Great place very private. Pool and hot tub are the perfect size. Perfect for a romantic get away from the real world. When they say lockbox code, it is for the lock box. Don't be an idiot like I was putting the code into the electronic door lock and trying to figure out why it did not open.

We had a great time, with good communication throughout the stay. House was comfortable and welcoming. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking supplies (we did a lot of cooking so this was important!) Hot tub/pool area was lovely. Plenty of places to sit and hang out. The locks are tricky. The gate lock was difficult to unlock and get the key in/out, and the front door lock is confusing as the deadbolt spins in cirlces if you do not hit the button just right. The tv in the main bed room did not have a good connection so streaming was glitchy, I just used my laptop instead. We didn't even attempt the tv in the living room. There are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms, only lamps which is not a deal breaker just kind of odd for us. Other than those few quirks the property was clean and very comfortable and the neighborhood was very pleasant. The beds were amazing, my daughter commented that when she first woke up she forgot she was not at home in her own bed.

Very clean and cute house, well located in quiet area, with responsive host. We were able to check in an hour early thanks to our helpful host. We rented the place at the very last minute to escape LA fire smoke. I didn’t love the extra step (and fee) for heating the pool we had to go through once there - make sure to read the listing and take care of that before you arrive - but again, the host was helpful and we did enjoy the pool and spa. As a significant pro of this house, all the cooking utensils were quality and brand new. The kitchen was very pleasant to use, and was stocked with the basics (salt, oil, spices…) No complaints!

This house was perfect for our stay in Palm Springs. It was on a quiet street, close to most of the restaurants and shops that we visited, just around the corner from Frank Sinatra's house, and within easy driving distance to most of the houses of "the stars" of yesteryear. We especially liked the pool and spa, which provided a welcome refresh after days at Joshua Tree National Park and the top of Mt. Jacinto. We would highly recommend this house for any couple planning a trip to Palm Springs. The second bedroom would also be quite comfortable for a third guest, but we think that it would be a little tight for two. We did have an issue, however, with the poor communication from Vacasa, the property management company. To begin, a week before we left home, we attempted to arrange to have the pool heated for our stay, but our request was ignored. The day before we left, we had a FaceTime call with a Vacasa representative, who was verifying our identity. We asked her about getting the heat turned on, and she promised to look into it and get back to us. We heard nothing. After two more inquiries from us, we did manage to get the heat turned on, but it was a struggle. In addition, getting into the house was a problem because the driveway gate was locked and we had not received any instructions for opening it. When we called, the local property manager did provide the combination to a lockbox that had the key. But then the code for the front door lock that we had been given

The house is amazing! This was our second year staying in this home and it’s just right for our family of 4! We will definitely be back! I was slightly disappointed with Vacasa. They sent us the wrong house information before our stay so we didn’t have the right check-in, WiFi, check-out, etc info. They also didn’t tell us the front gate would be locked and that there was a code to get the key for it in a lock box. I had to call when I arrived and try a bunch of different codes the Vacasa person gave me. Overall, we love the home, just not impressed with Vacasa’s service.

Stayed here for a week and it was very relaxing! We used the hot tub every night and it was awesome! The views out back are lovely and very private. The house is in a good area and had everything we needed. A few of the amenities we used in case they're not listed elsewhere - bbq, yoga mat, Britta filter pitcher, tea kettle, ice cube trays, small soft-sided cooler for hikes. Turnkey says they give you a 'starter pack' of things like dish soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, etc. It kind of concerned me that we might have to buy something while there, but it was more than plenty for a week.

Our family really enjoyed our mini vacation. House was super clean and a plus was the nice jacuzzi especially for a colder weather. Communication with renter was also great. The only minor problem was that the actual pool lights were not working. However, I did get a quick response of someone able to go check it. Overall, the rental home was great!!

Super clean, great location and thoughtful amenities. We had to keep our daughter a bit quieter than we'd like to during a summer poolside vacation, but overall the place was fantastic. Very private and comfortable.

We did a 4-person girls trip here and loved it. The place was spotlessly clean and had plenty of provisions. The pool was great and felt very private with a wall and tall bushes. They originally told me there were no pool toys provided, but when we arrived we found three floating mats on the back patio, which were great. There are two beds that can easily have two people in each, and there are also three sofas if you need additional sleeping space. There was good information provided by the host before arrival and also a number you could call if you had any questions. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Palm Springs! By way of Palm Springs recommendations - try the restaurant FARM for brunch and sit on the patio. It was LOVELY and the food was so good. The Tropicale was a fun place for dinner/drinks/lounging as well.

Everything was great - location, home, amenities, communication etc. I was disappointed as to how strict the noise ordinance rules were - although they were very well communicated - so we knew what we were getting in to. We weren't there for a party of any kind - just wanted to relax and it would have been nice to have some music playing in the background and it was clear that it would not be tolerated at all. That being said - everything else about the stay was wonderful and the hosts did a wonderful job of ensuring that everything ran very smoothly.

This was the perfect house for our family of 4! The pool size and depth was awesome for our 8 and 5 year olds! The WiFi worked wonderfully when the parents needed a bit of quiet time. The house was clean and comfortable. My kids loved exploring the front yard and looking for road runners, lizards and rolly pollys! The location was also excellent with lots of privacy and peace.

House is absolutely amazing. it's worth the stay for the pool and hot tub alone. Super close to downtown PS as well as the airport. NOTE: City of Palm Springs is super strict when it comes to playing any type of amplified music inside or outside of the house. This place is NOT where you want to stay if you're looking to have loud and parties with lots of guests. You will be fined and evicted from the property if the neighbors call a noise complaint against you. However, if you're looking for a relaxing weekend with your family or your significant other, this place is perfect for you (as it was perfect for me and my partner).

My kids and I had a great time at this house. My standards are quite high when it comes to cleanliness, and this place was very very clean. Communication was easy and TurnKey was very responsive. The pool and hot tub are nice, but just know that the pool is quite small. For small kids it's fine, but for us adults, we didnt feel there was a whole lot to do except float. The deepest part of the pool is only 4.5 feet. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

This place is great! Really just as advertised- beautiful inside and out, two large living rooms, well stocked kitchen, etc. We hardly left the house honestly and were very very pleased with the space, amenities, etc., especially the backyard! It felt very private, safe, and was very comfortable for a group of 4. Location would also be great for someone looking to explore Palm Springs more, ir was very convenient to lots of bars and restaurants.

Wonderful stay! We had the most amazing, relaxing time. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Honestly the pictures don't do this place justice. My husband and I stayed here with our daughters (4 and 2). This place is perfect for families especially with little ones. The kitchen was SO well-stocked and had everything we needed. The pool/patio area was amazing and where we spent all our time. The pool had a little tanning shelf area, perfect for a toddler to play in the water. The place also felt very thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. This was the perfect get away after months of being stuck at home. I can't wait to book this house again!

Everything worked as described, and the place was very clean. Turnkey seems to have good systems in place. We really enjoyed the pool and well-equipped outdoor space (great Mountain View’s), while the kitchen and accessories worked well for cooking and enjoying family time. BBQ works well and convenient to the kitchen. Well stocked with everything needed including beach towels, washer/dryer, good TV and Wifi. A great location to downtown Palm Springs. We hope to visit again.

Great Palm Springs Home, would recommend and stay again. The house is big enough for two adult couples or 4 friends that don’t mind sharing a king or queen bed. The house was clean and bright. The pool is where we spent most of our time relaxing, the hot tub was wonderful in the cool evenings. Great bbq and seating throughout the house to relax.

Very comfortable him for our family. The Spa was not working (low heat) but Turnkey offered fairly quick turnaround for the issue and we were able to emit the jacuzzi. I would recommend thus home.

Julie’s place was perfect for our girls getaway. The house felt spacious and homey, extra linens and towels, and includes everything you’d need to cook your own meals (minus the food of course!).
