The large backyard pool will give you the feeling of being in your own private park boasting plenty of lush green grass, beautiful trees, privacy, and lots of room to socialize. Fully hedged and walled, a large patio area surrounds the pool and provides a fully shaded outdoor dining area. When you work up an appetite, head into the well-equipped retro kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and whip up any recipe with ease. There is also a gas grill, conveniently located right off the kitchen. Settling down will be a breeze as well, as the spacious living area awaits with plush furnishings and a TV - the best setup for a movie or game night.

WHAT’S NEARBY Good Vibrations is located in Deepwell, a Palm Springs neighborhood that is south of downtown and known for its quiet and peaceful vibe with well-manicured lawns and a wonderful collection of mid-century modern architectural design. Just under three miles from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll love exploring the various downtown shops, golf, dining, theaters, and entertainment nearby! Check out some of the famed restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive such as Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster, and the Pig (takeout only). If hiking is on the agenda, make your way to Tahquitz Canyon (one-and-a-half miles west) or Indian Canyons (three miles south).

THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.

•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We came to Palm Springs for a wedding at the Villa Royale, and this location was perfect. It was a 3 minutes drive through the neighborhood, or a 15 minute walk. Two of the bathrooms are a little outdated, but the water pressure is fantastic, and thats what really matters. No complaints aside from it felt like there was someone at the property nearly every day we were there. The gardener came Thursday and the pool guy showed up Saturday. We were told about the gardener, but figured he would have come before the 4pm check in, and no one said anything about the pool guy, so that felt a little invasive. Otherwise, the property is great and would recommend.

The home is very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The grill was clean. We only stayed for a long weekend and after a few cooler days we wanted to take advantage of the hot tub. That’s when we found out that they needed 72 hours notice to heat the pool and hot tub, we’d assumed they were separate. The pool was cold but we enjoyed it anyway! It’s a nice place.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation while enjoying its amenities. It was ample space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is convenient with easy access to downtown PS. The Deepwell neighborhood in which the house is located is super cool. We enjoyed taking walks to look at the mid century homes and desert gardens. The pool was perfect and we spent almost all of our time on the pool deck. We paid to have the pool heating but realized near the end of the week that the heater actually was never turned on by Vacasa. That was annoying but they quickly refunded us. There were contractors there for two days working on something in the garage - odd and not ideal. Overall, I recommend this house.

This house exceeded my expectations. It was such a fun vacation and had everything we needed. We cooked every morning and night and ate together in the dining room. It was a lot more spacious than I expected too. I do recommend replacing the iPod player with an Alexa or google home because it’s a little outdated and the music on the tv was nice but sometimes listening to your own music makes it more homey. The pool light was broken when we got there but as soon as I sent out an email it was fixed within the day. It’s a very great space and was perfect for our social distancing vacation.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
