Can’t beat the palm trees against the Mountain View as you relax in the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Then, switch to the fire pit and stars at night! Relaxing tranquility is what this house and neighborhood have in abundant supply. Great kitchen, couches and beds. Only crazy thing was that the half bath is hidden away in the garage and locked. Showers in both full baths had plenty of hot water. Some water toys and yard games in the laundry room made pool and backyard time the best time. Of course weather couldn’t be beat for these frozen Minnesotans. Location was convenient to groceries, Starbucks, downtown and the airport.

My family and I had such a peaceful and relaxing stay, the keurig and coffee pods were such a treat every morning. The pool was heated perfectly with plenty of towels provided and the robes were a nice touch. The neighborhood is beautiful and walking distance to the park to let the kiddos play. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

We've had some disappointing experiences with vacation rentals in the past, but this house exceeded expectations. This is a true vacation rental, maintained and managed in a way that resembles a hotel. I can't emphasize enough how great a house this was for our family vacation. As others have noted, everything was extremely clean, with towels and bedding that felt like a hotel, and the property is massive and well maintained and appointed. Furthermore, the rate to heat the pool was the most reasonable we've encountered and allowed me and my daughters to spend hours each day playing in it. I highly recommend this property and Vacasa in general and will consider booking again in the future for another family stay. I'm grateful for having found such a great home with excellent customer service in which to create wonderful memories with my family.

This was our first trip to Palm Beach and it did not disappoint. The house is located in an absolutely perfect place, just a few minutes from any restaurants and shopping that you want to do. There’s also grocery stores nearby the house itself was extremely clean and roomy. We really appreciated the bottle of wine upon welcome and the bathroom toiletries that were provided. The pool was amazing as well as the hot tub. There’s even a lemon tree in the backyard that the owners allow you to pick lemons from which was a nice addition to our water to stay cool on a hot day!

The property was beautiful! Everything was even lovelier than described. We had one small issue (we weren't sure how to access the laundry room), which the company resolved promptly. We had such a wonderful stay there - I highly recommend and would definitely book again when in the area.

This is an older home, but we were surprised that everything worked well. The home was very clean. The Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and BBQ. The BBQ was very nice. The TV's in all rooms were easy to use (All ROKU TV's). We loved it here and would come back again.

We had such a lovely stay at this home, we never wanted to leave. Upon check-in the house was spotless! The cleaning crew did an amazing job. I’ve never stayed in a rental house so clean. The house has been tastefully updated yet still has old charm. There are some areas that could use a remodel/refresh but you hardly notice them as the surroundings are so nice and well kept. Overall it’s a very cute home and the surrounding neighborhood is in great shape with lots of nice houses. The yard is the best part of the whole place. It’s very large with a nice grassy area and a huge lemon tree that was bearing fruit when we stayed. Such a fun surprise! The pool is bigger than a lot of other rentals I saw and my kids had fun practicing what they’ve learned in swimming lessons. There’s also ample seating and lots of areas with shade. The kitchen and bath are well stocked and the linens on the beds are good quality with really comfy mattresses. Overall I would love to stay in this home again and was really sad to leave. I wish we’d stayed longer!

This is a gorgeous, stylish and very clean Palm Springs vacation destination. Very comfortable beds, pristine bathrooms, kitchen and gas grill. Lovely pool and fire pit and outdoor sitting areas with a great view of the mountains. And in a neighborhood full of wonderful mid century homes. Loved it!

My husband and I and our 3 adult children stayed for five nights and didn't want to leave! The back outdoor area is beautiful and well kept. There are areas of full sun and shade throughout the day. We spent most of our time outdoors, during the day, but the house was also very comfortable and very nice. We would definitely return for another stay next year. The airport is nearby and one can hear planes, but it's not very loud. Mainly a very quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown Palm Springs via car. We did find some restaurants in walking distance of the house that we enjoyed.

I just loved this place! It really had everything we could ask for; Great location to downtown, great A.C., very clean, relaxing pool (with mountain views), and plenty of space and hot water. we were there over a VERY HOT summer week and afternoons in the pool with a view of the mountains were like a dream. This vacation rental was exactly what I needed and the bottle of wine when we arrived was an amazing way to start things off! For the life of me, I can not find anything negative to say. I really loved this property and highly recommend it! This home reminded me of a cute boutique hotel from exterior to interior. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by a nice bottle of wine to welcome us. Beautiful, super spacious backyard, easy to use bbq grill, great pool/jacuzzi, grassy lawn with plants and fruit trees, tasteful, minimal home decor, very clean, fully stocked kitchen — trust me you will not be in need of anything! plenty of clean linens and towels, hotel-style amenities in bathrooms and the most comfortable guest robes! Only feedback, the kitchen needs a much larger trashcan and kitchen sink disposal did not seem to work, hence an unpleasant smell. Thanks to owners for sharing their lovely home with us vacationers!

Everything during our stay was great. Absolutely no issues or complaints about this rental at all. Check in was super easy and all done via text, email and FaceTime. This is a managed property so be sure to bring your own cooking spices or condiments. Coffee, Tea, and foil/paper products were supplied. The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, cutlery, utensils, and basic cookware. I’d definitely stay again ????

This home has a spacious outdoor area with a variety of spots to relax and enjoy the mountain view . In terms of outdoor space, this is the best home we have rented in Palm Springs. The beds are super comfortable with nice linens.

Our family had a wonderful get away at this house in downtown Palm Springs. The in-person check in process was quick and easy, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The house was well-stocked with the basics for cooking, eating and making coffee and plenty of utensils, cups and other household items. The rooms were nice and large, and there were plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries for use. The pool is perfect for families with small children, as the maximum depth is 5 ft. It was clean and large enough to lounge in and swim. One of the bathrooms is conveniently located in the garage adjacent to the pool. The jacuzzi takes about an hour to fully heat up, but was perfect temperature and relaxing once it was heated. The outdoor space is wonderful with both lemon and grapefruit trees and plenty of fruit for personal use if you desire. There were helpful labels throughout the house to point out lighting and different locations. The house is close to everything in downtown and minutes from our favorite take out and coffee shops. One separate note, as another reviewer pointed out, the house does have a separate alarm for which we did not receive the code. However, we were fortunate as we believe Vacasa was alerted and disarmed the alarm for us fairly quickly without needing to call them. If you are doing a virtual check-in, I would recommend specifically asking about the alarm code for the house. We had a very relaxing and wonderful

Beautifully appointed retreat! We enjoyed our time greatly with daily swims in the pool, soaks in hot tub and evenings by the firepit. Citrus trees were dropping a lot of fruit, so that was fun to have as a part of our meals, drinks during our stay!

Loved this house and would definitely stay again. It was very clean and well laid out with many spaces to lounge inside and out. Comfortable beds and nice bedding. The process leading up to the stay was a bit much as there are a lot of rules with the house - I had to sign a separate lease, download another app, upload my driver's license, and do a phone-call check in. Even with all of that, they did not provide us an alarm code, and when we entered the house the alarm blared for nearly 30 minutes while we stood in the 100+ degree sun until we were finally able to get ahold of someone from Vacasa on the phone who had the code. Aside from all of that, the actual stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend.

A couple of my friends and I just recently stayed here. We were nervous traveling anywhere because of Covid but as soon as we got here we felt so safe and everything was so tidy and clean. It was a perfect place for a little getaway. The outdoor area has so many layers to it and also made for some cute photos. Highly recommend!
