INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Inside, rich desert tones, dark wood accents, and terracotta tile create a warm and stylish setting. The spacious living room features an oversized sectional, a large flatscreen TV, and floor-to-ceiling glass overlooking the pool. An elegant dining area for six flows into the fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a center island with bar seating for four, and everything you need for home-cooked meals. A washer and dryer add extra convenience for extended stays.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four well-appointed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for every guest. The primary suite offers a plush king bed, dedicated workspace, French doors to the pool patio, and a private ensuite with walk-in shower. A second queen bedroom also includes its own ensuite bath, while a third queen bedroom and a twin room share a hall bath. With hotel-quality mattresses, crisp linens, and boutique-inspired décor, each bedroom is a relaxing hideaway.

My friends and I had a great stay! The house is great for a big group and has everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great amenities to have. Something to keep in mind is that the airport is close by so there is usually planes flying over, but we weren’t bothered by this at all. I would come back :)

The place was very clean and spacious with a nice backyard. There was enough towels and other amenities. The jacuzzi was great even though it took around 90 minutes to get to 102F. The kitchen was well-stocked but some of the pans and pots were too scratchy, and basically useless for us. Here is what I didn't like: before the reservation was made, we were told the pool is $60 per day to heat up but when I wanted to pay for one day, they said you have to pay $180 for 3 days minimum. Having to pay for 3-day blocks was neither mentioned in the description nor when I asked about pool heating fee before we made the reservation. Also, one of the shower heads was loose and water splashed everywhere when you turn it on. Finally, the house is on the pricier side; there is nothing within the walking distance, so you can save yourself about half the price of this house and rent something a bit farther away from the downtown of Palm Springs.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
