The photos don't do this place justice! The pool and yard were amazing and the kitchen was very well equipped. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the home was very well maintained and nicely decorated. This was the absolute perfect place to spend the weekend by the pool and on the grill. Only downsides: almost all the dishes and utensils needed to be washed before using as they had leftover food debris from previous use, the water filter in the fridge was old and you could taste it (I suggest bringing bottled water), and there wasn't a bbq spatula.

I thought this was a lovely airbnb. We really enjoyed it!! Clean and perfect for what we needed. So great to have our own pool too. They had everything in there that we needed. Only negative feedback was that it was hard to communicate until the week we were actually staying. No one responded in the Airbnb app until 3 days before our stay. And I had to call several times about heating the pool. They also asked me to send my drivers license after I had already emailed it. But this was all before the trip. I practically forgot about it by the time we left because it was so lovely and they were very communicative once we checked in.

What a beautiful home! Had an amazing stay this week with my mom, everything was so clean and neat, I’d say the pictures don’t even do it justice. We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is very comfortable and close to downtown, the airport, and even the tram. We spent a lot of time in the pool and were able to utilize the kitchen to make some of our meals. The house is stocked with everything that you need and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Lovely house, well appointed, great location - very central, super private. We'd stay here again without hesitation. Only downside was this was cross-listed between Vacasa and AirBnB and communication was a nightmare. Lots of pointing fingers, very hard to get a quick or straight answer, any problem was always someone else's fault, couldn't get them to turn the heat on in pool or hot tub. Vacasa is a terrible brand...

This home was very clean with a great pool and spa with large patio. The grounds are well kept and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great light and view of the mountains. Plane noise can be a bit loud at times but we were also here during spring break. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this property to friends.

We had a great time on our trip to Palm Springs, even though the weather did not cooperate. We did some sightseeing, which was fun. The house was great. Great location. Within 5 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and very close to all other locations. Centrally located. 5 minutes or less from the airport, which was great, but barely the planes. They were never a problem. Very easy to drive in Palm Springs. The house was fully stocked from plenty of pillows and blankets and pool toys to fully stocked kitchen from appliances to kitchen tools to dishes to spices. Washer and dryer. The pool and spa were very relaxing. We did pay to have the heater on.

My wife and I was very impressed with the home. Much care was taken inside and out. This is the perfect home for a quick getaway. Everything is with 10 minutes away from from if you need to hit the store or go to a restaurant. The bedswere comfortable and there were many appliances to use if you plan on cooking while you are there. The only downside is you can't play any music or have moderate tone conversations outside. Having a loud laugh makes you feel.like the authorities may come knocking. Other than that I would love to go back to this place if its available.

What a great Airbnb! It’s a beautiful home, super clean too! The kitchen has coffee pods for use which was awesome! There’s also the basics in the kitchen, spices, olive oil, non stick spray etc. The pool is gorgeous! I was there 3 full days and have a beautiful tan! The Airbnb is in the perfect location. Ralphs is super close, Trader Joe’s in Cathedral City is a 10 minute drive away and downtown Palm Springs is a 5 minute drive away. It was the PERFECT getaway!!

This house is in an excellent location in Palm Springs and one of the nicest in the neighborhood. It is near the airport, but noise was not a problem. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained and very private. We were amazed at the beautiful furnishings and art in the home, well above what we normally encounter in vacation rentals. The kitchen was very well equipped. We found the Vacasa team to be very responsive and able to resolve the few problems we had (like locking ourselves out) quickly to our satisfaction. We have recommended this home to our friends and hope to rent again in the future.

I loved the 60's Modernism vibe this place had....from the furniture and decor, to the silverware. It was truly to retreat unto itself. The pool (and colorful towels) were awesome, however, I'd failed to notice that guests need to reserve- to have it heated (for $49 per day), 48 hours prior to your check in date. The kitchen was stocked with any and all appliances... for making coffee, cooking, and much more. Even coffee was available in the cupboard! I enjoyed interesting books about Modernism and the many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It is definitely a wonderful retreat, in a quiet neighborhood....truly, a great escape!

The Butterfly Pool House is a fantastic throwback fantasy to a bygone era. Throw on some Frank Sinatra, make yourself a cocktail at the bar, a cheese plate in the well-stocked kitchen, and lounge by the pool all day. This beautiful space is also incredibly private and serene. Downtown Palm Springs is, of course, minutes away and full of great food, shopping, and drinks. I was sorry to leave and go back to my humdrum life.

This was a lovely, clean house with snazzy decor. Comfortable beds, plush towels, everything you need in the kitchen (there is a Keurig coffee maker, so bring coffee pods or your own coffee device), strong wifi, close to downtown, books and games for entertainment, quiet neighborhood. It was very hot during our visit and I sunburn easily, so it was important to me that there was shading in the pool -- until 11:00 a.m. one side had shade created by a wall, and after noon we were able to set up 2 umbrellas at the other end to shade that side. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would love to come again!

This home is wonderful, perfect for a family of 4 or two couples. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook your own food or BBQ outside. We really loved the pool and spa. It is worth paying for heating because it is heated at just the right temperature. Our kids played in the pool every afternoon and evening after dinner and the pool was never cold. The location of this home is great. We only had to drive 1-3 miles to pick up lunch or dinner. The airport is nearby but there are not a lot of flights and we only really heard planes when we were outside at the pool. The tv also has Disney Plus and Netflix and also cable.

Absolutely awesome place to stay during a visit to Palm Springs! The home is GORGEOUS, just the right size and set up for our family of four. This place was so much more than we expected! The house is beautifully decorated and felt very comfortable for our family. It had everything we needed from cooking supplies to pool accessories. This was perfect since we expected to stay in and lounge poolside all weekend. Every time we reached out to the host, the responded very quickly. The pool was great because it half of it was shaded, giving us relief from the hot summer sun. There are also multiple seating/lounging areas giving options to sunbath or stay shaded. We will definitely be returning to this desert oasis!

We stayed here with friends for a long weekend getaway, and we had the most relaxing time here. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked (the kitchen has many spices and cooking supplies). And the pool, spa, and bbq were wonderful to use! This is a chic, clean, beautiful home, and it was fun to stay in such an upscale place. Beautiful clean and serene home with gracious hosts! Vacation Rentals replied immediately to all our needs. There were high winds when we checked in and the pool’s debris was cleaned early in the morning before we even woke up. When we ran out of propane they sent someone to replace the tank in 15 minutes. Not only is the space so pleasant to be in you won’t want to leave to go anywhere else, it also has all accommodations you could need so you really don’t need to step out!
