We loved our stay here! We attended the Indian Wells tennis tournament for 9 days and decided to stay in Palm Springs (30 min drive). The condo complex is very quiet and serene, and the landscaping/facilities are kept well. The condo itself is very spacious, well designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is also close to downtown Palm Springs (5 min drive). The communication was a little confusing at first between Air BnB and the property management, but we didn’t have any major issues.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy check in and check out. The amenities were as they described. Wonderful area to stay in Palm Springs you are within short driving distance to all attractions,restaurants, and shopping.

The unit was great. A/c worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very calm at all times. Everything was pleasant. Location was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint would be an odd smell in the condo that never seemed to go away. I still recommend staying here because for the price, location, and atmosphere, it is definitely worth it.

We were here for 17 days in October and it worked well for our needs. Furnishings, bedding and kitchenwares are simple but worked for us, and were in line with our expectations as one of the lowest cost units we could find. I rated this experience a 5 star based on those expectations met. All of the windows and doors do need servicing. They were all difficult to open and close, had loose screws on the handles and some screws were missing. I would say that was the only thing needing attention. We quickly fell in love with the neighbor and her dog, and daily walks became a thing! :-)

This second story condo is in a great location and has everything you need. Kitchen included pot and pans, and complete dinnerware. Living room and balcony were great for kicking back. Grounds were well maintained with pool and hot tub.
