The host was very communicative and informative. Was always quick to reply and provided clear instructions. The only difficulty was trying to figure out how to unlock the door, and the code being so long made things a little difficult. Once I figured it out though it was no problem. The home was clean and we had a comfortable stay.

Had a very good time, communicating with the property manager was fast and easy. FYI it’s 75/day to heat both, the pool and hot tub. We added that and enjoyed the backyard so much more!There is a bit of traffic noise at night as the house is on a busy street. It didn’t bother us at all since we live in NYC, it made us feel like we were back home!

This was the best vacation home of its kind I could find in Palm Springs. Everything comparable was in another city in the neighboring valley area -- much farther from where the action is! We could see and do whatever we wanted with very little driving time required. Even Joshua Tree NP is less than an hour away. And I had no idea what a romantic retreat this turned out to be; my partner loved it, too! The pool and spa were terrific for unwinding after an active day. Highly recommended!

Such a great spot. It was close to everything and away enough to feel like you won’t miss out. Having the pool and hot tub was heaven. We loved the towel supply and the comms was a breeze with Vacasa. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pleasant clean house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Clean and private pool and hot tub. Adequate common space. Close enough to downtown, though on a busy street, not so walkable. Strict noise rules make for a quiet stay. Might be hard with loud kids. Overall, better than I expected and for a good price.

I loved our stay. I found Monica at Vacasa very helpful. (The only glitch was neither me nor my wife were able to receive the text messages with the login for the door. Monica helped resolve that very quickly.) Place was great. Very clean. Amenities. Pool was awesome. Wonderful stay. Will plan to rebook this specific place in the future.

Great property in a good location. Pool and spa are nice and the best part of the stay. House is well equipped. Be aware, this property is booked through another vacation property company beside VRBO (it's with Vacasa) with different rules and extra fees. VRBO never helped even with an open complaint ticket. No response and poor customer service from VRBO!

There is not a moment that allows you to forget you are in the desert—baking hot in the sun and sweater-chilly in the shade. From the bubbling end of the pool we watch the hummingbirds busy at work taking their nectar from the fuchsia and coral flowers on the sunny side of the yard. The pool ripples reflect onto the roof of the midcentury patio overhang. The intense red Adirondack chair stands out against the stucco wall, a saguaro cactus poking its arms over the as if to say hello. 8000 ft mountains jet into the dense blue sky, so crisp you could pluck the individual trees off the crest. John raises the umbrella genius-ly planted right in the step of shallow end of the pool. Now sun and shade at once. A classic Movie Colony house has everything you need, including plenty of pillows, to make sure you sleep like a movie star and can wake refreshed to spend the next perfect day in the pool.

Really good value in a great location close to everything.This is on a busier street, so not the quietest part of time. One room is next to the pool heater and one is near the busier street, but no one was bothered by it. Great pool always heater (which is huge), and lots of towels!

The pool and hot tub and overall set up for swimming was great. The backyard had everything we needed and we liked having the master bedroom as the only room that accessed the pool and patio. The heating of both was perfect and needed as the air temperature wasn't hot. The home was exactly as described, and provided plenty of space for our small family. The street, as, described is busy. Two of the three bedrooms were away from the traffic, so overall the traffic noise wasn't an issue for us. If you do want a place free of road noise, this wouldn't be the place for you. The house also provided a car garage, so that was a nice bonus. Communication about the rental was excellent, and there were many simple and helpful "how to" postings inside the the home to help out. The interior of the home seemed very well kept, simple and with bright colors. Lighting and decor was also nice. The location of the home was also a plus. It was very close to downtown Palm Springs and many other parts of Palm Springs. A great home to vacation.

This was a great rental for a girl's weekend. The location to downtown was perfect. The house was nicely decorated and seemed to be very clean. The beds were great and provided enough room for the 5 of us. The backyard was a nice space to hang out. There was even a mountain view. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and easy to use. It really was a great little house. The only negative i would say is the busy street it was on. It was loud and it sounded like i was on a freeway. Backing out of the driveway was a bit challenging and getting picked up by an uber on the busy street was a tad stressful. The home did offer ear plugs. However when you are in the backyard with the jacuzzi jets on you really don't hear much of the street noise. I did leave the t.v. on to drown out the traffic noise and it was fine. I wouldn't let the noise issue stop me from renting here again.

What a great home & stay. The pool/spa is definitely the focal area which is what we were looking for! Text replies are professional and timely which is a big plus when entering anothers home. The place was fantastic! Clean, comfortable, stylish, and easy to use. The only thing it needed was a fireplace cover, (we have small kids) more pool towels, soaps and salt and pepper, and scissors. Also the room with two beds had the doorknob fall apart a few times. We loved the location, the space, and the pool. Will definitely try to book again!

Great location close to downtown and the pool + hot tub in the back was the main highlight. We had a couple of minor issues we discovered upon arrival - but the host was responsive and followed up quickly. Highly recommend for small families looking to relax and enjoy the pool, while staying close to all the shops / restaurants in downtown.

This is a fantastic home very close to downtown Palm Springs. The backyard is nice and private with a heated pool and spa at no extra charge. The house is VERY clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for an extended stay. The beds and bedding are comfortable and fresh. The bathrooms updated and well stocked with towels and toiletries. One thing to note, this house is on a major street, so there is some traffic noise. The house is well insulated, so noise is minimal, and your host does provide ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

My family enjoyed our stay here. We loved the backyard the most. The pool was the best part. It was perfect temperature to swim in on sunny days and rainy days. The spa was really nice too. The backyard was very relaxing and private. Inside the house, it was also perfect. The place was very clean with extra pool and bathroom towels! The beds were comfy. The house’s temperature was perfect. The walls are brick and kept the place cold, which is perfect for us. If you prefer to be in a heated home, the heater and fire place will keep you toasty and warm. The location was close to different restaurants and grocery stores. There are several things to do around town too. Overall, the stay was awesome!
