature sensitivities. Even employing the pre-A/C era strategies of closed curtains, on 100*F days the A/C couldn't quite keep up, especially in the third bedroom. It does cool off quickly in the

We had SUCH an amazing "babymoon" in this absolutely adorable, elegant and well thought out home. The decor is beautiful and a perfect reflection of Palm Springs (Make sure you get a pic in front of the neon sign!!). The pool was a great temperature, and we loved the hot tub. I think my favorite parts of the home are the front living room with the awesome leather couches, and all of the cute wall paper! We will definitely be back, and cannot wait to see the recent additions to the home as well. There is a reason this place is in the top 10 for best staging in the country!

This home is very well appointed and close to a lot. The pool and hot tub are amazing. I love that there is sun and shade in the pool area. The kitchen is easy to work in and has all the amenities you’d expect. I have a bad back and the bed was super comfortable. If you like hiking there are hiking trails nearby as well. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

This is a delightful home, well laid out open areas for group activities, privacy in bedrooms, fabulous pool and hot tub and private yard. The property is very nicely furnished, comfortable and inviting. The home is close to many hikes, shops, restaurants and a short drive to many other hikes and downtown. We had an amazing first trip to Palm Springs and will be back!
