We had a fabulous stay at this property. It is our third time staying in an AirBNB in PSP in recent years and this one was our favourite. Top notch. Nice walk to restaurants, stunning views, massive yard. Beautiful furnishings and the gas fireplace made our cool indoor evenings enjoyable and cozy. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return!

We loved our stay at the Happy Hour house. Everything from the pool, the interior decor, outdoor entertainment areas, and comfy beds was perfect. The neighborhood also felt super safe, quiet and peaceful. ACME replied quickly whenever we had questions, which made the stay super easy. Wish we could have stayed even longer, would absolutely love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was fantastic and really suited our needs as a family. Everything was spotless, which we truly appreciated upon arrival. Acme was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Plus, it was wonderful to find a place that was dog-friendly; our furry friend loved it too!

Amazing property, we came for a brief getaway from cold February Philadelphia weather, work and political turmoil of recent events. It was a memorable experience that we will bottle forever. The house was beyond our expectations.

Beautifully updated property both inside and out ! The only hiccups were the entry coding system took several tries to open every time we entered the home and the entry step(two) should be highlighted with paint .

The house is beautiful! It was perfect for the six of us friends coming together. The space was clean and spacious enough for all of us and two other friends to stop by and hang out. We had a lovely time grilling and chilling. I would rent this home again, it's lovely and worked well for our group. The location is a short drive to the downtown, and it's in a very quiet and beautiful area.

Our rental was VERY comfortable, very clean, and everything that we expected. I am the person whose expectations are usually much higher than reality, and I have been disappointed in many Airbnb rentals. Not so with this ACME house. It met my expectations and then some. I would love to stay at an ACME house wherever I go. They know what they’re doing!! We have already talked about coming back next year. Thank you!

My tennis partner, myself and our spouses stayed here. The outdoor living spaces are amazing. We spent a ton of time in the pool and hot tub. We would eat outside every night. We had planned to go into town and eat but it was super enjoyable staying at the house. There was a gas fire pit that was beautiful but it wasn't the right temperature for us to use. The house is fantastically stocked. We cooked many dinners at home and had everything we needed. The kitchen space is a bit small but super functional and again, fully loaded and modern and updated. The owner/renal company were incredibly responsive with any question I sent. It was an EXCELLENT house and we would absolutely rent that same house if were were to go back there. Lastly, it is super close to downtown which was convenient when we chose to go into town.
