SLEEPING QUARTERS
This spacious condo boasts four deluxe suites for the ultimate privacy and convenience. Two suites offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom while two other suites offer a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom. Guests will find impressive amenities in their abodes, such as designer glass walk-in showers, dedicated workspaces, and exterior access to the private outdoor patio.

House of Light is located in a private, quiet area of Palm Springs, yet just minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and all the exciting entertainment it has to offer. Beautiful and pristine house. It worked perfect for my group. The house is well stocked with supplies. The hosts thought of everything you might need. My only issue is that there was no TV downstairs. This is where my group spent most of our down time hanging out, so it would have been nice if there was a TV down there.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The place is very spacious and well-stocked with toiletries and cooking supplies for guests. The location was convenient— about a 25-30 minute from the downtown area— and the hosts were extremely communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others!

There was only two TVs in the whole house and there’s no instruction on how to use them so we had to call maintenance to come over to try and figure out. How do use the TVs which they didn’t have an idea. So yeah. Eventually, we were able to muddle through and figure out how to use the TVs Big drawback

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
