On the South wing, two deluxe suites can be offered as adjoining/family-style suites or as completely separate suites. South wing primary #1 has a King bed, a fireplace, beverage center with wet bar, wine fridge and coffee maker, and an ensuite bath with double-sink granite vanity and walk-in shower. Suite #1 has direct pool access plus a private, mountain-view garden patio. South wing suite #2 has a King bed), walk-in closet, direct pool access and an ensuite full bath, shower/tub combo.
East wing primary suite # 3 has a King bed, direct pool access, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. East wing suite #4 has a King bed (or T,T) and private dual access to the hallway bath with shower. Enjoy luxury mattresses, sumptuous bedding, SmartTVs, work desks, ample storage, chic decor and spa-like ensuite baths.

2. LATE CHECK OUTS / NON-APPROVED LATE CHECK OUTS
Guest agrees there shall be no non-pre approved late check outs, or vacating the premises after 10 AM without a pre-approval.
- Late Check Out:
Occurs after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Unless pre-approved by ACME. The Cost to extend Check Out on the day of departure may be up to ½ daily lodging fees charged to Guest’s credit card on file (which will not be deemed a limitation of damages).
- Non-Approved Late Check Out:
Occurs after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Cost for a non-pre approved late checkout is 2 times the daily high season lodging rate, and taxes, plus any costs incurred, including but not limited to relocation of arriving guests, which will be charged to Guest’s credit card at ACME's sole discretion.
