This home was perfect for us. Over the last 14 years, we have stayed in Palm Springs 10 times, each time staying 10 days. We definitely recommend this home and will stay here, again, if it’s available. The home was absolutely immaculate. The bed and bath linens were sparkling white, crisp and clean. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. We barbecued several times and the home had all of the appropriate tools for that, as well. The laundry room, off of the garage, was great. The washer and dryer appeared to be virtually new. The pool and backyard were wonderful. There is plenty of seating and patio furniture. From the pool area, at night, you can literally see the Palm Springs Aerial tram ascending and descending the San Jacinto mountains. Use your binoculars to watch in wonder. Being on the west side of Palm Springs, you can experience the magical nighttime winds and it’s amazing. The pool folks and gardeners arrived as stated and did good jobs with their tasks. There is a company that arrives prior to trash pick up and they do not disturb the occupants, but they take the trash cans out to the street and then they swing by later and put the cans back into the yard. The neighborhood is peaceful. The bathrooms were pristine and the master bath was spa like. We were blessed to have found this home to spend our vacation in.

We had a wonderful time at house of jojo, and were happy with the value for money and price compared to other rentals in the area. The house was spotless and had all the needed amenities and utensils. The team were all very helpful with any questions we had, and was a smooth check in and out process. The only downfall was the overly strict rules about playing any sort of music. The state laws prohibit 'amplified music' outside, which is understandable, however, this airbnb would not even allow us to play music on our phones. Hopefully there is a better way to accommodate the laws whilst not impacting the vibe. All in all, had a great stay and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in PS. The location was convenient to downtown PS, Acrisure Arena, and a day trip up to Joshua Tree. We really enjoyed the pool/spa once we figured out the controls. The grill and patio were great for dining al fresco. Beds and pillows were comfortable in all three bedrooms.

My friend and I have stayed at a few different rentals over the years, but this one was by far our favorite. The space itself is comfortable with a nice backyard space and pool. We're already thinking about renting it again for our annual Palm Springs trip next year.

This place was absolutely phenomenal… We felt so at home…So comfortable… The pool, yard, security and feeling of seclusion made this place so appealing… The plane are mostly smaller putters… An occasional jet…we actually enjoyed the little putters… The jets were infrequent…We had such a great time here…So minimal… Best best time at this Airbnb…Hope to be back next year

Overall, I really, really loved this entire stay and would return. The house was nearly perfect for us. Almost everything was extremely clean - a couple linens had hair stuck in them, but it was clear everything had been well washed (and the bed linens were all white, so I am guessing they get bleached, too). They also left individually wrapped sponges and small dishwashing soaps for our use. Love that! The yard was also huge, well maintained, and wonderful: tons of sunny areas and the pool was in the sun almost all day, but lots of heavy shade, patio fans, etc., too. The only two things I didn't love were (1) there was no door on the master bath (and only one other bath in the house, so not ideal if you have 6 adults) and (2) we had an issue with a blown fuse that took all weekend to resolve, and didn't have outdoor lights/electric, TV, or WiFi during it. They were very responsive, but couldn't tell us an ETA on someone coming to unlock the fuse box. We ended up resolving it, though.

This place was amazing - very roomy with 3 bedrooms, two living spaces and a spacious outdoor patio. The pool was lovely and the covered patio was perfect. The house had everything we needed and the location was great, so close to all of the shops and restaurants. The garage was also a really nice bonus - we parked our car in it to get it out of the sun. We would stay here again!

We loved our visit to this home. It was private and had a fully equipped kitchen with the same type of utensils I use for cooking at my home. They had plates for use in the house and plastic plates for near the pool. I love the fact we walked in and it smelled clean and sterilized. It was centrally located near nice grocery stores and downtown Palm Springs. The view of the mountain was gorgeous from the pool and spa. The Vacasa team was wonderful and easy to get in touch with when we had questions. Overall we had a wonderful time at this home.

This house was perfect for our quick getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet and house is very clean. We loved the pool too. We did leave our blow dryer behind. The staff assured me a lost and found report would be issued and get back to me.

We had a great stay! The home is just as advertised, very clean and cozy. Great location and on the edge of town makes arrival and departure easy. Management was responsive when we had some issues with the hot tub heat and had it repaired quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
