ABOUT THE HOUSE
Sunlight pours in through wall-to-wall windows in the open-concept living room, decked out with cool mid-century modern furnishings and accents. Choose from a cozy couch, armchair, or a sophisticated recliner to take in the warmth from the gas fireplace. The 55in TV comes with Roku.

We loved our stay and would return. House was beautiful and clean. Pool was a bit dirty when we arrived but it was exceptionally windy and they had it serviced the next day. Spa was well heated and clean. Owners were very responsive. Short drive to pretty much everything in town and located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was such a great place close to the Market Place store and movie theaters, the house was so beautiful, and the pool was so fantastic it changes colors you want!! I would defiantly recommend the place. Oh Almost forgot we did have a slight issue with pool because it rained that day, but we called Vacasa and I kid you not they called us back in less than 5mins to let us know the pool guy will be arriving soon, So the house and Vacasa get a 5 star :)

Outdoor space especially spacious and lovely. AC worked well. Pool and spa very clean. Had to contact agency a few times throughout the month we were there to get pool/spa heating function rebooted. A bit frustrating but always quick response from Turnkey. We would easily stay there again. The location worked for us. We like to walk so usually walked to downtown restaurants, groceries, gym, local Italian deli and more. About 6000 steps one way to downtown.The vacation rental management staff was very helpful. Responded promptly to any issues.

Beautiful Wintertime Desert Escape

Recently renovated, it's on a quite street in the appealing Sunrise Park neighborhood. The back yard is especially well done with areas for sunbathing, yoga on the soft artificial turf, swimming, and cocktails around the firepit. Twice our pool heat went out--but when we called the pool guy showed up almost instantly and fixed it. A couple of quibbles: 1) it would be nice if they'd repair or replace the fridge icemaker, to be expected for a property at this price point; 2) there were a total of 3 wineglasses in the house, so we bought a set at World Market and left them for future tenants to use. But on the whole we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was really important to us in choosing a place to stay that it felt safe and clean, and this home delivered on both. The house was as described -- kitchen fully stocked with just about anything you could think of, beds were very comfortable, fully fenced in and huge yard, which our dog loved. We didn't have any issues with the Wifi or Roku TVs working, as some other reviewers have mentioned. We also thought this place was a great value in comparison to some other properties in LA, and the location was great. While we'd stay somewhere else next time just for a change of pace, this home was perfect for our trip!

Perfect pandemic escape

My husband and I were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary, and escape from our daily routine working from home in LA. This house was perfect for that. The kitchen was well stocked and organized and clean (only exception is the refrigerator had a lingering fish smell that wouldn’t permanently disappear), the bedrooms were clean and welcoming with plenty of space to store our things, and the pool, hot tub, and backyard were the perfect space to unwind. I only wish we had more time there — during our 8 day stay, we overlapped with a local fire, that unfortunately affected the air quality, so we couldn’t be in the yard every single day — but the days when the air quality was healthy, we enjoyed every moment we could outdoors. Thanks also to the management company and the cleaning service for accommodating the extra time Sunday before check out, to make up for the lost time from the fire. We would definitely stay here again!

This probably ranks as one of my top, if not the top, rental. We have rented a lot of VRBO's, HomeAways and AirBnbs and this one is at the top. The house is a beautiful mid century restoration, immaculately clean and the most well appointed kitchen that I've ever found. If you are bringing a pet, the yard is extremely well contained so your pet can roam when you're home and you can be assured they can't get out. The beds are great, pillows great and linens very nice as well as plentiful. Just a great place. Thanks!

We loved our vacation at Sunrise Park, Palm Springs. The backyard is spectactular. Jacuzzi, heated pool, fire pit and outdoor eating area allowed us to enjoy every moment of the beautiful Palm Springs weather. The house is spacious, comfortable and artfully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet and within walking distance to downtown for those who like to walk. We would most definitely stay here again.

Nice week in Palm Springs

Simple efficient property, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen, outdoor space was all about the pool and spa which was our aim. Use the grill which was easy to light and heated up quickly(though I wouldn't trust the grill thermometer). We used the washer dryer a lot no issues. The only thing that was missing was the landscape lighting wasn't working, we never called about it though. Very quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

The pool was great, we stay in it all day and then went inside in the evening and the house was great too. Had a little trouble with the AC on the first day but called and TurnKey had someone come right out and fix it. Was a little disappointed that we were not allowed to play music outside. but other then that we would defiantly recommend this place to family and friend and stay there again.

Loved this house. Very accurate to the photos and description. Super clean, had everything we needed. The only issue with our stay is that the bbq was out of propane so we had to move our food the stove halfway through but it worked out fine. Would stay here again! Wonderful visit.

The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was close to downtown Palm Springs (although a little outside of walking distance) and close to the airport (no airplane noise). We liked the connectivity of the home with Amazon Alexa throughout. Our only concern during our stay was that the pool and hot tub were not very clean. I did mention it to the representative who called when we entered the property but she did to call the 1-800 number with any concerns and given that we were only staying a few days I didn’t bother calling as I didn’t think it would be addressed in time anyway. Overall we were very pleased with the home and with our first experience with Turnkey Rentals.

It was clean, comfortable, and in an easy to access location close to the airport and just a short drive to downtown. The neighborhood has a lot of similar architecture which makes for interesting morning walks. But the best part is the backyard. The pool and hot tub warm up quickly, there were chairs set up around the fire pit which aren't shown in the pictures, and there is plenty of additional seating. We spent most of our time while at the house out by the pool. If I had to be picky I would say with 5 girls in our group we pretty much maxed out the bathroom space. But I would definitely highly recommend this house and rebook in a heartbeat.

We rented this home while remodeling our own, and enjoyed every minute of our 5 week stay. Great style. Great design. Great guest services. This mid-century modern home is a perfect home away from home with 3 bedrooms, 2 large baths, a private pool, and an amazing brand new spa. We loved sitting around the fire pit each evening. This home is exceptionally clean and well stocked, with nice fluffy towels and crisp linens, and the beds are dreamy. The location is perfect - situated in a quiet mid-century modern neighborhood between the airport and downtown. We walked every morning through adjacent mid- century modern neighborhoods, and made a habit of walking to dinner downtown most evenings. The photos don't do the home justice.

You can tell they thought about kids as evidenced by outlet covers and alarm chimes on the doors that lead to the pool. Despite going in the middle of a heat wave (112 degrees) the air conditioner kept the house comfortable at 75 degrees. Also, this is a "Smart" home and has Alexa throughout the house. The gas grill outside worked well, the over worked, and the fridge worked. All amenities were well taken care of and maintained. This location is close to food, movie theaters, and downtown Palm Springs. I plan to book this house again in the near future as it was a perfect fit for us.

It's totally true to the pictures posted. The outdoor area is an absolute oasis which we spent most of our time as the weather was hot, and the pool was the best way to cool down. We did use the hot tub even though it hot outside in the evenings, and it was perfect to wind down the day for sleep time. We didn't use the firepit much, but we did try it out, and also very cool! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we could ever need which was really appreciated. We hired Chef Sarena () for a private meal one night and it was delicious and a really fun experience. TurnKey was timely in thier responses when we had to contact them and easy to reach and deal with. We love everything about Palm Springs, we had great experiences with the locals, Uber drivers etc. We would definitely recommend this property if it is maintained to the standard we enjoyed, and also hope to be back to enjoy it again in the future. The house is on a very quiet street but only a 5 minute uber from downtown Palm Springs. Getting into the home was extremely easy and painless with the instructions. As soon as you open the door you're in awe of a perfectly blue inground pool that peaks in through the floor to ceiling windows in the back. All of the bedrooms were modern, comfortable and very clean. I love the polished cement floor everywhere! Felt more like a private hotel than a home.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded.

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
