Step into your own desert oasis where towering palms, vibrant flowers, and fruit trees surround a sparkling pool and attached spa. Spend sunny afternoons lounging on one of eight poolside chaises, enjoy dinner at the shaded outdoor dining table for eight, or fire up the BBQ grill for a sunset cookout. For intimate moments, sip wine at the cozy two-seat bistro table while the pool LEDs glow against a backdrop of San Jacinto mountain views.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary suite is a private sanctuary with a king bed, smart TV, lounge seating, and direct patio access for morning coffee or late-night spa soaks. Its ensuite bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and soaking tub. A secondary king bedroom connects to a shared Jack-and-Jill bath with a queen guest room, while a fourth bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and private ensuite bath with a designer shower. The bonus room includes a twin daybed with trundle and TV—perfect for kids or extra guests.

House was perfect for our needs. Unfortunately Palm Springs strict Airbnb rules makes it hard to relax and feel comfortable but the home is lovely and the beds are comfortable.

Martini Modern was a perfect home base for our college friends reunion. The location was a short walk to the heart of Palm Springs, the home itself was gorgeous and spacious, the pool gave us a favorite hang spot, and management was very receptive when we communicated or needed anything. We would def stay here again and highly recommend to others… just take care of it so we can come back :)

Beautiful rental just a few minutes walk from downtown. Also, close to some amazing hiking trails. Nice pool and hot tub to relax in at the end of the day! Thanks for a great trip.

The Martini Modern house was terrific. Great location near downtown Palm Springs, but in a very quiet area. House was as advertised and the floor plan was very user friendly. Very clean inside and out. Bedrooms well appointed with very nice bedding. Kitchen well stocked. Pool and Jacuzzi were really nice and ACME house responsive to all of our needs.

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
