SLEEPING QUARTERS
All three bedrooms are designed for comfort with hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and inviting natural light.

The primary bedroom features a California King bed, an ensuite bathroom, direct access to the pool yard, and a serene color palette that enhances its calming atmosphere. The two guest bedrooms each offer a Queen bed and share easy access to the full bathroom in the hallway. A convenient half bath is located just off the kitchen for added comfort.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
