The large master suite is an intimate retreat complete with an ensuite bathroom, a comfortable King size bed, and a 32' HD TV. There is also a sliding door with direct access to the pool & backyard area. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. Two feature queen beds and the third a king bed. All three bedrooms include HD TVs as well. WHAT'S NEARBY Perched just north of Palm Springs International Airport, this getaway will be easy to find upon arrival. When you want to venture out, make the short three-mile drive over to downtown and spend the day exploring the best of this desert city. Take your pick of local boutiques, delicious restaurants, art galleries, and casinos that line the famous Palm Canyon Drive. For a bit of outdoor activity, the hiking trails and golf courses will be just the ticket for soaking up some sun. If you want to take a day trip, the beauty of Joshua Tree National Park is just 35 miles away offering hiking trails, rock climbing, and even a cholla cacti garden! THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. -
