THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
High-style boho chic meets quintessential Palm Springs style. The owners have paid so much attention to detail - it’s truly a delight to experience this phenomenal property. It’s been remodeled yet still honors the home's classic midcentury architecture - preserving its clean lines, open concept floor plan, post and beam ceilings and walls of glass that blur the lines between indoor outdoor living. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. The focus here is on good vibes, easy living - comfort - and style. Everything has been updated for the way we live today - including upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet and 5 flatscreen TVs.

THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This property captures the magic of Southern California glamour. While the entire home is gorgeous - the outdoors are truly its crowning jewel. The backyard itself is spacious and well-planned - with lots of different gathering places and is walled and gated for privacy. The sparkling pool is at the center of the yard and is surrounded by lounge chairs and seating, an above ground hot tub, firepit lounge, al fresco dining area and a built in BBQ grill station with mini fridge and sink. Towering palm trees, lush plantings, a colorful rose garden and sweeping mountain views all add to the magic of this spectacular property.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the four bedrooms feature a hotel-quality King size mattress, flatscreen TV and ample storage. The Master has an en suite bath and private sliding glass doors to the pool yard. The other Guest Rooms are all immaculately styled and have beautiful views. They share easy access to the hall full bathroom.

This property is exactly as listed. The photos are very accurate. The kitchen and house was well stocked with everything you would need for a sun-seeking vacation. We found the Stardust to be well-equipped and extremely clean. The pictures match the property, it is a very nice pool area. Our pool had an error and was not heated. They sent someone to fix it immediately and worked with us on the charges as the pool did not end up being warm until our last day. There was a beeping that lasted all day and night that we couldn’t find the source of. They also helped us look for the source and changed all the batteries in the smoke detectors, just in case. Overall, great house!

This home is beautiful and spacious, with a lovely pool and outdoor area. The house is really well decorated, in a mid century modern style mixed with cool art and lighting. I chose it specifically because the décor looked curated, fun, and interesting - not like so many rental homes that are decorated straight out of Home Goods. It has a truly gorgeous location, the view out the front door is stunning! The kitchen and baths are all well stocked with quality equipment, and the beds and bedding are pristine and more important, very comfortable. The management company was friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this house!

Great house, great backyard, fantastic pool. The decor is very chic. The beds are all the same and very comfortable for everyone. Mountain View’s and golf course in the front. Quiet area, quiet neighborhood, very good for families or people looking to relax. The only hiccup is the amount of E-mails and check in instructions. Granted the town of Palm Springs is very strict. ACME hired a concierge company to assist with the check in. There was a very unprofessional incident with the concierge service. ACME did resolve it quickly and fixed the situation. A separate review for that concierge company was left on Yelp. This is a fantastic property and a great relaxing place to hang out and enjoy the desert lifestyle!

Really nice property. Well managed, easy communication. Nicely appointed with the items you need during a stay, especially appliances/utensils/dishes in the kitchen. Beautifully landscaped yard with several cute seating areas. Great A/C! (thank goodness bc it was hot!) My only big note was that the window treatments did nothing to block or dim sunlight so good luck sleeping in. We stayed with another couple and our three young kids, and while it worked fine for us the property would be even better for just adults or families with older kids. There isn’t a pack n play or high chair and both bathrooms just have a shower, no tub. The pool’s depth is maybe 4.5-5 feet, so aside from the stairs into the pool, there was no area where my 5 year old could touch. This property wasn’t advertised to accommodate babies so I had no expectations, I just provide that note so other ppl with babes can prepare accordingly.

Overall Comment I can't say enough good things about 'Stardust', myself, boyfriend and dog Apollo had the most amazing stay, 5 stars all the way, clean and beautifully kept. We are 100% coming back. The only one thing I would change was to rid of the spikey plant that is next to the sunbeds it's very dangerous and we had to put a bathmat around it to stop our dog getting hurt. Please remove it's an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise PERFECTION!! Also, if the owner ever wants to sell, please let me know! :)

Overall Comment This property is perfection. Sparking clean, well stocked in terms of linens, hangers, kitchenware, laundry needs including a basket in each room for soiled clothes, and wide array of outdoor living items. We love the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and this home absolutely caters to that. The pool is very large, clean and felt perfect at their 85-degree heated recommendation. There are lounge chairs on both sides so you can easily relocate from morning sun to afternoon sun (or hide from it under one of the various umbrellas). Great lawn for the kids to run around. Totally private. Comfortable beds. Reliable WiFi for multiple video users. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown or flat sidewalks to bike there. I would have booked this again for spring break but it was already booked out. If you are considering this property, book it now!

Property and space are really nice. Definitely had some character that made it more unique. We stayed during November and the placed seemed really clean with notes regarding cleaning procedures for COVID. We had 4 couples and were worried a little about only have 2 restrooms but it was never really an issue. The rooms were perfect and comfortable memory foam mattresses. Great place to stay and rated 5 stars but just be aware of the noise restrictions/warnings. We werent there to throw a party and just getting away from LA to relax. Multiple written warnings about noise and music by the pool. Neighbors have a 24/7 hotline to report noise. If they can hear it, they will report it. I was told that I couldn't even play music on a small bluetooth speaker next to the pool. When we checked in via phone, they warned us again and said cops will ticket without warning and we would lose the rental. This definitely worried us and scared to even keep the sliding door to the outdoor area open. This basically closed off the space from the living room to the pool area. Not sure if we were being over-cautious but their warnings created some anxiety and we weren't about to test it as we were staying for 4 nights. So just keep that in mind for the type of trip you are planning. Other than that, it was a great place.

This house is awesome!! King beds in every room. TV in all rooms with full Apps like Netflix. The backyard is amazing! So spacious and fun! Its everything you see in the pictures, no surprises. The looks is simple and perfect with loads of towels, plates, glasses etc. Everything is labeled so you feel at home asap. Communication was fast and easy. We ran out of toilet paper and someone was there within 2 hours. The small recommendation was to be more upfront about other communications like the landscaper timing and pool guy timing. Both we would have been happy to accommodate but knowing would have simply changed our plans - like napping the baby away from the lawnmowing area and not being in the pool with the pool guy came etc. But overall perfection, we can't wait to book the same place over and over again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house has so much character and soul. There has been so much time and attention put into every single detail, it really makes for a special stay. We loved how quintessentially Palm Springs the house is, it is exactly what we were looking for in our stay. The backyard is epic... perfect pool, hot tub, room to play and views of the mountains, amazing! I would recommend the House of Stardust to anyone seeking the perfect P.S. stay.?á

Amazing Palm Springs Gem

My family and I stayed in this lovely home for a relaxing weekend getaway with friends and it was absolutely perfect. This home has been beautifully updated and is the perfect space to enjoy with friends. We were blown away with the charming decor and the living space provided the perfect room for relaxation. The pool and yard are an extra bonus. We didn't even feel the need to leave the house as it had everything we needed for the weekend. The home was super clean and organized and the kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs. The owners were fast and easy to correspond with when we needed to reach them. We look forward to returning and would recommend this rental to anyone!
