The house and surrounding neighborhood were beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe and the house was super comfortable. It had everything we needed. I received a text message asking me to sign a contract and submit a picture of my ID which I ignored at first because it seemed like a scam. After receiving a second text I called the number provided and the woman explained the contract and ID were necessary to confirm our booking. I’d never received communication outside of Airbnb messages, so it seemed suspicious. It was all legit and the trip was amazing, just something to be aware of.

Wonderful property. Stunning pool and outdoors area. Please note that this isn’t a party house - you cannot play any music whatsoever and there are strict guidelines around this. It does however mean the area is peaceful and serene. The kitchen and living areas are amazing. The bedrooms do get hot and could do with air con vents.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautiful, location is close to downtown while still feeling private/removed, and the backyard was great. Would definitely do again and recommend to others! Some check-in/check-out communications were inconsistent or unclear, but the team was very responsive and helpful with any questions!

Beautiful house in a quite neighborhood with a nice pool and hot tub. Kitchen well stocked and good for cooking meals at home. Very clear and organized. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, super clean home! Inside the home was spotless! Kitchen is pretty stocked. Pool was amazing along with the Jacuzzi. No need to warm up pool for us. Outdoors had power outlets everywhere, very convenient to work out of laptop from the lounge chair by the pool! When we checked in there was quite a a bit of debris all over yard and inside the pool, leaves, palm tree leaves and newspaper - no biggie just pulled it out they did have a screen handy. Property listing needs improvement: Listing does not have published that no music is allowed outside at ANY time. I was told by Vacasa that this property prohibits early check-in and late check-outs, also would have been nice to know, I would have just booked another night. If you’re in Palm Springs for music festival this probably not for you. Not a party house. More of a relaxing getaway and I would definitely rebook.

Overall great experience! Being so centrally located to downtown Palm Springs made this location perfect. Taking in the Thursday night street fair was a testament to all that Palm Springs has to offer. The only downside was not being allowed to play "ANY" music in the backyard while around the pool, with the penalty to immediate removal. This rule could be modified to allow for a better backyard experience.

The property exceeded expectations which is impressive considering the detailed description and amount of photos. I was particularly impressed with how well the house was stocked with linens, towels, and especially kitchen items. It has such a beautiful open concept it was great to be able to cook and eat indoor/outdoor.

The house was great. We stayed for a month and it worked perfect for us and a few overnight guests. The yard and pool are really nice; private and comfortable all day. Kitchen is well-stocked with housewares. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is pretty secure. The check-in process was multi-step, but Vacasa were super responsive, available and professional.

Great house and location. Everything was good except two things. First and most important, AC did not reach the last two rooms. It was a furnace and made it imposible for people to stay there. However, vacasa sent out a tech but he couldn’t fix it. They did a partial refund. And the second thing, you have to pay extra for the heated pool. At the price of this unit it should be included or they should just include it in the cost. Overall, great house. Great communication. I would stay there again.

Great property and well worth it. Love the access to the pool from the kitchen, dinning room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Love open floor plan very comfortable. Only thing if you want to wash clothes bring your own detergent. Also if you plan on doing a load know it takes a long time to wash! The house is fully equipped with grill essentials. Plenty of Pool towel and bath towels. Lots of plates and utensils if eating at indoors!

Our family of 5 loved our stay! The house is beautiful and fit our family of 5 so nicely. The private pool was great and there were plenty of lounger floats to use to hang out in the pool. The location was perfect with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We spent a day on the Palm Springs Aerial Tram which was so close as well. Having a garage to park our car in was so helpful in the heat so it wouldn't bake in the sun. The kitchen was well equipped and organized. Overall we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home and it met all our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Home has a great location grocery stores within blocks, bars and restaurants all nearby as well. Nice established neighborhood was very quite with the exception of a few airplanes which I did not even mind.
