We stayed here for four nights and were very impressed by the house. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The outdoor area is fantastic. It is in a great location, too. Easy drive to any of the spots in Palm Springs. We would stay here again!

This place was great! The pictures are accurate. It was clean, spacious, had sufficient towels and toilet paper, and it was easy to get in touch with the management team. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it worked for our basic needs. Thank you for a great stay!

Host was helpful and was able to help us with pool heat and gas stove outside on the first day. The home was clean and ready. The pool and spa were also really enjoyed by us. Please note the home is on the flight path and there is significant noise from planes, until 12am and starting again around 6am. I’m a light sleeper and I wasn’t too bothered by the noise. If you like plane watching (which I do) you’ll love it. Just something to note.

I brought my volleyball team for a tournament and we all stay together. We had a great time in this rental. Very spacios, plenty of rooms and restrooms. We enjoyed the patio SO MUCH! Highly recomended.

I loved this place from the spaciousness too the decor it felt very homey. Funny to say that whoever owns this house has the same last name as my kids. I found that meant to be. The only one little thing I encountered was that the house was very dusty from the windows to the floor. They did accommodate cleaning the pool. Which I’m thankful for but overall enjoyed it all!

This home was everything and more for our 5 night trip to Palm Springs. 5 adults fit very comfortably. There was enough linens and pool towels, fully equipped kitchen and grill. The home was SO spacious and clean, the backyard pool and spa exceeded our expectations. Can’t go on enough how perfect this house was.

We stayed here during our family trip for 4 days, we arrived on a Thursday & paid til Monday, but left on Sunday. This home is sooo pretty, & the pictures do not do it justice. Once you enter the home, the layout itself, the home is 2k sq ft, but seems way larger as it has 4 bd & 3 ba. Not to mention a hang out area in the home with Pac Man, & Fooz ball - which my children enjoyed. With multiple bathrooms, we never had an issue with time to get out of the house. This home is also set up with everything you will need in the kitchen, not just pots & pans, or plates & cups like everywhere else - but this home also had seasonings! Which to us what soo awesome as we forgot our avocado oil. Then the whole home is STOCKED with blankets, I can not tell you how much this helped us, as this is not common. Beds were so comfy, lol we kept oversleeping. We never actually had time to hang out in the back yard or do any BBQ as we were always on the go - but this is a definite YES! And someone else talked about being close to the airplanes, it is not that serious - you can sort of hear it, but I will tell you - you sleep just fine, & everything in this place WAY over compensates for it. Definite yes!

Amazing place! Definitely worth the additional money for the heated pool/spa. Was only my wife and daughter (2 yr old), and having the whole house to ourselves was great, super clean, and property mgmt company was extremely responsive! Great location to PSP, downtown and surrounding area-would definitely book again.

Perfect home for a relaxing weekend! This beautiful and welcoming house has everything you need. It is well equipped, and well stocked with towels and linens. It is airy with the perfect warmth, comfort, and coziness. So much fun amenities that the house has to offer including a beautiful pool, arcade game, fooseball, and ping pong. Great quality beds, plenty of TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of things to do and enjoy here. I had a great time with my family and I would definitely recommend this place to friends who are looking for a Palm Springs stay. I look forward to returning soon. Having this been our first trip to Palm Springs and staying at this amazing and beautiful house made our experience unforgettable! From the moment you see the house you know you are in for a pleasant stay, beautiful house with curve appeals and the inside is just amazing. All the rooms were very spacious and super clean, The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed the game room was so relaxing and fun but the best was the back yard and pool WoW just wow! Plenty of seating for everyone umbrellas to cover you from the sun rays 2 bbq grills and a beautiful pool and spa can’t wait to be back. 5 stars all the way!

All I have to say is, simply amazing! We stayed at Desert Shadow for a festival weekend and this house exceeded our expectations! The house was huge and comfortable for 8 adults! We loved all the details the owner put into the decor inside the house and out! Beds and pillows were very comfortable and fresh! Lots of towels and pool towels! Fully stocked kitchen with quality pots and pans, (we cooked the whole stay so that was important for us), all appliances worked perfectly! Fun game room with a working Pac-man machine! The best part was the outdoor heated jacuzzi AND pool! It was an excellent surprise that the pool was heated and there was awesome lighting. We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the beautiful pool! The outside was very clean with plenty of seating and plug outlets for speakers/phones. There was also a washer & dryer in the garage, the owner provided detergent. We are definitely going to stay at this rental again!

Our family of five (3 adult children) had such a relaxing time here. The location is close to grocery stores, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs (my wife and I had several nice runs through the nearby neighborhoods and into town) - and the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen (we like to cook and were very pleased) were all well appointed and genuinely very comfortable. Be sure to let the property managers know that you would like the hot tub and pool at least three days in advance. We were a little late for that - but they made it work for us anyway - which was very kind (the overall service we received was excellent). We spent a lot of time in the pool! We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home in an ideal location close to downtown! Perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy the desert! The attention to detail throughout the home added to the enjoyment of the indoor and outdoor spaces. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with every tool I needed to cook meals for my family. Sitting with our family outdoor to share meals and enjoy the beautiful weather was priceless. We can't wait to come and visit the house again!

This home is beautifully decorated ( just like the pictures show), clean, lots of thick towels and linens. Kitchen has everything you need, we used the outdoor barbecue and sat around the large fire pit. The staff at Vacasa office nearby were prompt with their responses and David there was so helpful. My son wants to do his 40 th birthday celebration there!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in spite of the cold, windy, rainy week!. We appreciated the fireplace, game room and especially thankful for the heated pool and hot tub. The house is very comfortable and roomy and is in a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. We had grandparents, our son, daughter in law and 2 kids 12 & 8 The 8 yo loved the foosball and pac man ! We all would love to come back!

My friends and I absolutely LOVED our stay! We all work from home and needed some new scenery, and this was the perfect place. A beautiful neighborhood for walks (which we did often), watching the planes take off, reading by the pool, and cooking meals made for a perfect, relaxing trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. At the end of January, paying the extra for heating the pool was essential. The pool temp was up in the 90's and the spa into the 100's, which was awesome with some cool nights. The neighborhood was quiet with the exception of planes taking off occasionally. But that was fun to watch seeing some unusual private jets. We liked being close to downtown, the gondola experience, Joshua Tree wasn't a bad drive. We also loved hiking in Indian Palms, a super cool experience among the Palm Trees. The beds were very comfortable. They had lots of clean towels to use. And the small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap was a very nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped. We did like relaxing on the comfy couch too.

Beautifully appointed home with everything you need to feel comfortable. I’m a travel nurse and this property was minutes from the hospital which was such a huge plus for me. The entire house is IG worthy; thoughtfully decorated and no detail was overlooked. Property management was very quick to respond to all our needs. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.
