OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Guests are sure to be wowed by our private backyard paradise. This spacious, freshly-landscaped yard with splashes of yellows and blues is the perfect place to unwind in the sun. Relax in one of the shaded sun loungers beside the large, glistening pool, or take a dip in the hot tub.

At dinnertime, grill up something tasty with our state-of-the-art BBQ grill. Then gather around the spacious outdoor dining table to enjoy a meal al fresco style. When the sun sets and the stars come out, there’s nothing better than swapping stories around the luxe outdoor fire pit.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Gorgeous in its simplicity, this property captures the hip and sophisticated Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear. It is retro chic and very 'next century' all at the same time. The focus here is on easy living in the sunshine - it's all about style, comfort and relaxation.

This sprawling single family home has a free flowing floor plan that is perfect for spending time with your entire group. The living room, dining area and center island kitchen are all open to each other - with walls of french doors that reveal the fabulous pool yard. There is also an additional media lounge with a huge 70” flat screen TV, a large comfortable sectional sofa, a wet bar, wine fridge, a full bath and direct patio access. It’s a great space - made for fun.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The King Master has a brand new sleep-number mattress and private ensuite bath plus direct pool access. The secondary guest room features a hospitality-quality mattress with a king-size bed and shares a bathroom with the third guest room that has a queen-sized size bed. That bathroom has a walk-in shower and entrance to the backyard. The media lounge room has a sofa sleeper that can sleep two additional people and has a full bathroom with walk-in shower!

THE LOCATION
Sunrise Park is centrally located in the City of Palm Springs. It’s close to the airport (but not in the flight pattern) and less than a mile and a half from bustling Downtown. While staying at Mid Mod Sunsation you will be a quick stroll from the Farmers Market, the Camelot Theater (the home of many of our film festivals and where all the arthouse and independent movies are shown.) Restaurants, fast food places, coffee spots, grocery stores and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property. If the damage protection is declined, an additional $5,000 security deposit is required

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking. 
  • 30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
  • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
  • 7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

This property is a beautiful classic mid-century home in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. The interior is spacious and tastefully appointed, with thoughtful touches, such as plenty of towels and toiletries. The outdoor spaces are terrific: complete privacy in the back yard, great pool, plenty of seating, the hot tub was a bonus, and the fire-table in the front was the perfect place to have coffee and watch the sunrise. Communication with the host was very good. We would stay here again!

We did a girls' weekend with one dog. It was a great space. Lots of room. Two of us had to work so they were able to create a mini workspace away from everyone. Kitchen is great and the outdoor space was amazing. We definitely want to come back. ACME as usual is awesome and I loved the little dog box with treats and toys left for my dog. He loved it too especially the hand made treats!

Overall Comment Mid-mod sensation was an ideal house, with the pool and decks beautifully integrated with the interior rooms, all situated to frame the beautiful mountains, periodically graced with snow at the higher levels. Despite the largest one-day rainfall in the past 75 years, the sun kept us happy company most days. We loved being in such a quiet neighbourhood yet so close to downtown. The Acme staff were friendly and super helpful. Kudos to all.

Overall Comment What a great place! We were very impressed by this vacation rental. It is absolutely beautiful! We loved the backyard set up and spent most of our time outdoors. The pool is gorgeous and warm! The home is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed while there. It is in a great neighborhood conveniently located near downtown and grocery stores. Very quiet. Loved that our K9 was welcome. We did have some technical issues with the complex entertainment system setup, but a friendly tech promptly arrived to help us sort out the problem with just one call. Loved this place!

Loved This Home

Just loved this home, Mid Mod Sunsation! It gets tons of light throughout the house, great view of the mountains from the pool!, recently remodeled and perfectly clean The bed was very comfortable, plenty of fluffy white towels, use of the garage was a bonus for us to store our bikes and keep the car out of the heat... so many positives!! It could've had a few more kitchen/cooking supplies but it was very workable for the two of us. Acme was wonderful answering any questions we had and got someone to the house super fast to help with an IT problem, always available on the phone, we really appreciated having a brick & mortar rental agency there ensuring the house was clean, well maintained and stocked. We'll definitely be back!
