SLEEPING QUARTERS
All four bedrooms have been thoughtfully curated to feel like serene boutique hotel suites, each offering a soothing blend of comfort, style, and midcentury character. The Primary Bedroom features a luxurious King bed and calming décor, creating a peaceful retreat for rest and rejuvenation. Two additional guest rooms also feature a King bed and a relaxed, modern atmosphere, ideal for couples or extended stays. The remaining guest room features a comfortable Queen bed and was designed with warm textures, soft lighting, and carefully selected furnishings that make every space inviting. • 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
