If you’re looking for a nice private place, I highly recommend this property. It was very easy to get in and out. But most important the stay was what mattered to me. Relaxing and fun meets this property. The rooms are quite big and the living area brought all of us together for a fun end to the night. I recommend it. And if available again next year, I’d book again.

Overall our experience was very positive with us able to do the things we wanted to do comfortably and lavishly. Pros: -Extremely livable, has all you need -Has things you didn’t know you need like board games, barbecue grill, and every type of cookware -The pool was clean -Cleaning products provided to wash dishes by hand or by the dishwasher -High ceiling and AC ensure proper insulation from Palm Springs weather -Convenient driving distance to many stores and restaurants Cons: -Shower temperature varied, wasn’t reliable -Garage clutter, only able to fit one car inside, important for the hot climate -Late check-in, early check-out times

We loved our stay at the Highball House! We had a private chef come cook us dinner one night, served on the patio under the string lights. We took lots of cute pictures around the house which was so colorful! Would definitely book again.

We loved our stay at the Highball House! Incredibly spacious layout for our little family and would feel equally spacious for a larger group. Plenty of space to spread out between the inside and outside/backyard of the house. We enjoyed warm days lounging by the pool and cooler evenings in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we never fought to use to the bathroom, win win! The location is close to the airport and downtown. We would rebook in a heartbeat and have recommended to our friends.

We loved staying in this home for a weekend getaway with the family. There was enough space for us and our friends to bring our kids and a babysitter. This is a special property. If you are looking for the ultimate Palm Springs house that is big enough for a group, this is it. The decor and furniture made our stay memorable. We got amazing weather in early July and spent the most time in the pool. It’s so quite and peaceful. Came here with my closest girl friends and we had plenty of space to get ready, 3 bathrooms!!, huge comfy couch to watch movies, and a great size dining room. The beds are also comfortable! Very rare for a rental. Will definitely come back here

We enjoyed our 7-night stay and hope to go back. This Palm Springs house is managed by Vacasa and is situated in a quiet, well-manicured residential neighborhood that has sidewalks and is also good for biking. You can walk to the grocery store, Ralph's, in about 10 minutes. But it's far enough from that main road so you don't hear any road noise at the house. Check-in was a phone call with a friendly and helpful person from Vacasa. The house was clean and spacious as described and as in the photos. The kitchen was organized and well-stocked. It has a K-cup coffee maker too which isn't mentioned in the ad. There were plenty of pool towels. The spa/pool area in the backyard with table/benches and seating arrangements was perfect for relaxing under a clear blue each day. There's a bocce court, and you can see the mountains from the backyard. The backyard is surrounded by a well-maintained fence and trimmed trees and bushes, so it's perfectly private. Pool and lawn maintenance people came in a few times early. Cons: The bed in the master bedroom was much firmer than I'm used to but the guests in 2 of the other rooms didn't find their mattresses too firm. That could just be me. And, the spa jet button didn't create bubbly jets but just hot water. Also, Vacasa asked us to start a load of towels in the washing machine or put a load of towels in before we left. We obliged but were a little taken aback at that request because when we arrived there was no laundry detergent and I've never had

This place is wonderful! We were a group of 7 adults and 4 kids - 2 & under, and we stayed for 5 nights. It's spacious and not cluttered with stuff that kids could break. The pool and backyard are amazing. We totally want to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. We came with our two small children and we had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi and the yard was very peaceful with a lovely peek of the mountains over the fence. Also a huge plus that we could park the car in the garage!

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb rental I’ve ever stayed in. Gorgeous, serene, and in a perfect location, it’s fully equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay. We had my sister’s bridal shower weekend here and lounged the days away by the pool, cooked dinner, and bonded. Everything was perfect.

We had some so fun in this house! A perfect birthday get away with 4 couples. It was chilly during the day but the spa provided a perfect way for some Midwesterners to soak up some winter sun (suggest paying for the heated pool in the winter). The grill and well stocked kitchen with small appliances and cookware made meals at home enjoyable. Within walking distance to the grocery store for some restocking. Cons- separate check in location about 10 min away from airport and house
