This stay is a cozy get away in Palm Springs if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood to kick back and relax. The pool, grill and fire pit are all great. Pool is serviced regularly and clean. We had a great time here. Will recommend.

We loved spending our Labor Day weekend here, it was a great getaway and we felt like we were home away from home. For a family of 5 hubby, kids and mom; I’d say we definitely loved it and our kids love being able to enjoy the pool ??. It was nice, clean, neat and everything was very pleasant and inviting, only thing we kind of missed, is not being able to watch TV in the bedroom when heading to bed; but that didn’t really break the deal.

Loved staying here with my group for Coachella! It’s a lovely home, close to a lot of things. Felt really safe and at home. Loved staying at this property! Very spacious and relaxing. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds. Gorgeous primary bathroom and shower. The pool filter and heating system never quite worked right - either the pool was clean and cold or kinda dirty and warm. Also it was a bit difficult to enjoy the pool during the day since there wasn't any adjacent shade, but later in the afternoon/evening was nice. The keyless entry system on the front door didn't work but Vacasa was able to direct us to an entry key that worked just fine.

Beautiful home! The pool was very clean and stayed cool even though it was 118 outside. Made great use of the grill, easy to use. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of pans and spices. Extremely quite neighborhood. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, it was a great experience. We had a hiccup with the lights but they fixed it pretty quickly. Great pool and outdoor space. Grill was easy to turn on. The only con I found is that the mattresses need an upgrade. Probably comfier ones would have been ideal but overall, a great experience for a weekend getaway to the desert. I would book it again.

We spent two nights at this great home over Memorial Day weekend. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The air conditioner worked well and the fans in each room helped it stay cool. The pool was the perfect temperature. The home is conveniently located near restaurants and two grocery stores. We only had one issue with the slider from the dining room to outside, the security bolt somehow became engaged when the door was shut while we were outside! We reported the issue, but just in case, be sure to have the front door access code with you when you are int he backyard.

This house was great! The pictures don't really do it justice. However, I was nervous the entire time I was there that we (six professional adults in their late 40s - not really there for a big party, but just to enjoy the pool, house, and each other) were being too loud and would get in trouble. It was also slightly annoying that everyone in the house had to sign a piece of paper about the noise ordinance (promising to keep it quiet) and then the rental company came to the property to collect the piece of paper, which I was not expecting. It was a little over the top to do all that. So if you're looking for a loud-ish pool party or want to listen to music, this isn't the place for you. But otherwise the house was fantastic and I loved it!

This Airbnb is super cute! Everything went well & the place is pretty stocked up with everything you will need for a vacation! The noise ordinance was not too hard to follow and the only thing that was unfortunate was the water pressure. The water pressure was sometimes low and then randomly spew out a bunch and splash us.

We really enjoyed our 3 day stay here. The home was beautiful and offered everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and very well maintained, we spent a lot of time in it escaping the summer heat! We were very comfortable and the home was convenient to all local attractions and downtown restaurants and nightlife. Would recommend and rent again if returning to the area.

We had a great time here! The house is better than expected compared to the pictures and it was very clean. The living area is a great size as well. The only thing that was a bummer is that you cannot play music outside due to strict city limitations. Other than that, we received great service and enjoyed our weekend. :)

The house is great, in a good spot, close to downtown, and with a great kitchen. The best part is the backyard and the pool. Even though it was 110 degrees the pool was still refreshing! Just be sure to check when they plan to service the pool because someone will come that day and you have to get out for a while. I offered a couple simple suggestions to the hosts to make the stay more comfortable (e.g., double check kitchen and bathrooms are stocked, get more comfortable beds) but beyond these couple simple things the stay was great for us. We had a relaxing time cooking, hanging out, and lounging in the pool!
