The location was in the center of every thing we wanted to do. Many hikes were walking distance. It was nice to be able to make our own meals and go to the pool.

Better than expected! Very quiet location with gorgeous desert landscaping and mountain scenery. The neighbors were very nice. The large heated pool in November was perfect, as was the adjacent hot tub. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The balcony frequented by humming birds was icing on the cake!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Just 1.5 miles from the restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. Just be aware that the check in process is cumbersome and a little over the top. Vacasa seems to be a big organization with a lot of "rules and regulations". Just be prepared with a lot of patience and persistence. But after the check in red tape, all was great.

Lovely vacation home. Very clean and well kept. Extra linens and towels available and an awesome spice rack in the kitchen. It was easy to check in and out and the customer service was excellent. Only 10 min away from downtown Palm Springs. I would definitely recommend this place!

We loved the condo's location and overall condition. The living room was spacious and the view from the deck was awesome, specially at night. We made use of the shared amenities in the premises, including the pool, laundry, and grill. We have a couple of suggestions to further enhance the rental. The dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinet, as the entire unit currently tilts forward when the racks are pulled out. There were only 4 sets of dishes, it could use another set since the unit accommodates more than 4. Some fixtures need to be fixed, like the toilet paper holder and one of the faucet handles in the master bath.

The apartment was great, clean spacious and had everything we needed for the stay. Nothing to report back as a negative, and house came furnished with basic needs throughout the stay. A very quiet apartment complex and well landscaped but must note the pool wasn’t heated which may affect some travelers during the cooler months (the hot tub was great though). Must note that contrary to listing, there is only parking included for ONE vehicle (which is assigned and covered), second vehicle had to find street parking. I’d still definitely recommend this listing.

This is a great condo with amazing mountain views and swimming pool right in front. It's far enough from downtown Palm Springs that you don't get a lot noise, but close enough to make a hastily made dinner reservation. We brought two kids and a dog and there was more than enough room. It's great for vacations, because there are no clocks in the place. I would buy this condo if it were for sale.
