La Joya Moderna - Grand Mid Mod Home in Vista La Palmas!

Beautiful, immaculate home in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great host - always responsive and helpful. The home looked every bit as nice as the pictures and, if anything, was bigger than photos indicated. Definitely recommend.

Loved the authentic mid modern design of the house! Plenty of space and amenities. Very clean. Great location! Did not like that we could not use the house front door. Every time in and out was thru the garage. Disappointed we could not use the fireplace since it was definitely the weather for it.

My group and I had an absolutely fabulous stay in Palm Springs. The home is located in a quiet residential community but so close to the strip for restaurants and shopping. The home was absolutely spotless and just as described in the description and photos. The home was comfortable enough for our group of 6, and well appointed. We would definitely stay with Acme again. They were proactive, friendly and easy to work with. Amazing hosts.

Really nice and large house with a peaceful and very private backyard and pool in Vista Las Palmas. The house was very bright and spacious inside and seemed like it had been recently renovated. Would definitely stay again. ACME staff were always helpful and responsive.

This home is a mid-century dream oasis that I still can’t believe we had the pleasure to stay in. Located in one of the most elegant and historic PS neighborhoods, it felt like being transported back in time. Every inch of this home had perfect detail to a bright and alluring mid century modern vibe—we especially loved the pool and tub, which you can have lit up with changing colors in the evening…the pool floats are a spectacular way to lounge in the cool water and stare up at the softly waving palms in the bright blue sky. The kitchen is expansive and well stocked for entertaining, the bedrooms’ decor are like being in a Jonathan Adler dream, and the general outdoor/indoor design to make you feel like you’re in a sun soaked fantasy land is surreal. We’ll definitely stay here again next chance we get.

Elegantly designed house in best neighborhood, close to main street. Patios on both sides to catch the sun, very close to the mountains. A perfect stay for six people.

We just returned from a wonderful week at La Joya Moderna. The house is great -- lots of space, neat furnishings and very well stocked with all of the essentials. We especially enjoyed walking the Las Palmas neighborhood -- its a perfect location.

I’m not sure if I can say enough about this home! We came to Palm Springs for a quick winter getaway and we barely wanted to leave the house!! It’s beautiful, it’s exactly how the pictures show. The Master suite is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The kitchen…wow, every gadget possible is available for your use. The pool and hot tub was great to relax in. The neighbourhood is close enough to downtown to walk or drive depending on how you’re feeling. And ACME was amazing to deal with. We had a couple bumps along the way but they were on top of things and rectified those issues immediately. I would definitely use them again!

The house is beautiful and in a beautiful neighborhood. It's lovely to walk around and look at the architecture. The walk to the main strip is about 15 minutes. We had an issue with the hot tub heater but Acme was immediately responsive and worked quickly to resolve it. Everything was exactly as pictured in the photos. Be aware that Palm Springs has strict rules about noise so don't plan to play music outdoors at any time. We planned a more relaxing and peaceful vacation and this place was perfect. I'd stay here again or at any property managed by Acme.

The property is exceptional in every way, The location is perfect and the Las Palmas neighbourhood is quiet and relaxing. Close to the hikes, walking distance to the restaurants and perfectly clean, well provisioned and beautifully presented mid century gem.

This house is beautiful and comfortable. It does not feel like a rental because a lot of thought was put into all the furniture and decorations. We enjoyed the inside as well as the pool and also the fact that it is close to a lot of good restaurants and shops. Would love to stay here again soon!

Great house for our family! We lived by the pool by day and side/back yard in the evening. View is awesome in every spot in the yard. Close to so many amenities. Book your stay here, its the perfect location for all the things! Enjoy!

Great house and very well laid out for a large group as there are two living rooms and two outdoor spaces. The views from inside the house are amazing and in the best neighborhood in PS. Would definitely rent it again.

I had the pleasure of staying at La Joya Moderna in April of 2021. What an amazing time my family had staying here. The house is beautiful, masterfully decorated, and has everything you would want/need for a fantastic stay. We were so comfortable in every way. The house is in a wonderful neighborhood with access to restaurants and shopping. What we loved most were the pool, jacuzzi, and the mountain views. We had hoped to go for a quiet, recuperative vacation and this was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of Palm Springs. I highly recommend this this gorgeous home!

This is an all-around super house! It's incredibly spacious and bright, with nice high ceilings, and everything feels so fresh and clean. The pool and hot tub are lovely, and there is a lot of privacy in the outdoor areas. The house is located in a tony neighborhood of Palm Springs and it's very convenient to downtown markets, restaurants, etc. We appreciated how uncomplicated the check-in and check-out processes were; our limited interaction with Acme went smoothly -- their staff are all friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic visit, and look forward to returning.

Overall Comment This is a lovely house in our favorite neighborhood. Comfortable beds, two living areas, well stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. Everything looks well taken care of or recently remodeled. There are nice views of the mountains and plenty of outdoor space. The pool was really warm which is nice with the cool mornings and evenings you experience in March. We would definitely recommend.

Overall Comment We booked this for a family of 4 getaway from the Midwest snow. The location was great and the house was awesome with everything we need. Amazing neighborhood for walking. Only complaint is the rugs haven't been cleaned in awhile. Otherwise the place is awesome.

Beautiful house! After much hand-wringing and Covid testing, we got to see our family members for the first time in a year — and what a beautiful house! Beautifully decorated, great location, we loved it. One more thing: a strong windstorm knocked out the power the Saturday night we were there, which was a bit scary for the older members of our family. But the gentleman from across the street came over, knocked on the window, waved and left a bunch of glow sticks and a note to knock on his door if we needed anything. Wow. It was incredibly nice!

Overall Comment We love Vista Las Palmas - it's quiet, wonderful for walking, biking, etc. Close to fabulous coffee houses and shops. Anything you could possible want or need was available in the kitchen and the house was easy to keep clean and tidy - just the right amount of furniture and fabric. Acme was responsive and helpful when we needed them.

A really great stay and well-located if you are into midcentury architecture. Acme was extremely fast to response to some issues with the house and pool, but everything after that was great. Keep in mind that Palm Springs has some particular noise ordinances, so just make sure you are aware of those. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway in a historic neighborhood!

Overall Comment Well located, beautifully renovated, lots of space! Reasonably priced for the location and size. would definitely rent again. Three areas for improvement would make it even better: 1. Update the pool area with better outdoor furniture and re-paint the pool. 2. Allow guests to use the Front door, rather than the garage (or give guests a garage door opener). 3. Check the A/C in the master bedroom which was either too hot or too cold.

Overall Comment My husband and I had and incredible time in Palm Springs and can not wait to stay at this house again! The home is very nicely updated but still holds on to the integrity of the design. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front patio with views of the mountains, walking the neighborhood and lounging by the pool. We would highly recommend this house!

Overall Comment My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at La Joya Moderna. The property was every bit as beautiful in person as in the photos. The home was welcoming from the moment we arrived, with music playing and lights on, to show off the property as it was meant to be seen. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the grill was easy to operate, and sparkling clean. The neighborhood is a peaceful, high end residential area, and we loved walking up to the coffee shops on Palm Canyon Drive in the mornings. ACME was very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend both the property and ACME rentals, and would stay at the property again in a heartbeat! I feel that I should mention that the bedroom shades are not room darkening, and the sun is intense first thing in the morning. If you do not wish to wake up with the sun, bring your sleep mask!

Where do I begin? The house was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Palm Springs chic! Every detail was perfection. The bed linens and pillows were luxurious. The house is set against a beautiful mountain range -- super quiet. We all slept like babies! Both yards were perfect for entertaining. The pool, with sparkling clean water, was refreshing. The kitchen had every single item you will ever need. Two living rooms, completely decorated to 70's retro fabulous were great for our family to spread out and we played all the games that were in the game room. We could walk to town and enjoyed lunch at Azucar -- right around the corner! It was the perfect getaway and we can't wait to come back!!

Overall Comment The house is gorgeous inside and out. Great location and very well appointed with everything you will need to have an amazing vacation. Bathrooms and bedrooms are great size and comfortable. Kitchen is amazing as are the two living rooms!! The pool area is great but could use a pergola type area outside to get a break from the sunshine. Lots of seating areas on both patios. The only negatives were that a few things weren’t working including the bar/wine fridge, the garage door keypad to use the garage but these were minor issues. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and just might again next year!

Overall Comment Just returned from a week at La Joya Moderna, which was every bit as wonderful as depicted in the photos. Spacious rooms, great layout, wonderful outdoor space. The home is the best of a number of homes we've rented in Palm Springs. Really quite perfect for those who love mid-century architecture with modern amenities, and the beautiful Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. Acme is also the best property management we've dealt with in Palm Springs. They were responsive and professional. The property handbook could not have been more detailed or helpful. We will definitely book with them next time. Hopefully at La Joya Moderna.

I would like to provide you with some feedback on your new Regal property. Please forward this to the property owners of La Joya Moderna. First, I want to compliment Acme for tremendous service. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at one of your properties. I amazed at the prompt responses to questions or request for assistance. I had the pleasure of meeting most of your team as I am considering purchasing a home in Palm Springs and partnering with your company for short term rentals. In particular, and related to my most recent stay, I want to thank your branding person JP. When we arrived this year, we had a few logistical challenges that were promptly taken care of. I recall one of the first things J.P. said was We aim to not only assist you with your issue but to make it better than you would have imagined. He really came through and made this one of the best vacations we have ever had. As for the Regal, my first comment is WOW! These homeowners really hit the mark. Every day I was in the home I came across something else that was beyond my expectations. The interior design was bang on and the home was super comfortable. There isn't a thing I would change or add to this property. Everything was impeccable, the showers, appliances, furniture, pictures on the wall, flooring, dishes, counter space, choice of tiles...you get the point. The pool area was private and spectacular with an amazing variety of seating and lounging areas. This is how I would design a Palm Springs

We had an absolutely perfect stay at La Joya Moderna! Recently renovated and pretty much immaculate, it has everything you'd need: lots of space, indoors and out, beautiful amenities, privacy, and a short walk into town. We spent most of our time by the pool to be honest, mostly because it was just pretty hard to leave: perfect temperature, comfy chairs, and the hot tub is fantastic. The modern kitchen is great for cooking, and is ideal for hosting. Plenty of room for a larger group, but really nice for something more intimate as well. Can't wait to visit again!
