Welcome to your luxurious home away from home in the heart of Palm Springs where your group will spend memorable moments together. The stylish living room has been finished with calming earth tones that bring a welcome sense of peace and tranquility. This space flows into a large, sunlit dining area that comfortably accommodates six, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a four-seat breakfast bar. The sunroom blurs the lines between inside and out — enjoy pool views in air-conditioned comfort or slide open the glass doors to let the warm Palm Springs breeze wash over you. Beds: K, Q, T/T.

The modern, neutral styling continues into the property’s three beautiful bedrooms. The primary suite benefits from a king-size bed and private bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

Step outside into the palm-tree-lined backyard to make a splash in the private pool. The outdoor bar, BBQ grill, and multiple seating areas provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Once night falls, head to the jacuzzi to stargaze in style.

This vacation home is ideally located to enjoy the best of Palm Springs. Guests can enjoy fantastic dining, shopping, and entertainment within easy reach, plus plentiful outdoor activities that are perfect for making the most of our year-round sunny weather.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
You and your group will spend sun-soaked days together in the spectacular resort-style backyard. Soak up the breathtaking mountain and palm tree views from the comfort of your sun lounger, cool off in the private pool, or hop in the jacuzzi as night falls for a relaxing end to a perfect Palm Springs day.

Guests can use the outdoor kitchen, bar, and BBQ grill for al fresco feasts in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. There’s even an outdoor shower where you can rinse off before mealtimes.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The tastefully decorated indoor living spaces have been thoughtfully designed with socializing in mind. The living room is at the heart of this impressive home and your group will enjoy relaxing on the sectional sofa in front of the flatscreen TV. An open fireplace adds to the ambiance of this cozy space.

Head to the kitchen to find a tastefully finished space with stainless steel appliances. The beautifully bright dining area seats six for lively lunches and decadent dinners, and there are four spaces at the breakfast bar for snacks and light bites.

The spacious sunroom brings the outdoors in and is where you can enjoy a peaceful, sun-soaked moment. Curl up in an armchair with a great book or slide open the glass doors and enjoy unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Three bedrooms sleep six guests, making this property a great pick for families or groups of friends. The well-proportioned primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct outdoor access. Plenty of storage is available, and the en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and dual vanity is a luxurious finishing touch.

The second chic guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and ample closet space. The third bedroom has two twin beds, making it ideal for friends or children to share.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and tub, which is conveniently located across the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and is just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. Nearby Palm Canyon Drive is a busy strip of restaurants of every taste, museums, and theaters. Vista Norte offers grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park, which has a great playground for the kiddos to get their wiggles out.

Quintessential Palm Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our mid week getaway with our golden retriever at Escuela Sunset! The house is in a great location and perfectly appointed. For those who want to chill there are nice lounge chairs and a jacuzzi. And for the more active, the pool is ideal for laps and there is a set of hand weights and yoga mats. We enjoyed cooking in the fully loaded kitchen and the outdoor bbq. Bed was super comfy with soft blankets scattered around in every room. It’s a quiet neighborhood near everything you would want- din at Tropicale, breakfast at Sherman’s Deli, shops at 1345, Sunnylands 25 min away in Rancho Mirage. All in all a 10 outta 10!

No notes! Via Escuela was an amazing stay for the five of us. The place was even more beautiful than the photos. We loved the option to use the pool to cool down in the afternoon heat. The outdoor shower was fun. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was a great jumping off point for sightseeing and shopping in town and visiting Joshua Tree National Park. Communication with the host was easy breezy. Highly recommend for family or friend groups of 5-6 people.

We had such a great time staying here. From the moment we walked in, the place felt like a home away from home: spacious, super comfortable, and really well put together. The mid-century modern furniture and all the little design touches made it feel both stylish and cozy. One of my favorite things was the record player with a great collection of albums! It added such a fun vibe to our evenings. The backyard was just as amazing. The pool area is perfect for relaxing or taking a dip, and the mountain views were absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time out there, especially in the mornings with coffee and again at sunset…it was so peaceful and calming. And the location was spot on. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but still super close to everything happening in Palm Springs—great restaurants, shopping, and all the fun spots. It really felt like the best of both worlds. We’d definitely stay here again!

The home is lovely and in a residential area. A couple of issues though. First of all when I booked this house it was based on the premise of being told “approx 1 mile from convention centre”. It was not it was more like 5 km - not walkable like we were hoping. With 6 people staying you would think we would have proper supplies especially toilet paper and garbage bags. When I enquired I was told “you got a starter Pack of toilet paper”. Since when are we paying $5000 for a home for 4 nights and run out of TP? Also no bags left for recycling or garbage.

This house was amazing! The decor was lovely. The hot tub and pool were great, other than the pool felt cold even after being heated. But you really didn’t need it when you had the hot tub. It is a super quick drive to downtown and the rental company was quick to respond to any requests at all hours. We all said multiple times that we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything we could possibly need

We originally booked this home because we wanted to make sure that whether some of us were inside or outside that nobody felt left out. Well, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the entire home somehow connects so you’re able to roam the home regardless of which room you’re in. This was particularly important for our family because of our youngest daughter who has special needs and let me tell you she did great at the home! Also, the home (inside/outside) is very safe as it is free of clutter and no random steps. The home had everything we could possibly need away from home! The kitchen included many kitchen utensils that most wouldn’t think about so cooking was extremely enjoyable and not to mention great pots and pans! The bathrooms were stocked with almost all supplies, and super clean. All living spaces were comfortable and the decor omg! We were sad to go!

We had such a wonderful family vacation here. The home is so peaceful and has all the amenities you need. The decor is top notch and feels luxurious yet homey. A lovely spacious home with beautiful decor, pristine pool and very well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this serene and immaculate home base for enjoying the Palm Springs area. Close to the center of town with easy access to sites. Every detail from games, turn table, outdoor kitchen with grill, pool floats, intriguing reading material and artwork as well as gourmet kitchen supplies has been well thought out to provide a dream vacation. Very highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Escuela Sunset. The place was exactly as advertised—spacious, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The pool was absolutely perfect for cooling off in the mid-summer heat, and the dog-friendly atmosphere made it ideal for our entire family. The hosts provided all the amenities we needed, and their communication was outstanding whenever we needed to reach out. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely return!

Beautiful mid century house

We stayed at this beautiful mid century house with beautiful pool and mountain views. Super clean, felt like home . The backyard was amazing, private and extremely relaxing. I would recommend this house to everyone who would like to stay at the 5 star hotel but more comfortable and private.

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM

  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)

  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.

Travel Insurance:

Consider Sun Trip Preserver insurance for added coverage consideration.
