The fabulous resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned. It features a heated pool with a spa surrounded by chaise lounges - perfect for relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine. You'll also find alfresco dining for up to 6 guests, a built-in BBQ grill, and a fire pit lounge. Spectacular mountain views and lush landscaping. This property is livable luxury - it's the type of place visitors return to year after year.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This luxury home has been walled for privacy. The backyard is spacious and well-planned with lots of gathering places. The pool and spa are surrounded by chaise lounges, occasional seating, and alfresco dining - plus a built in BBQ grill. There's also a fire pit lounge. Breathtaking mountain views add to the magic of this fabulous property.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Luxury vacation home where the focus is on easy, livable comfort. It's gorgeous and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. Walls of glass around the property blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. The open floor plan is perfect for spending time with your entire group - but there are also some quiet spaces tucked away for curling up with a good book or just getting some alone time. The living room is open to the kitchen and the dining area - which also features a wet bar. The well-stocked kitchen - perfect for individual and group meal prep - features stainless steel appliances and a fabulous breakfast bar.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, 4 flatscreen TVs, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Suite has a King bed, access to a patio, a desk for remote working/learning, and an ensuite bath. Guest Suite 1 has a Queen bed, access to the pool yard, and an ensuite bath. Guest Room 2 also has a Queen bed and easy access to the Guest Bathroom in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Great location in the very popular Movie Colony East - a quarter mile from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive as it cuts through the Uptown Design District. An easy walk to Ruth Hardy Park. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a few minutes away. The Convention Center, Casino, public tennis courts, movie theaters, museums, and live performance venues are also very close by. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but just a little bit removed for peace and quiet.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property and really well styled. Management company was responsive. Amenities were perfect and just a short ride to downtown. Only issue we had was wifi, connected but service didn't work. Management company was on site upon our arrival for the wifi issue which I assume was reported by someone else also. Reached out to them a handful of times for which they were nice and were trying to help. Unfortunately, it was unresolved and we had to tether off our phone. Not a major issue but enough of a nuisance that with resolution would have made this an absolute 10/10 perfect place to stay.

Great amenities and a fantastic place to stay for my wife’s 40th birthday getaway with friends. Property management is very responsive and left concise instruction for us. We ran into an issue where the controller to the pool light and turning on the spa wasn’t working but they were able to send someone out right away was able to quickly resolve the issue. Will definitely come back again!

Better than Expected!!

We booked My Kind of Zen, arriving on my husband's birthday, and staying for 8 days. First, Renee and the team at Acme House Co are wonderful!! There was a bottle of wine and birthday card on the kitchen island as we walked into the home. Renee or Ashley were on top of every detail and made our stay all the more enjoyable. Secondly...the home!! The pictures and the virtual tour are why we booked this home, and it was even better than we expected! Super convenient location and quiet, also! Every detail was thought of by the owner and/or Acme. Everything was provided we needed (pans, utensils, sharp knives, spices, etc) to cook a few meals, all kinds of glasses and dishes were provided as we hosted a few friends for lunch...everything was delightful!! The beds are super comfortable, and that's always a concern for us. We enjoyed the home so much, we just booked another getaway in a few months!

Overall a great house and location

Overall a great house and location. Somewhat close to Sunrise (main road) and airport but I knew that going in so it was not an issue for us. House was updated and modern with nice finshes including clean and spacious bathrooms. Everything worked as it should with a light bulb or two out here and there but nothing out of the ordinary. Check in was a breeze even with a sligh hiccup and ACME are extremely available and easy to communicate with. The only thing I would change is the policy on the AC. They do not let you go below 72 degree (I had to push to get to 70 degrees) and while this was fine for our stay (it was not that hot) I can imagine that would be an issue if you stayed in this house over the summer especially when temps get over 110 degrees. I understand that they do not want the units to freeze over but there has to be a better way to control this than to limit the temperature and negatively impact the comfort of the guests. Ww would still rent from them again 100%.

Such a great house. Great inside layout for multiple people to have privacy. And an excellent outdoor space with a great pool and hot tub and several different sitting locations. The house was very clean with modern appliances and the sleeping areas were very comfortable. I plan to visit again in the future and I highly recommend to other renters.

Great Getaway

This is a really nice rental house. Extremely clean and quiet. Each bathroom had branded products and nicely folded hand towels like a high end hotel. The master bedroom was great and has a really nice, private patio area. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom is on the smaller side and would probably be a bit tight for three couples, but is doable. Acme management was really easy to deal with and kept in regular communication via text. They are on it! Would stay there again.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded.
