Loved staying at this house! It was clean, spacious enough for my family of four, and loved the backyard area. Coming to Palm Springs, I knew I wanted a MCM vibe, and this house and the neighborhood that was in it fit the bill. We didn't really cook much at the house, but the kitchen seemed fairly stocked with supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house in great location. Pretty strict with rules, arrived 30 min early and they wouldn’t let us check in til 4pm on the dot even tho cleaning crew was gone. Overall good easy stay

The check in process was a little confusing and was give three different answers for the same question. In the end, they took care of me. I have a problem with fabric and the sheets on the beds were nice cotton sheets. Perfect for a good nights rest. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed just note that the pool has an option to be heated but you have to let them know three days ahead and pay an extra fee. We swam anyway and enjoyed it. Overall good clean place. Quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful Palm Springs house with nice pool, but with a few caveats. We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The house was very comfortable and clean, and the backyard was beautiful and nicely set up. A few caveats: 1) The house is on the north end of Palm Springs, which appeared to get much more wind than the south side of town (this is likely the reason why wind turbines have been installed just north of Palm Springs). For about half of our stay, the wind was so strong (with dust and sand in the air) that we didn't want to be in the backyard. But when we went to the south side of town for a meal, there was no wind at all. It seems that, if you're able to stay on the south side of town, you might be less likely to have high winds. 2) Vacasa manages the property for the owner, and they have a rather arduous screening and pre-check-in process. With most Airbnb rentals, you just read the included instructions and show up. With Vacasa, they contact you via multiple channels, including Airbnb, multiple email addresses (which at first appear to be spam), and phone calls / voice messages. Oddly they require you to do a phone call ahead of your stay to talk through the instructions, then ask you to switch over to FaceTime and show ID to verify your identity. Additionally, they ask you to sign a document via Docusign (this is required by the town of Palm Springs, with the intent of making sure visitors don’t make noise and are responsible, etc., but at other Palm Springs

I loved this home and all of its amenities. From it's classic midcentury architecture, landscape, and interior design; this meticulously maintained home was a true escape. I came to LA from Chicago to take care of my brother following open-heart surgery. I surprised him with a getaway to Palm Springs for some R & R. We enjoyed sunning by the pool and lounging in the neatly manicured yard. The interior of the home was clean, neat, and nicely appointed. My brother was able to relax and recover poolside and I got to experience that with him. I would stay here again, definitely.

Wonderful house in a great location. Gorgeous neighborhood. The backyard pool area is especially beautiful. Our family of four had plenty of room to relax. Short Uber ride to downtown for shopping and amazing restaurants. We would absolutely come back to this house.

WOW ! This place is such a beautiful oasis in the middle of the desert. The kitchen, bathrooms, and entire house is impeccably clean, the pool was beautiful, crystal clean and always the perfect temperature. The backyard is totally private.
