Beautiful home and amenities! Truly felt like I was home! Pictures actually matched the location, responsive host and easy convenient location while still being private and peaceful! Would for sure stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at MRH. It was the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. The house was clean and had everything you needed. We loved the backyard, especially the pool and spa. The location is great. A short drive to downtown and a short walk to Ruth Hardy Park, which our dog loved. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house that was perfect for our family getaway. Close to everything, but also a great place to stay in. We loved adventuring during the day, and then spending all afternoon by the pool and grilling dinner at home. The backyard really made this a great stay.

We (2 couples) stayed at "Modern Ranch Heaven" for 4 nights. The residence is charming, comfortable, nicely furnished in keeping with its mid-century style, and immaculately clean. The outdoor space is rather spectacular in a comfortable and relaxing way. The information provided by Acme before and during our stay was thorough and very helpful. In addition, although there were no problems at all with the house, we did call Acme twice with questions. Acme was immediately responsive and helpful. As noted above, the house was immaculate; and that motivated us to make sure that we left it completely clean and clear.

The house was absolutely wonderful! Great decor, comfortable and well-stocked, as well as a beautiful outdoor space. The pool and spa were great, and the bocce ball court was a really nice extra. Super close to downtown, which was a real plus. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Acme's customer service staff was exemplary. We will definitely use Acme for our future Palm Spring stays :)

We absolutely loved staying at the Modern Ranch Heaven! They even had gift boxes full of toys and treats for our pups! The home is very clean and close to everything in PS! We loved spending our days by the pool soaking in the sunshine and beautiful view! The host was very responsive and helpful.

The house is just as listed. It is very clean inside and out! The back yard is very relaxing. Im not usually a fan of management companies, but this management company is very good. the are very responsive. Very helpful ( even when its a user error) I would highly recommend staying at this house! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had the most wonderful time!! the second we walked in the home has a cool, chill vibe. The pool is dreamy and very relaxing, great backyard. Neighborhood is amazing and very close to anything needed. Looking forward to next booking.

The place was perfect for 2 couples. Being able to park in the garage was a nice surprise as I’ve stayed in other airbnbs where the garage was off limits. Price was very high but understandable for Coachella weekend.

The house was exactly what we were expecting, and we enjoyed our stay. Love the backyard! We had a horrible problem on Thanksgiving morning. Toilets and showers backed up and overflowed. They took care of the problem quickly and had housekeeping out to clean everything. We would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a little hiccup at the very beginning. We stepped out to our car to do some grocery shopping without our phones which contained the door code. After a bit of panic we went to Ralph’s market. They were very friendly and helped us find Acme‘s phone number. We called and connected immediately to somebody who could give us the codes to get in to our rental.After that it was smooth sailing and we enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. A safety bathmat in the tub would have been great to prevent any slipping. Otherwise everything was nice, especially the backyard. We will return next year.

This is a nice little mid century house with a nice large modern kitchen. It’s super close to Ruth Hardy park for some tennis or pickleball and a few minutes more to the uptown design district. But we spent most of our time in the amazing backyard - spa, pool (always warm and lovely for a quick dip), fire pit, hammock, grill and even a bocce court! We had a couple minor issues during our stay and Acme was super responsive - they were dealt with very quickly. I’d highly recommend this place and Acme for your PS stay.

This home away from home was amazing! I slept better on this bed than I did at home! I found the kitchen well stocked/ I actually ordered for my own kitchen a few of the gadgets that were very helpful. And can we just take a minute to admire the outdoor space!!!! The pool was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed floating the afternoons away. It was too hot for the fire pit but we loved grilling our own meals and enjoying the outdoor dining space. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Within a day of of our visit, we feel into a time-warped routine in the cozy mid-century house. The pool and accommodations were perfect. It was alike a trip back to the 1950s Palm Springs heyday.

This is the cleanest rental home we have ever stayed it. (And I’m picky!) The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The garage was available for us to park in, which was a huge bonus. We will return to this property again.

Hate to give this the kind of review it deserves because then everyone will stay here. It's perfect, quiet, private, clean. Only ever so slight inconvenience is that to turn on and off the jets for the tub means coming inside and pushing a button. Our poor first world problems. Otherwise its everything we hoped for.

My guests and I had a wonderful stay at Modern Ranch Heaven. The house was the perfect set up for two couples, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The outside space in particular was amazing. The pool and hot tub were really nice and very clean and there were plenty of seating options. We even used the fire pit, though it was quite warm during our stay. Loved every part of this house!

Great experience and great house for our relaxing weekend in the pool. Backyard is great for pool time, and dining and hanging out. City Rules do limit the playing of music outside, unfortunately, but that's the same for all vacation rentals in Palm Springs. Inside is well appointed and thoughtfully laid out and stocked. Great location close to downtown, but quiet neighborhood for relaxation.

I spent a month at Modern Ranch Heaven recently. The house was very comfortable and the pool and yard amazing. The nice, open kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. The neighborhood was great for walking - Ruth Hardy Park is just a couple of blocks away and you are close to great restaurants. I only did take out because of COVID but it was a nice change from home to have such great food nearby. The management company was unbelievable - they are incredibly helpful and responsive. The mattresses are firm, which at first I didn’t think I would like, but I ended up being very comfortable sleeping. I would stay again!

My fiancé, dog and I practically lived in the backyard during our whole stay. Fantastic pool and plenty of different spaces to relax in (including shady spots!). The house had fantastic amenities and very comfortable beds. Everything felt very high quality. Great location for a quick 5min drive into town or 15min walk to restaurants. I recently returned from a couple of months at Modern Ranch and it is a beautiful haven. The yard is lovely and quiet. The house is comfortable and has all that one is easy walking distance to Ruth Hardy park. Acme is very quick to respond to any problems with the house. I would recommend this property and plan to stay there again!

House is very clean, well-equipped and has many nice amenities like a bocce court and a spa/jacuzzi. We found the management company very responsive to our needs immediately. We did have some issues with the TV but with their help, managed to get it working so we could watch it. We enjoyed our stay in this house.

But the backyard is what makes this house really exceptional. For a smaller house, the pool, spa, and lounge area was exceptional. The pool was always at just the right temperature, and we could control the spa temp and jets to heat it up quickly whenever we wanted to use it (multiple times in a three night stay). We had fun playing bocce, and even had smores for an early decadent breakfast when our jet-lag kept us from using the firepit at night!

The property was beautiful and ACME was great. However, Saturday afternoon around 1pm the property next door had workers climbing up the palm trees that line the brick wall beside the pool, cutting down branches with a chain saw. It was quite disturbing because as we were swimming and trying to enjoy our time outside we were being covered in saw dust and branches flying down from the palm trees they were cutting so we had to end up going inside. It left excess branches laying all over the property and saw dust over all the outside furniture.

The backyard itself was just a dream - the view of the mountain, grilling food by the pool, having a meal under the shaded patio (with fans). Can I move in?

Amazing two bedroom and two bathroom house in Palm Springs! Beautiful backyard with pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge spaces. The place was clean and in a great location.

This home is fantastic for two people. Very comfortable and well appointed. Spotless inside and out. The backyard is perfectly set up with everything you could want. It is very private as well as beautifully landscaped. Also appreciated the garage for our car especially when it rained. The only issues were how to turn on the TV and internet access which was spotty. Acme was helpful with these issues.

This was the 4th time renting a place in Palm Springs through Acme. Their properties have all been very nice, well maintained and if you need something or help they are right there to take care of it. We even had a support tech come to the house within 10 minutes of call for support to help with a TV setup issue. Their communications via email and text are detailed and frequent and provide all the information you need for the planning and during your stay. Will always rent through Acme when staying the Palm Springs area.

Overall Comment Just finished a terrific stay at an Acme House property in Palm Springs. This was the 4th time renting a place in Palm Springs through Acme. Their properties have all been very nice, well maintained and if you need something or help they are right there to take care of it. We even had a support tech come to the house within 10 minutes of call for support to help with a TV setup issue. Their communications via email and text are detailed and frequent and provide all the information you need for the planning and during your stay. Will always rent through Acme when staying the Palm Springs area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was really too hot to totally enjoy all the house/property had to offer but it was a perfect home for us to stay for a mini vacation. Great kitchen, back yard was wonderful despite the pool water heating up to 99 degrees. Would stay there again in a minute. Acme is great to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property for a week with my 2 year old son and it was absolutely outstanding! I can't wait to return! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool and spa was clean and very well maintained. The yard is perfect for relaxing (the hammock was a huge selling point for us!) or for active play with a toddler. We could easily walk to the shops, restaurants, and night market yet the road the house is on is very quiet. There is also a great park a block away with a fun play park for kids! A perfect place to escape to!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the booking process to the arrival, we were stoked. Upon arriving-it was better than the pics show, and the amount of space that we had to just sit back and relax was more than expected. Everything we needed was available to us, and the grocery store was just down and around the corner. The landscaper and pooly guy were great and very respectful to the guests. We spent late evenings out swimming and found the neighborhood to be quiet and peacful. We would book this home again should we be spending time down in PS again, and if it isn't available-then we would go through Acme to have our needs met. Thank you Ken and Angela for working with us.
