Not enough characters to describe this beautiful house! It was beyond spacious to host my family with enough space to all be able to be together and take breaks if needed. A 5 minute car ride from amazing restaurants and nightlife. The backyard was truly stunning and the neighborhood was so peaceful! I look forward to our return !

The property is gorgeous and very spacious. Pool and spa are perfect. Check-in seemed complicated (instructions suggested all five of us needed FaceTime and we had to call to get a code which then didn’t work a second time so we had to call for another and that didn’t work…..). Fireplace is non- functioning but that’s fine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything else about this property is fabulous. We’d definitely stay here again. It’s gorgeous and just as beautiful as the photos.

Additionally, our local manager confirmed that the gas fireplace is operational and it has a gas key to open/close the gas valves. Guests can use a long stick lighter to ignite the gas. The home is as as described. Very clean upon arrival. The yard was private. The pool was clean. We paid the extra $72/day to heat pool and spa. Kitchen was well stocked. Downtown PS and one Casino is walking distance from the home. The home is on a cul-du-sac, so very quiet street. This was a “ girls trip”. There were 5 of us, ages 60-75. and we stayed a week. Our main concern was the lack of a railing to use getting in and out of the pool. We ended up using a patio chair to hold onto. Personal preference- all 5 said beds were too soft. We would go back anytime.

Big home that was perfect for our two families to share. We loved to pool and location that is in walking distance to downtown. Very communicative and responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.

As two families with kids aged 12-23, we very much enjoyed our time at this home during December break. The neighborhood was perfect for us to be able to walk to several different neighborhood destinations, and the kitchen was well equipped for the times we stayed in for game night. Great house for our group of 8 adults. We had everything we needed…. Outdoor space was great. Nice shade spot for our morning coffee, plenty of places to relax and enjoy…. Whether you wanted sun or shade. This was our eighth annual trip - always renting a house. This is one we will definitely consider renting again!

When it comes to vacations, I'm always ready to go home. But not this time. I could have moved in here! It's every bit as gorgeous as the photos. The pool and spa are wonderful with lots of shade. They thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We will be back, hopefully soon!

The pictures do not do it justice! The home was bigger than we expected. The outdoor space was just as spacious. We enjoyed having a great time in the pool and the frequent sightings of a hummingbird. The block is very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and neatly organized and labeled. There were plenty of towels not just for your bath but also pool towels were provided. And forget about the rain shower! The water pressure in this home is amazing. It family are planning on staying here again next year. Also the communication and questions were excellent as well.

This house is located in a very quiet part of Palm Springs, and is close to everything. The back yard with its multiple seating areas is amazing, and we loved how private it was. The house is gorgeous, with tons of space and beautifully appointed. Three things came up that I wish had been better. First, there was security system with code that was not relayed to us and instead of having an exciting tour of the house, we were frantically trying to get it to stop and get a hold of the management company to get the code before the police came. Second, two of the larger bedrooms on the north side of the house did not appear to have any AC flow. Even with the additional fans located in the garage, it was a horrible night's sleep for the occupants during our stay. Lastly, we had to buy a ton of items just to get us through our 5 day stay, ie., paper towels, sponge, dish towels, toilet paper. It just wasn't stocked up enough for our party size/number of days. Having said all of this, I would definitely book this house again just based on its location and amenities.

The house and backyard are absolutely gorgeous and extremely private. It's tucked away at the very end of a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. It's about a 10 minute walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc. Check-in was extremely easy and the house was equipped with basically everything you'd need. Everything is extremely organized inside the home, as well as very clean (the beds are also super comfy!) We had 6 girls staying for 4 nights and we each got our own beds & most got our own rooms - very comfortable for all of us. We spent most of the day by the pool or hanging out outside - plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property for a group! It was everything we were hoping for.

Loved the property and location! We were close enough to walk to the main strip. The backyard was the best part of the house. It has several sitting areas, a fire pit, and a beautiful orange tree. The colors feel like Palm Springs. The house is a split layout and perfect for large groups. The listing says 4 bedrooms but there’s actually a 5th one with two twin beds. The room with the queen bed is very small, but the other rooms were good size. Our only complaint would be the pillows. They seemed very used and could use an upgrade. We found extras in the closets, but no pillow cases. Would stay again but we learned our lesson by not hearing the pool. If you’re not staying in the summer, pay the additional cost to heat it.

This house was very spacious for our family of four. There would have been plenty of room for another family to join without feeling cramped. We loved all of the outdoor space and the outdoor furniture, plenty of places to lounge. We also liked that we could easily walk to the restaurants and shops in downtown palm springs. We will definitely return.

This property is quintessentially Palm Springs. The house has 5 bedrooms in a U-shape layout that focuses on a private pool in the middle of the back yard. I would definitely rent again.

Exceptional service provided by the staff at Vacasa rental group especially Todd who managed our stay in Palm Springs! 10/10 would absolutely book with them again! The house was beautifully styled with tons of space and a fully stocked kitchen! We didn’t want to leave! Location in reference to the town is so perfect, if it wasn’t so hot you could walk into town. Todd was in charge of our stay and he honestly could not have been a better host. We had a couple hiccups with the mail delivery and he went above and beyond to solve our problem and make sure we had everything we needed! Everything was perfect!

This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a girls trip. The pool was clean and backyard beautifully manicured. Bedrooms were comfortable- Master bath shower had great water pressure! Pool floatie in the garage. Nothing to complain about- the location was very convenient to restaurants and hiking trails. Quite neighborhood that’s walkable to a park. Loved, loved, loved it.

The pictures of the home tell the story. Spectacular home just a quick walk to all downtown restaurants, shops and casino. Easy 45 minute drive to Joshua Tree or Idyllwild. Lots to do in the desert or just relax in the beautiful back yard by the pool. Tons of outdoor seating in a very Peaceful Palm Springs Backyard. Perfection!!!
