OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The backyard at Lux Lounge is a private paradise made for desert days and warm desert nights. The oversized lot—tucked at the end of a cul-de-sac—is surrounded by tall privacy hedges and anchored by a sparkling kidney-shaped pool with a palm tree island. Relax in the bubbling attached spa or sip cocktails by the circular fire pit. The covered patio includes a misting system that keeps the al fresco dining area comfortable even in the summer sun. With plenty of loungers, umbrellas, two shaded patio areas, an outdoor shower, and lush landscaping, this retreat delivers the full Palm Springs experience—complete with postcard-worthy views of Mount San Jacinto.

The adjacent living and dining area includes a retro-modern sectional, HDTV, bold artwork, and a gas fireplace. Gather for a game night or simply relax while soaking up pool views from nearly every room.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The home has been masterfully expanded to maximize comfort and privacy for larger groups. The main Primary Suite at the west end of the house features a King bed, vaulted ceiling, clerestory windows, HDTV, and direct access to a private patio. The ensuite bath includes a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a picture window facing the desert landscape. Nearby, two guest bedrooms—one King, one Queen—share a hallway bathroom and offer HDTVs, comfortable furnishings, and easy access to the common areas.

The fourth bedroom is a casita-style Primary Suite, accessible through a private entrance from the front courtyard or the backyard. This ultra-private space features a King bed, HDTV, its own large ensuite bath with dual sinks, and a covered patio perfect for quiet morning coffee away from the main house.

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
