This house is gorgeous, and the living space is really well set up (our group was able to stay in opposite ends so nobody felt cramped at all). The property managers were FANTASTIC, dealt with our minor troubles immediately and with kindness. Will definitely recommend!

We came to Palm Springs for a wedding at the Villa Royale, and this location was perfect. It was a 3 minutes drive through the neighborhood, or a 15 minute walk. Two of the bathrooms are a little outdated, but the water pressure is fantastic, and thats what really matters. No complaints aside from it felt like there was someone at the property nearly every day we were there. The gardener came Thursday and the pool guy showed up Saturday. We were told about the gardener, but figured he would have come before the 4pm check in, and no one said anything about the pool guy, so that felt a little invasive. Otherwise, the property is great and would recommend.

Everything was easy and great!

The home is very clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The grill was clean. We only stayed for a long weekend and after a few cooler days we wanted to take advantage of the hot tub. That’s when we found out that they needed 72 hours notice to heat the pool and hot tub, we’d assumed they were separate. The pool was cold but we enjoyed it anyway! It’s a nice place.

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation while enjoying its amenities. It was ample space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is convenient with easy access to downtown PS. The Deepwell neighborhood in which the house is located is super cool. We enjoyed taking walks to look at the mid century homes and desert gardens. The pool was perfect and we spent almost all of our time on the pool deck. We paid to have the pool heating but realized near the end of the week that the heater actually was never turned on by Vacasa. That was annoying but they quickly refunded us. There were contractors there for two days working on something in the garage - odd and not ideal. Overall, I recommend this house.

This house exceeded my expectations. It was such a fun vacation and had everything we needed. We cooked every morning and night and ate together in the dining room. It was a lot more spacious than I expected too. I do recommend replacing the iPod player with an Alexa or google home because it’s a little outdated and the music on the tv was nice but sometimes listening to your own music makes it more homey. The pool light was broken when we got there but as soon as I sent out an email it was fixed within the day. It’s a very great space and was perfect for our social distancing vacation.
