Love this property in all its rustic glory. This was my fourth stay there! Will be back….Pool was amazing, bed so comfy, close to everything (and no, you can’t hear the airport!), very comfy home away from home.

The house and location were great and perfect for what we needed. We did however have some problems checking in and check in instructions were unclear. Had to ring staff 3 times and nobody knew the codes for the front door. We also found the codes were changed twice during our stay which made accessing the property problematic

The place was suited for our small group. The house really worked out nice and the pool and back yard was the highlight. My one complaint was we had the house rented for 5 days and nobody ever came to clean the pool. With heavy use it was dirty on the bottom and the water got cloudy after three days.

This home is nicely located to about everything you could want or need. Yard is huge as is the pool. This is a rustic home with luxury appointments, comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen is small but who goes on vacation to cook?! One of the bonuses is the front courtyard, fully enclosed and private. Perfect for dogs. There is a sun screen covering the top so you have air flow without the sun. The pool is perfect for laps This is my second stay at this property. I will return again. Highly recommend i.

Great place to stay, agreed that the neighbors do watch this place since it is a rental but I found that if you kept the commotion inside there was no issues. House was beautiful and overall experience for the price was great.

Overall our stay here was great! Vacasa forgot to disengage the house alarm before our arrival. It took us a while to find the right phone number that connected us to the Palm Springs representative. The cleanliness of the house could be improved as some of the dishes didn’t feel clean and the floors felt dusty and dirty.

Vacasa and the location were all great. The neighbors are extremely sensitive when it comes to moderate noise at the property. It felt like we were being watched 24-7 by the neighbors and couldn’t enjoy our stay with music restrictions and being able to talk outside by the pool and jacuzzi. The house and company were great but the city and neighbors put a damper on the stay.

The house was very beautiful! The pictures can’t do it justice. The house is also very roomy which made everyone feel like they had their own space and were not piled on top of one another. The pool was nice and clean and felt great in the hot sun. I would definitely recommend this location and I would come back to this location!

This property is located in a great area in Palm Springs really close to local shops and restaurants. The area is peaceful and very quiet. The pool and hot tub are both great and maintained regularly. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Casa Madera is beautiful, clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a weekend away from the city with a large yard for the dogs to roam around in. Vacasa was incredibly helpful and responsive from booking to check-out. Definitely will be back!

The jacuzzi is brand new and has a beautiful Mountain View, especially at sunset. The pool is huge and very deep, something I appreciated, but might be an issue for families with small children. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood.

Very happy with easy check in on a phone. I have rented several places but this one was the cleanest I have ever stayed. First time thru VaCasa and very happy with them. 1.7 mls to downtown. Loved back yard. Surprised when I found 2 sparkling wine bottles in fritz. Owner could do some updates. Very happy!

Great place for groups! We traveled with 6 adults, one couple and the other four singles. We appreciated that there were plenty of beds and separation between sleeping areas to accommodate everyone’s needs. The house and pool were lovely and clean. Plenty of fun floaties and outdoor seating for play and tanning. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of dishes and silverware so we didn’t have to do a mid-stay wash. The Sunrise Park neighborhood was an attraction in itself because of the million+ dollar homes on the surrounding blocks. Supremely convenient to downtown and trails and the Palm Springs Airport. Check-in and check-out were simple, and keyless entry with codes made it easy for our group to come and go without worrying “who has the keys?” Overall charming and we’d stay there again!
While we would describe it as more funky and unique than “elegant” it was a perfect place for our family, close friends, and doggies to share a great weekend. Communication was good and timely.

The photos of this house do it absolutely no justice! It’s an incredibly beautiful space, the landscaping in the exterior and the architectural details, along with a beautiful mountain view and peaceful neighborhood was more than enough for us to enjoy! My friends and I loved our time sunbathing in the grass and taking dips in the deep pool and the hot-tub. Yes, it’s true that the furniture could use updating, but if you’re not spending the majority of your time outside anyway, you’re doing it wrong! Would absolutely stay here again! ??????

Home is clean, but dated. A few little thing that need to be fixed. It is in a nice neighborhood, but it needs a lot of work on the outside to compare to comparable homes in the area. Our stay was comfortable, but if you asked if I would stay here again, probably not!

We loved our stay! Super cute funky place...lots of character. Clean and plenty of kitchen amenities. AC can only be at 76 degrees nothing cooler so it was a bit warm at night. Will return!

Very charming house in a quiet neighborhood. Had a mild hiccup getting in but was easily resolved. The AC kept us comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. House gave shade in the afternoon so the kids could start swimming around 4pm on 112 degree weather. We look forward to visiting again.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children and small dog and we had a very enjoyable stay! It was an easy check-in, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging by the pool. The pics do make the house look a little bigger than what it is but it wasn’t a big deal and was perfect for our family. The pool is big and the patio has great shade when needing a break from the sun. We would definitely stay her again!

The home itself was great! I really enjoyed the Spanish themed home. I came here for my birthday with 5 other guests and it was a blast! The pool temperature was perfect, and they had a BBQ where we grilled. I would most definitely stay here again. You will have to check in at the office but that’s no biggie, they are very friendly and go over the rules.

Beautiful house! Booked this house for Coachella and it was about 15 minutes from the nearest shuttle stop. It's located on a corner which is super convenient and easy to find. Very close to local grocery stores if you need anything. Overall, enjoyed my stay here.

PS reunion I loved the layout of this house. It had a great viewing area for our Oscars evening on Sunday. The pool was clean and temperature perfect. The King bed was comfortable. We did cook a few meals and the kitchen was user-friendly.
